There were no sweet meats/charcuterie and cava was not on the roof as implies. Otherwise, nice experience.

Itinerary
Designed by Spain’s modernista architect Antoni Gaudí in the early 1900s, the UNESCO-listed La Pedrera stands testament to his genius. See for yourself during The Gaudí Pedrera: The Origins, an evening event that brings the architecture alive with dazzling audiovisuals and a soundtrack that charts Gaudí’s obsession with natural forms. You'll quickly appreciate this when you arrive and head for the Passeig de Gracia patio, one of La Pedrera’s inner courtyards. Admire the fairytale-like surroundings highlighted by the audiovisuals before heading to the upper story, where a museum reveals more about the architect. Enjoy the displays, innovative design, and more special effects, and then visit the roof terrace. Here, marvel at an otherworldly show projected on his famous spiraling chimneys. End your experience on the Provenca patio, admiring its murals, mosaics and stairway over a glass of Cava — the perfect finale!

Very interesting. Loved the house and history. Light display was phenomenal . Lecture was good. Second time I did it
It was an average experience. My best advice is to take the elevator.. it is 6 floors up which is 12 staircases… too much! The history part of the experience was fair. The laser light show was not as good as I expected.
This is the second time I have done this excursion. First time 2014. Then it was better. This current version features a slide/film show of sorts projected against the rooftop sculptures. It went on way too long and once over, the monuments are not nicely lit for photo taking. they go dark. Better to have shorter show then let people wander to take whatever photos they want with sculptures that are floodlit. This time was disappointing.
Brilliant experience well worth booking great hosts very knowledgeable , loved it , would highly recommend
The house is amazing and tour was absolutely wonderful. Staff was great. Then came the roof top show. Incredible view and magical experience. Highly recommend this over the Batlló concert if you have a choice.
Amazing! If you are a fan of Gaudi, this is a must do while in Barcelona
The building is the star, the attic is amazing, history is interesting and the light show on the roof was fab. Felt a bit rushed by the guide who seemed a bit frantic at times. Glad to of done and experienced this lovely building, just think it’s a tad expensive for what you get.
It was a very nice experience and for sure value for money;) our guide was excellent
The tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I love the architecture. In my opinion, the light show really did not add anything to the tour.
Really enjoyed this experience. Beautiful building. Be careful at night on the roof as steps are not well lit and Also flooring is very slippery after rain. Would Recommend seeing this incredible building and its designs
I have done the regular tour and now the night experience. The day tour is better for walking around the roof and appreciating the fantastic roof and views. The light show was cool enough, but any meaning it might have had (Gaudi’s work’s linkage to nature?) was lost on me. Seeing the Sagrada Família at night was pretty cool. The cava and treats at the end were a nice touch.
Outdoor activity that will be canceled if rains. Viator will refund your money if you call. You will have to rebook experience on your own. Wear comfortable shoes since there are a lot of stairs. Also use your phone flashlight since it’s dark. Be careful on the roof. One side does not have guard rails.
A must for all ages but it is not an inexpensive option . We visited with our grandchildren aged 16 and 14 and all four of us enjoyed the visit. Not bad when we have an age span of 62 years. It must be a special place to appeal to all of us. The audio guides were excellent and the signs were clear and useful. Every member of staff was delightful and the views from the roof were stunning. We all especially enjoyed the attic.
The actual tour and experience was excellent. But we booked the pre dinner option and it was terrible. The foot wasn't nice and the service was rude. Just do the experience- do not add on dinner
This was a cool experience, but be forewarned, you have to climb six flights of stairs. The information given by the tour guide was fantastic, as was the tour of the apartment set in the heyday time period. The attic area was interesting, especially since you could see all the structural elements. I was a little disappointed with the rooftop lightshow, which was simply projecting images on the largest rooftop structures. Plus, it was sold as a 90 minute tour and we were done in 60 mins. We enjoyed it, but for the money and time, we probably would have opted for something else.
The place was outstanding a must see. If the staff at the front door weren’t rude then l would have enjoyed it better. If you don’t know where to line up and ask where to go l expect a welcoming hello and guide you not a rude remark and dismissive. It put me off to start off the experience.
