One-way Private Transfer From/to Barcelona Airport

DO NOT USE!! We paid 55€ for a “meet and greet” and no one was there to meet us. We waited 30+ minutes and we were shuttled to a very angry taxi driver. Once he got out TripAdvisor ticket he pulled over and took our luggage out leaving us on the side of the street. I’ve never had this happen before. It’s better just to go down to the Taxi stand and get a taxi from there. Had we done that we would’ve only paid €30 AND had a ride without the wait and hassle. We are obviously disputing this with our credit card company and TripAdvisor.

Driver was not waiting with a sign. I had to wait 30 minutes and then ask the driver if he was there for me. He was very rude and unfriendly.

This is really not needed. As taxis/uber is way cheaper. We were 5 minutes over the waiting period and the driver insisted we pay €25 in addition to what we paid already otherwise would leave. When we checked, uber XL from the airport to our hotel was €29. So we just wasted the money. If there’s any inclination your flight would be delayed or luggage delays, just book uber and safe yourself. Customer service was poor too.

asked for pickup with enough time to get luggage and customs done. plane arrived early. while waiting for luggage 45 minutes before I asked to be picked up, received call asking where we were. when luggage picked up called them back to be told driver had left, not returning. took a cab to hotel, was cheaper than the rate we had been charged. NEVER would I recommend this option!!!

We were met by a greeter at the airport who took us to the driver. Both the greeter, Neeru, and driver, Abdul, were so nice. Abdul was a friend and safe driver.

Easy to book. Communication with vender was outstanding. - quick responses with helpful information and reassurance where needed. Driver arrived on time and got us safely to our destination. Very good experience.

The driver turned up on time and even bought us coffee on the way to the airport. He dropped us off close to where our departure point was.

Lovely young man picked me up, Zubair Ahmed. He was bang on time and very friendly and I felt very safe in his car! He gave me lots of information about Barcelona and some valuable advice to keep me safe

Never got a ride. Driver took Gifford group to their hotel and called me at the airport and said he waited and could not reach me. I ended up paying for a taxi to take me to the hotel.

Extremely helpful and thoughtful. Friendly and punctual and quickly took us to airport without any delays. Will definitely rebook in October 2025

Everything worked very fine. I do recommend. I booked a pickup for Madri airport and a return from Barcelona city to the airport and everything worked fine. No delays and drivers very careful.

The company came and left us in the lurch when the plane landed on time but the Barcelona Airport was very disorganized with long lines and nearly two hour wait for our luggage. Spoke to the airport shuttle company and told them of the problem with an expectation of an additional hour waiting in lines and luggage delivery. The company's response "No problem". The drivers abandoned us without notice which caused us significant delay and additional expense. We were still charged the full amount for no service.

I was expecting the driver to be in the arrivals hall to meet us and had to contact the number provided to see where he was. In fairness to the driver though he had sent me a WhatsApp message that I didn't see until later to say he was outside and to ring when we arrived. We only waited an extra 10 minutes for the mix up to be resolved and the driver was cautious and the car was clean and modern.

Our luggage came out so late but the driver waited for us patiently. Meanwhile the customer service called me few times and checked on us and communicated between me and the driver. Great customer service.

They were there to pick us up promptly and deliver us to our apartment without delays. Anxious to please.

The transfer company was a no show and will not return the clients money. They were not at the airport. When called the first thing they told the clients is that they did not have flight info. First lie. I put the info in the booking. Second they were told they tried to reach the client on cell phone. No missed calls on his cell phone.

The driver was waiting for us at baggage claim when we arrived and provided a comfortable ride. The driver navigates the busy streets to our hotel.

When we arrived we saw no one displaying our name for the pick up. I did not realize it but my phone / text was not working. The driver finally connected with through another driver that called the company for us. It took about an hour. Our driver had tried to reach out but since my phone was not connecting until later it was a mess. Nice guy fast trip to the hotel once we got together

Everything was very great. The comunication was easy and fast. The driver was waiting for us, with our name on the paper.

I was informed I should change my time for pickup to accommodate customs but when I replied back to the message and asked to change I was told I could not. Therefore my car came and left without me or a message informing it expires. if I had at least had a message when he left I wouldn't have wasted time looking for him.

The driver never showed up to pick us up from the airport. We tried several times to reach the driver,with no response. I will definitely challenge this transaction on my credit card.

While we did make it from point A to point B, this transpiration was nothing short from stressful. There was no communication on where to meet the driver besides in the arrival tunnel, which was packed with other drivers looking for other travelers, and when our driver was finally found (after numerous phone calls back and forth with customer service) he made us feel guilty for not seeing him even though he was "sitting at the cafe" while other drivers were standing and at the front. After being picked up, he was shocked that we needed to go to our hotel which was a bit farther away even though we had already paid extra to do so ahead of time. More communication between the driver, the client and the company would be really appreciated!

Horrible experience! Upon landing in Barcelona, about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, customs was a massive mess and it took about 90 minutes to finish the process. During this time I had been in communication with the transport company and informed them of the backup in custom. They continued to assure me that they would be there and wait for us. In the last conversation I had with the company (about 10 minutes prior to exiting) they told us the driver was there waiting. As we gathered our suitcases and proceeded to exit airport we began to look for the transport and I called them to be told that they had left because we did not arrive on time for pick up. I explained that we had been in touch the whole time with them and driver and was told they would wait. All they kept saying is “sorry, but we could not wait”. Needless to say we ended up paying a taxi for a party of eight that were left stranded by a company that had already been paid in full. So disappointed!! Not a good way to start a family vacation.

Amazing service - driver was waiting as we came through passport control and we were off to the hotel in minutes. On our return to the airport the company stayed in touch and responded to text messages immediately- our taxi arrived promptly and got us to the airport quickly. We then noticed that we had left a mobile phone in the car, I contacted the company straightaway and the phone was returned within 20 minutes! An awesome service, very efficient, very friendly and I highly recommend.

Everything was in time and as requested. It was a transfer to the airport in barcellona. It was pre booked and the driver was coming 10min in advance.

I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Our luggage was delayed in baggage claim. The dispatcher called to check in.. I told her 8 passengers are waiting on baggage claim and are depending on our reserved/confirmed and "paid for" transport to our hotel. She called back 10 minutes later to say "sorry" the driver left. We have used Trip Advisor for years and many different experiences. So disappointed in this service and, honestly, 2 cabs for our 8 passengers was about the same price. My advice, take a taxi! I asked the dispatch what to do and she said, "call your trip provider"!

Our driver was very kind. He went out of his way so 2 people out of our group could go to the Barcelona soccer game. Then dropped the rest of us off at our vacation rental apartment.

Sorry to say our driver was not there. Our plane was early, however, customs took over 2 hours. It was terrible. Driver never tried to contact us, and we tried to contact him without success. First bad experience with Viator, always reliable.

British airways lost our luggage and we spent an hour in line to report. Our driver was great, he waited for us in the reception area while we were delayed. Once we were in the van, it was a great ride to our destination.

Tried to add buffering time in the app but it didn’t work so our driver waited the 45 minutes and left without us and without notifying us. I had cell service and wifi working as soon as we got off the plane so not sure what happened there. After waiting about an hour we finally were able to reach someone and found out our $80 ride had left. Took a cab to our destination for 30€ and promptly cancelled our driver from Viator for the next day. Will never use them again. Cabs are clean and cheaper in Barcelona!!
