Due to rain storms in Barcelona, the Park was closed. We arrived to discover that the Park was closed for the whole day. The tourists information center where we were to meet was also closed until mid afternoon. There we were told that Viator would issue us a refund on our credit card for the cancelled tour.

The tour was great and our guide was very enthusiastic. The biggest issue and reason for the low rate is because there was no trace of our tickets being purchased when we went to swap our voucher from Viator to the tickets with JuliaTravel. This was a disaster. The lady was not very helpful and was jsut emailing/messaging another colleague while we stood around waiting for over 25min with zero communication besides we don’t have you on the list. Eventually I pushed to just let us go as they could see we had paid and had the voucher. This issue was entirely Viators fault. This is the second issue with Viator and I will never use them to book a tour or anything again. GetYourGuide is much better and will be my go to for the future.

The park was fascinating and Pipo, our tour guide, did a phenomenal job of telling us the history of the park and a personal narrative about Gaudi. Would highly recommend this journey

Good tour but somewhat non-intuitive meeting place if you’re walking from metro stop. Tour guide was good and time with tour was about right.

Lovely walk around the park. Oliver was very friendly and informative. Only thing to mention is there is a lot of walking and steps- not an issue for us but maybe for others. Also quite a walk to bus from sagrada familia

Outstanding details about the origins of Park Guell. The tour guide was excellent. Tour guide managed expectations about what we were going to learn and made it very clear that we had all day to explore afterward and do whatever we want.

Overall great experience, meetup point was super easy to locate. Skip the line went smoothly. The Sagrada Familia is breathtaking and taking the tour helped understand many details in it. Park Güell is also beautiful. Olga E our tour guide was amazing, she was committed to making sure everyone learned while having a good time, her energetic and insightful explanations made this tour top notch.

Olga was excellent! Very upbeat and passionate. Although the tour company should let us know ahead of time that we need to cover our shoulders and that it’s a mix of Spanish and English tour. Time would have been saved if it was as one or the other.

Several issues. First the meeting point was not clear enough. It was pure luck that we found the place. Second, other participants were not prepared. It's a walk in a park on a hill, you need to be physically able to do that. Also, it's a warm day, bring water. These basic oversights dragged our tour out unnecessarily. Thirdly, and most importantly, our guide, Oliver, was annoying in lots of ways. He spent a lot of our time socialising. He was condescending and thoughtless. He seemed to be trying hard but it didn't click for us. He should know when his mic is on or off. Travellers come with varied experiences and skills, the tour is not about the guide, travellers are there for the experience of the location. This was an English speaking tour but 2 non-english were with us. The information delivered in Spanish was greater than the information delivered in English

Such a beautiful area! Our group had Oliver as our tour guide, and he was so knowledgeable of the area! Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Oliver as your guide!

We got to the wrong entry called the tour company and told them we were in the wrong entrance and asked what we can do. They said that we would have to go on a different tour and pay the full price but that they would provide a 25% discount. Mind you we called with 5 minutes before the meeting point. I later find out that the other entrance was not that far away and that entry to the park has a 30 minute buffer. We ended up having to buy new tickets for the park for everyone and miss the tour. They were very unaccommodating and that would be the only reason I would read them a zero if I could May i also asked for a refund and they refused i understand the refund for tickets can not be given but we never used their guide service Do not use julias travel service which is this tour

I booked a small group, English tour. They ended up putting me in a larger group with a Spanish tour guide. I’m only giving this tour 2 stars because the basilica is absolutely beautiful. If I could give the tour operators zero stars, I would. Prior to the tour, they were super responsive. When I addressed that my tour was entirely in Spanish, no response. I (along with others) just ended up abandoning the tour and going on our own. Do not recommend this company.
