Park Guell And Sagrada Familia Private Tour

Booked a month in advance. Received confirmation email. Showed up at meeting point and waited an hour. No guide and company just said “sorry”. Waste of time and missed opportunity to tour these sites. Waste of $900.

We did not get an opportunity to tour upstairs at Sagrada Familia. The tour guide told us we did not have to buy tickets, which was false. We were not given the opportunity to get tickets. After we found out, the guide had disappeared and was no longer available to ask questions. We were told it was a 3 hour tour, ours only lasted 1 and half hours. I do not recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Marc P. was wonderful. He was able to speak in different languages. Very well worth it and an excellent experience.
