The guide was very nice and told us a lot about the park before we got inside. The meeting point could be in my opinion by the entrance of the park.

The Park Güell is a public park composed of gardens and architectonic elements located on Carmel Hill, in Barcelona. Eusebi Güell assigned the design of the park to Antoni Gaudí, a renowned architect and the face of Catalan modernism. Here, the guide will explain you everything about the history of the park, as well as of its important architecture and curious facts.
If you selected the guided option: your certified guide from Barcelona will welcome you and start the tour, leading you through the park while sharing fascinating stories and insights about Gaudí’s masterpiece. If you selected the self-guided option: your friendly host will greet you, provide your entry ticket, and give you a brief introduction with key facts and tips before you enter the park to explore at your own pace.
Carmel Hill offers one of the best panoramic views of Barcelona, combining natural surroundings with spectacular viewpoints overlooking the city and the Mediterranean Sea.
Gràcia is a charming neighborhood that preserves the atmosphere of an old village, featuring lively squares, pedestrian streets, local shops, and a vibrant cultural scene. Enjoy the view from this district from the Park Güell
Views of the urban skyline from a viewpoint built with rocks and crowned by 3 emblematic crosses.

An iron gate leads to where the gardens of Casa Larrard used to be. This door is in the shape of a great wave on inclined columns.

