A great reflection of rock throughout history…. I loved the 3D googles, holograms and visual displays. Some Actual guitars donated by rock stars. A great unexpected find❤️
This was very interesting with a lot of guitars along with information about them and their musicians. There were several interactive displays which I enjoyed. It was easy to spend a couple of hours here.
I saw this place as I was walking around town. I did not know there was something like this in Barcelona prior to my trip. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. It is not a big museum, nor does it have a lot to do in it. However, the guitars are interesting to look at and the little information blurbs next to the instruments are filled with great information. I learned information I didn't know before from these blurbs. This is a good way to fill 30 minutes or an hour if you're looking for something to do. The staff is very nice and welcoming.
Excellent experience if you're into rock history and/or want to see loads of iconic guitars (some original, some replicas). Very good audio guide that combines general info and lets you choose which guitars you want to know more about. Highly recommended!
It is an absolutely amazing museum for people who are into rock music or music history in general. The staff there are lovely, and it's clear that they are passionate about the music. The museum itself has many guitars of famous musicians, and in each room, you feel like you are transported to a different decade. The audioguide was easy to follow and would be interesting for anyone who is at least remotely interested in music. Would absolutely recommend it if you have a couple of hours to spare.

What a great find while we were walking around Barcelona! My husband and son both play guitar, so we wandered in out of curiosity. It is an incredible collection of guitars and rock guitar history. It is well organized and interactive. We only had about an hour to enjoy the museum, but we could have spent much longer in there. We highly recommend if you check them out, especially if you are a rock fan.
We visited the museum with a group of music students who are currently on work experience in Barcelona. Needless to say they loved the experience. They are all rock fans & were very excited to see guitars from their favourite artists. The experience was informative , interesting & the staff are fabulous

It is very well cared for, it has audio guide that activates in the rooms and then in every detail you want to stand, you can read it with a bluetooth app and listen to details and curiosities of each guitar or even songs throughout the tour, but you can also read the posters and you will have a lot of information, or just walk and see it. As soon as you go up there are some chairs with virtual reality glasses, molonassss the video is very cool. It is important to do the tour as a brand to enjoy the experience well, but you can do it messy too. It has a bar and a shop downstairs, in the bar on weekends there are performances but the rest of the time there are instruments on a stage and you can play them if you contact the waiter. When we went there was a guy playing drums wonderfully!!! We found it cheap for the amount of information there is.
In Barcelona there is a museum like this missing. Dedicated to Rock and Roll. To your story. You enjoy every euro you have paid for the ticket, and then, on top of that, you can go to the Blues Bar to digest the experience. It's the place you don't go ONCE. They'll see my hair often. Spectacular museum for rock lovers, you will retrace various eras including records, interactive videos and guitars, a large shop inside, the staff is very kind, and in the evening at the bar there will be a live.Imperdibile event.

Amazing, it really is worth it if you are a fan of rock, blues or metal. Lots of amazing guitars with their explanation in audioguide (as it could not be otherwise) to be able to listen to them, in a very "musealized" decoration and great to enjoy all corners. Even the bar downstairs is PM. And the staff is super nice... a 10, very, very, highly recommended, we enjoyed it very much.

From the moment the audio guide is delivered, you immerse yourself in the world of Rock. I spent 2 hours enjoying the experience and mythical songs and video clips that I hadn’t seen or heard for a long time. A place like that was needed in Barcelona. My partner who is not so melodic, also enjoyed very much.
We went as a family, with my 12-year-old rock music lover. Totally advisable for nostalgic people who live through the 80’ i 90’ listening to music in the big record stores and watching MTV. For those who live in Catalonia the ticket has a discount of 3 € if children up to 11 enter for free, children from 11 to 18 have a reduced entrance. Very instagrammable the whole exhibition, but the best thing is surely to stop to listen to the proposals and contemplate the guitars of collection. We went at 2.30pm, visited in an hour and that one was very crowded. Your shop is very attractive and quality price very good.
Received an audio kit almost unloaded. I got stuck in the rooms that follow without having audio and wait for the next door to open!!!! Amateur work:-( :-(
Spectacular! It exceeded our expectations... The museum not only contains collector's pieces... The approach is surprising and the way to make the journey through the decades is very interesting. We are not rock connoisseurs, but we loved it for its quality and cultural contribution.
If you like guitars, music, and especially rock, you are in the best place in the world. Apart from these guitar jewels, which are works of art in the construction of instruments, the decoration of the spaces is excellent. I have to admit, that listening to the self-guide, I learned many things that I ignore, especially from the origins in the blues. The bar recreates a perfect atmosphere with the stage, I only needed to be able to have a beer while sitting at the table and listening to what looked like live music. The rest of you will have to go see him to find out. Pleasure for the senses. I will repeat!!!

100% recommended. I personally was surprised for good. I like rock but I don’t consider myself an expert on the subject and, still, I got carried away and enjoyed it a lot. Besides the audio guide explains everything perfectly. I'll be back for sure!
Super recommended experience for any rock lover. An exhibition of 50 electric guitars with many details and explanations. The staff very attentive and willing to answer questions. There is also a very very full shop.