We went to Praderia Casa Mila at the 10pm slot. The building is one of a kind, the architecture has a level of detail that reminds us of our creativity and thoughtfulness to function of a building... Every detail had a reason. It also shows the divide between the rich and poor. The climax of the night does not fail to deliver incredible night sky experience matched by the picturesque views of the city of Barcelona.
Casa Mila was beautiful and it was really interesting and unique to see it lit up at night. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I was jet lagged and the group size was about 20, but she was very kind when I asked her questions or to report something. The light show was interesting, but even better was the view from the roof top.
Frankly, it was pretty bad. I like to take notes when I go on tours and I didn’t even open my notebook, I learned nothing. We spent 15 minutes in the lobby watching some video that just was a series of pictures, didn’t explain anything. Then we had a very chirpy guide who was trying too hard to be funny, I felt bad for her because no one even cracked a smile. She showed us the interior of the house, which was OK, but it was basically here is the kitchen from 100 years ago, the bathroom, the dining room. No real information, very little about Gaudi. She finally brought us on the rooftop and we spent almost 20 minutes watching a light show on the statues which would’ve been interesting for half the amount of time. It just felt like they were filling up time with nothing much. Felt like a total waste of time—and money— very commercial and not what I was expecting at all.
This is an experience that is subject to weather. Since it's on a rooftop, the possibility of lightning delayed and eventually canceled our reservation. We were not able to reschedule due to our itinerary, so it was a bit of a let down. It would've been nice to get a weather/programming warning from the facility so we didn't waste our time walking nearly 3km to get there only to head back to our hotel. Also, cancelations are not conveyed to agents, so refunds have to be pursued by the individuals.
Extraordinaire!! Genius creator!! Innovator!! For the beginning of the 20th century. Just WOW!!! To visit!!! Absolutely 💯
Requires whisper headsets- none existed. Guide’s English was poorly executed. Loved the architecture, understood little.
My husband and I toured La Pedrera at 21h20 on March 18. Our guide was excellent. The tour was interesting and informative.
This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at an attraction. The light show is absolutely not worth it. You are rushed up six levels of stairs or the option to according to the host, take a small lift which takes 10 min to reach up. Even middle aged people were gasping on the way up as there was no rest point, elderly people were stretching when they were up on the roof. All the attendees are required to crammed together to listen to the host at each spot, and if you could not get close enough, you would not be able to get what she was saying. The light show itself is boring, and has almost nothing to do with Casa Mila. Kids found it boring and elderly people were so tired after the walk and stood there watching something not relevant. It adds no meaningful context to the building and feels like a gimmick rather than a cultural experience. The entire visit is leaves you feeling irritated rather than inspired. Save your money and book a daytime visit which allows u ample time to walk and enjoy, with an audio guide which allows u to learn and appreciate the architecture and details. The cava and orange juice at the end were the only redeeming part. Without that, I would have left furious.
It is magical and should not be missed The building and light show are fantastic and our guide was very well prepared and professional
An easy walk from our centrally located hotel. Great experience!!! I would definitely do it at night, the light show on the rooftop was special.
After a wonderful experience at casa Batlo during the day tour a few years back, we decided to do the La Pedrera Night Experience. It was a disappointing experience. First , too many people were on the tour for 1 guide, second, they only took us to a service apartment and we use the service stairway up 6 floors to get to it. Nothing special about it. And last the tour guide left the group on the terrace watching a light show because she had to go meet another tour. This was very irresponsible on the organization as the conditions of the terrace with such a dim light, different levels , steps and no guard rails put all the people at risk of an accident. Lastly while having a glass of CAVA and cookies , they came over and ask us to leave because another group was coming over. By the way there was a big area with plenty of space. I like to say that this typically doesn’t happen but it does require attention.
Stairs are required - uneven walking on roof. Really interesting and definitely worth doing. No crowds at night!
This tour starts with history of the building a tour of an apartment and attic which showed why they call the house of bones. But the tour ends with a stunning light show on the roof. Highly recommend
Experience was too costly. Not worth money to attend this activity. Somewhat boring and the light show was repetitive .