Laura was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and funny.
It was easy to find the meeting point and we had a little introduction to the history of Park Güell. We were glad we had booked as the on the day tickets were sold out. It was easy and quick to enter the park. We really enjoyed looking around the park, it is a must see.
Marta was delightful and informative but most importantly she was kind.
What a nice guide! Funny and super helpful with great advice on how to best navigate the park.
Great tour. Very knowledgeable.
We had such a wonderful time exploring Park Güell! 💚 Our tour guide , Una, was absolutely fantastic—warm, engaging, and full of fascinating stories. SHe made the history, architecture, and Gaudí’s incredible imagination come alive in such a fun and interactive way. It never felt like a boring history lesson; instead, it felt like discovering the magic of Barcelona with a friend who truly loves what he does. We learned so much, laughed, and enjoyed every moment. One of the highlights of our trip! If you visit Park Güell, I can’t recommend Her enough! ✨🇪🇸 Just wish she didnt left quick though. We could have thank her more.
We were booked to go with Amigo Tours via Viator. We received the information the night prior and were confident by using our maps app we could find the meeting place. The meeting place was Restaurant el Jardin de CanToda. In the morning we were dropped by taxi at the entrance to the Park and looked for the restaurant to no avail. Other tour operators and even the taxi driver did not know where it was. I texted Amigo your guide at 10:45am on the number we had been speaking to them on - no reply - again at 11:11am - no reply - then I rang office (meet up was 11:15am). We were told too late nothing they could do. I said we were at the gates and said no it was our fault for not meeting at designated point. The park assistants said can they just send you copy of the tickets and we can let you in - and again we were told no. So nearly £50 down the drain we had to pay for another set of tickets. Really very disappointed in the rudeness of the Amigo staff and lack of help. I have been on many tours before and the tour guide will always respond to your texts and try and help you. Never again with this tour operator and nervous about using Viator too.
Our tour guide , UNA ( i hope i spelled it right) was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained the history and culture in such an interesting and engaging way. She made the tour fun, lively, and entertaining—not boring at all! Her passion, sense of humor, and ability to keep everyone engaged made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an informative yet fun tour. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. Wish she didnt left so quick though. lol
Our guide was so knowledgeable and she made the tour so fun. She is funny, light hearted, and yet we learned so much. I knew nothing of Park Guell prior to coming and I walked away with a deeper appreciation of Gaudi and Spanish culture.
The meet up point was easy to get to by public transport. I would recommend booking at one of the restaurants at the meeting point, there is also a leisure centre across the road where you can order food and a drink. No queuing! Which is lovely. An enthusiastic introduction to the history of the park before we all went our separate ways to explore.
Amazing experience. Lots of new knowledge gained
Alberto was the best tour guide . So funny and informative. Helped us take beautiful pictures for our memories.
It wonderful experience, the तौर guide was calm and humble had complete know how
It was a wonderful experience. We enjoy it a lot and dhe guide David was the best.
Enrique was a great advisor for our tour.
We had a truly wonderful tour with David. He was very knowledgeable about the park. We learned so much. He was also very personable. He took the time to answer all the questions we had and helped us get great family photos at the most optimal spots. Don’t hesitate to book this tour! Five stars all around!
Great guided tour by Lewis, he was very passionate and friendly, gave us all the history during the tour around Guell Park, kept the children engaged aswell as adults! Thank you Lewis!
Our guide, Gonzalo was so personable, educated and shared much information. He was well prepared and showed photos and maps to better educate those touring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour !!
Tour guide was great! He was very knowledgeable about the park and was a funny tour guide! We had a great time!
Do not book with Amigo tours. They cancelled our tour for the time we booked. They offered a different time that did not work with our schedule and when it didn’t work, they canceled, the day before. They did not communicate at all. The only way I could get a hold of them was to go through Viator customer service, which then communicated with the tour company. Viator was great. Amigo tours is terrible. Do not book with them!!! Very unreliable, poor communicators!
Great into and host for our big family trip! Gave us the necessary details!
Fantastic guide.. really interesting. Glad I chose to have a guided tour.
Thought I was booking a guided tour, but the small did not read the small print. Could’ve saved money and time buying a ticket directly from the park. Could’ve saved money not hear what the tour guide was saying at all. Will not book again.
Ona was our tour guide and she was great. Meet up point and checkin was smooth. Ona’s English is fluent and easy to understand.
This company is unreliable. We booked this tour through our Go City pass. Showed up for the tour and there were 8 out of 10 of us present. After the tour, we got an email from Amigo Tours that we were being charged $38 for missing the tour. A company of this magnitude should have their system down to a tea. Don’t trust them!
The entire thing is pointless. We really only booked it in order to get tickets to get into Parc Guell, because I was having trouble making the official website work. Instead of having you meet at the gates to the park, which would make sense, they make you meet at some random restaurant that's quite a few blocks away and then you all have to walk in a giant line of tourists. There's a heat advisory on right now and we have young kids so the extra walking was very unwelcome. In addition, because of the weird meeting place, it forced us to get off at a different Metro stop because it was closer to the restaurant, rather than the metro stop that was closest to Parc Guell. I've done multiple viator excursions before and never had any issues, but this was possibly the most pointless thing I've ever seen. Parc Guell is awesome but this tour is ridiculous . Totally terrible, absolutely would not advise.
Very knowledgeable and friendly guide!
Gonzalo from Amigo Tours did an excellent job guiding us through the historic and vibrant Park Güell. He explained the life and legacy of Gaudí in great detail, highlighted the natural inspiration behind the park's stone structures, and discussed Barcelona's history, including its transformation from an industrial centre into a thriving cultural hub known for its unique architecture and vibrancy. He brought us to some amazing mosaic-tiled areas and was patient in allowing plenty of time for photos. His passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the tour extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Llouis was an incredible tour guide. Patient, kind, well informed and funny! This tour was fascinating! Highly recommend
Our guide Bettas right on time and was an excellent host guiding us straight through the amazing works of Gaudi. Insightful, knowledgeable, and a real treat for her inside information concerning every aspect of the property.
Good timing. It was a hot day and our guide kept us in the shade. She was courteous and informative.
Our tour guide really enjoys his job and was a very good story teller. I think I would have enjoyed it much more if it was more of a park tour vs just learning a lot of interesting information about Gaudi’s life. Our tour guide made it clear that we would have to go through the park again, after the tour, to take the pictures we wanted to capture on our own as the tour didn’t have enough time accomplish that. So overall, I learned a lot about Gaudi, but left kinda disappointed with the whole tour because it required me to retrace all our steps to spend time at any stops that we wanted to explore or take any photographs.
Very informative and well spoken tour by Luis. We had very easy entry into the park. And knew what addition things to do after the tour.
Excellent tur guide with a lot of knowledge and information
Tour went well, the guide was well knowledgeable, sorry forgot his name Thank you
A wonderful and fact-filled tour with Cassandra. The changes in the Park since we last visited in the late 90’s were astounding!!!!
We had a very nice experience in Park Guell with Amigo Tours. Find out a lot of interesting information!
Francis is a great guide, very knowledgeable. We had a positive experience overall with Viator and the guide.
Great parc, but I had trouble hearing clearly with the radio transmitter provided. Loved the parc and the overall experience
David did really good, you could understand everything he said and explained everything perfect!
We had a fantastic day and weather . Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind . We met just outside the entrance to avoid large crowds. We did not feel rushed and our group was 10 people in total. I would highly recommend this tour .
We had the tour from David. He spoke in English and Spanish and gave a really good sense of the history of the park, its original plans, what actually happened, the role of Guiel, Gaudy and the lawyer.
Our Guide was amazing, translating between English and Spanish, sentence by sentence so that neither of us got lost with what he was saying! We didn’t feel rushed yet there was lots to see and be told about. Park Guell felt so tranquil and peaceful even though it was quite busy at certain points. We were lucky to experience 20C in February and blue skies! Afterwards there was time to just soak it all in - wonderful!
On the day of the tour, we arrived at the entrance as scheduled and checked in with the guide. However, the guide failed to properly verify our tickets and allowed another group to enter using our reserved spots. As a result, when it was our turn to enter, we were informed that our tickets had already been used and we were denied entry. This situation occurred entirely due to the provider’s mismanagement and lack of proper verification at the entrance. The guide made several phone calls to the company and tried to resolve the issue. After some time, they were only able to secure two replacement tickets, which meant that the rest of our group, including myself and my companion, were still unable to enter. This was not an acceptable solution, as we booked and paid for the experience. The guide didn't check well in the moment of the entrance.
David is a very nice tourgide :) we love this time spend in Parque Guell thank you! It Was Worth it :)
Guell Park was beautiful and relaxing. Our guide, Dawid, was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
