I would have liked a guide but the park was lovely

Visiting Park Güell was an amazing experience! The entry tickets from Dream Fly Tourism LLC made everything easy and convenient. Beautiful architecture, stunning views, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

The audioguide was useless. The people who were around supposedly to “help” were equally useless. I did the tour myself with the help of other tourists. If I had known I would have picked a guided tour.

Some difficulty getting the tickets but all worked out in the end.

Easy booking, tickets available straight away. Amazing park, great views over Barcelona Gaudi's work is amazing. Helped that the sun was shining. A must see if visiting Barcelona.

So easy to just present the voucher at the entry and go straight in. No mucking around at ticket box or the confusion with the crowds. Just a smooth transaction and we could spend as lo g as we wanted in the park.

Beautiful place. Very easy to book our tickets and friendly customer service. Loved the various buskers dotted around too. Stunning! It was incredibly hot whilst we were there and there isnt much shade. Take water, suncream, cooling towels, fans!

The tickets were over priced for the experience but otherwise it was a lovely place and no long queues to enter as we had booked our tickets on Viator in advance. It was too hot so we couldn’t fully enjoy the park. I would not advise visiting mid July during the day

Txell was a wonderful and informative guide. We we unsure about hiring a guide but so glad we did as we learned details we would never have known.

The tickets arrived as stated but getting into the Park very confusing. Even the guides were confused as to who was responsible and eventually the park entry personnel allowed us in. Very interesting time and wonderful architecture

It was very hot in Barcelona the day we took this tour. Viator offered a 9am entry ticket on Saturday. When we arrived 15 minutes early the park security informed us that the park doesn’t open until 9:30. We had to wait 45 minutes in the blazing heat to get into the park. There is very little shade at the entrance and inside the park itself. Inside the park there’s one general area that everyone assembles to which is around the lizard. Other than seeing that, the park has very little to offer despite the price to get inside. If it’s hot this is one activity I would skip, the lines, lack of shade and lack of things to see inside the park don’t make this activity worth the money. I would also not book with Viator again and will stick with get your guide because they got everything right for me and Viator did not.

Must visit if you enjoy classical music and more importantly the history of music. We absolutely enjoyed the hour audio tour in English. The architecture is phenomenal.

Get there early and get dropped off at the top to work your way down. I only spent about and hour and that was plenty of time before all of the crowds descended. $45 through Viator seems like a crime.

Park was beautiful. I guess the perk of buying this experience would allow you to possibly get a full time slot? But when we were leaving we heard it was only 18 dollars for admission. So I feel like we maybe over paid? Giving 4 stars because at the end of the day, we got access to the park and enjoyed the day at the time we wanted to select.

A must see experience in Barcelona! Amazing architecture, views, and landscapes!

Beautiful park, amazing views, lots of shade, great for kids, couple playgrounds there…but NO restaurants in the park, be aware! No need to pay $33, it didn’t allow us to skip a line or anything, NOR anybody checking the amount of time you spend in the park! Buy the basic price ticket!

The park was nice and the views of the city were amazing! It was a little on the crowded side. But a nice park!

3/5 - interesting park designed by gaudi - whimsical structures - some parts are uphill and not necessarily easy if you are older - there are more beautiful parks in Barcelona. I expected more.

Dream Fly Tours helped us incredibly well. We had booked tickets for Park Güell through Viator, and the tickets are only sent via WhatsApp. I had accidentally made a small mistake in my phone number, and it was already the evening before our visit. I contacted Dream Fly Tours through WhatsApp, and within just a few minutes they immediately reassured me that they would resend the tickets anyway. The communication was very fast, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to their great service, we were able to enjoy the beautiful Park Güell completely stress-free the next day.

I’ve seen a lot of famous landmarks, but Park Güell genuinely surprised me. The attention to detail in every corner is incredible. Great experience

Super easy and great experience booking through viator. After reviews I have to admit I was skeptical but everything was perfect. Originally I booked a park Güell ticket on the park Güell official website over a month in advance and that ticket was canceled. I scrambled and got a new ticket via viator just days before the trip and was able to get a time and get in! So great. Service was wonderful as well

Amazing experience at park guell the views are breathtaking and architecture is truly unique. And team was professional I really loved that

Big groups can be around and the Café was closed therefore no food nor drinks available inside the park

Tour was booked hours in advance and confirmed. Tour agency never sent tickets and when arriving to tour after asking for the tickets, the tour group said there was a portal issue and they had to cancel the tour. Very poor communication.

We had problems with the ticket we booked through Headout and our questions (Is an email enough or will we get a QR code?) were simply not answered; you only talk to AI, which is really annoying. The park was overcrowded even in October and it is a nice view, but almost 100 euros for a family is simply not reasonable for that. We therefore thought it was okay.

We were not allowed to enter because the ticket could not be scanned by the agents at the entrance who made no effort to help us. It seems there was a misunderstanding or technical error. We had received a confirmation document - but it was not possible to scan it. We were disappointed and lost the price of the 2 tickets

I was really grateful that the purchase was smooth by using this app both for tickets and on the day. Of course, it was a wonderful experience with so many highlights in Park Güell. One of the factors I liked was the ease of access and the ease with which tourists could understand it.

I bought tickets for Parc Guell at Viator, who said they sent them via WhatsApp, but I didn't receive them. Since we didn't have to get into Parc Guell with the receipt I had - you had to use tickets with QR code, and there were sold out for tickets there, we tried to call Viator, American number and had to pay a portion of it with my phone company, but didn't get through to anyone. Can't recommend Viator to anyone!

The park is beautiful, but not much more for the price to pay. I paid €77 for two, while they are €18 on the official park website.

An absolute must if you travel to Barcelona ❤️😎 ! We saw the park without a guide, because you can then set your own pace and you can read the interesting facts!

Park is fantastic and access was without reij