Very beautiful and well paced tour. The light show was stunning. We also enjoyed the cava at the end.
The show was good as aspected ! And worth the price! Afterwards they gave you a free glass of champagne or orange juice for the non drinkers!
The acoustics were hard to hear the speaker, and she needed to turn up the volume so we could hear her better this seems to be a common complaint After the beginning the tour was great and we could hear Take the elevators was a lot of steps to walk for all
We enjoyed the historical aspect of the home and the light show on top of the magnificent building. What a sight to see Barcelona in such a beautiful setting!
Im sharing with you my experience at Casa Milà. It helps us to constantly improve. I enjoy both the building and learn about the architecture of Antoni Gaudí. Finally, i would also like to inform you that the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation allocates the revenue from the tickets it sells to social, environmental, educational and cultural projects led by the Foundation itself. I visit all places i enjoy every steps there. Sincerely,
The tour is worth it! The venue is beautiful, and our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Very interesting and it met our expectations. Gaudi’s designs are beyond any known designs regardless of the time period.
Firstly…..this was a phenomenal tour…with the group size not overwhelming an engaging guide who knew his thing….pictures don’t do it justice…it’s breath taking! I have difficulty with steps….and accommodations were easily made for me, both on the way up and down. The length of visit was perfect, the atmosphere exhilarating……so glad I didn’t miss this because of my limitations!
Of all the modernist houses (Casa Batllo, Palau Guell, Casa Amateller, Casa Mila) my boyfriend and I visited in Barcelona, we felt Casa Mila was the least impressive, both architecturally and tourist experience-wise. The night time tour only took you to a few spots (not sure if you can see more during the day) and the light show didn’t add much for us, though of course it’s always a little lovely being on a rooftop at night. The gift shop is also closed for the nighttime tour. If you decide you really want to go here, I would recommend not paying extra for this experience. However, if you’re limited on time, we think this is the casa to skip!
The night experience adds the light show on the roof which was very pretty. Be prepared to walk several flights of stairs.
This was an amazing way to see La Pedrera Casa Mila. I saw this museum 10 years with a larger group during the day. This was a Small group tour of the museum followed by a light show on the roof with gaudi’s “statues.” It was a beautiful night weather-wise and the sky was clear. We could also clearly see La Sagrada Familla from the rooftop! We finished with a glass of cava and cookies. The only negative was that it was difficult to hear the tour guide in the apartment building because of the echo. However I would highly recommend this “different” experience. Truly awesome!

A nice thing to do which was a little different to everything else we were doing on our trip. We learnt about the house and really enjoyed the light show. Climbing all the stairs was pretty tiring, but there was an option of getting a lift for those who couldn't manage the stairs. The drinks and sweet treat at the end was a nice touch.
My tour was canceled because it was raining and I am having a difficult time getting my money refunded from TripAdvisor.
Such a surprisingly enjoyable tour! Definitely worth it! Tour guide was very fun and knowledgeable and Gaudi's work is fascinating! Loved the rooftop light experience and complimentary drink at the end! If you're considering it...do it!
A great chance to see Casa Mila in a quieter and unique experience. The tour info was good albeit a little lacking however it was great to see the different parts of the building gradually going up - although be warned there are 6 flights of stairs at one point. The tour did seem quite rushed after the light show which was pleseant and I'd probably have prefered longer on the roof and forgone the cava and sweets at the end.
There are 145 circular stairs to get to the apartment and another 50 or more to the rooftop and very tricky to maneuver on the roof. So skip the cocktails until afterwards and wear extra comfy shoes! Similar stairs to get down. The light show was excellent, though not authentically Gaudi. We are glad we did it!
This tour was very fun and the light show was amazing. However there was no mention of having to climb 6 floors of stairs. Had we known, we would have not scheduled it after a full day tour. I also felt really bad for the woman with a wrapped ankle. Something told me she wouldn’t have book if she knew that. Very informative guide.
Do not miss. Great tour. Very organized. This is such an interesting place. And the light show on the roof was fabulous. Best to do at night. On the roof you can look out all over the city
