First of all, this is going to be long, but even still words won’t do justice how hard Arianne and Lidija worked on my wedding day. I had originally hired the Straws n berries team to set up charcuterie boards for my wedding, but then realised id need some help on the day to sort out breakfast/lunch and drinks, so I enquired to see if I could hire them to help out for the day. From the start, the company were proactive at communication, helpful, and super supportive. On the day of my wedding, two massive thunderstorms happened up until about 11am. This meant that I was exceptionally stressed and nothing that should have been done, could be done because the weather was so bad. It did thankfully not rain again after 11am. For context, the storms were so bad it wiped out mobile signal in the area and woke all our guests up at 7am. 11am came and I expected one person from Straws n berries to show up, but they very kindly sent 2; Arianne and Lidija. My saviours. These girls killed it, they single-handedly saved my wedding and I’m not exaggerating. Nothing went to plan, but Arianne and Lidija just figured stuff out in such a proactive and upbeat way. They never came with any problems to me, only solutions. I had sent them some on the day instructions to keep them right, but because of the weather and other factors pretty much everything had to change last minute. They made breakfast and lunch for everyone, they put out drinks and ice, they found things that were lost, they moved furniture. They did so so much more than I ever would have expected. They thought on their feet and worked together as a perfect team. Honestly, they must have been shattered after how hard they worked. They even loaded the dishwasher before they left. All the guests and staff all commented how incredible they were, my only regret was not hiring them for the full weekend, that would have saved me lots of stress haha! I will forever remember the two girls, Arianne and Lidija that saved my wedding, and I will recommend them to everyone that’s having any type of function/event in Spain. So if you are considering their services, hire them. It’s the best money you’ll ever spend and I promise you won’t regret it. Arianne, Lidija, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Forever grateful for you both, you have skills and qualities that most people only wish to have. You really did save the day!

Used this company for two activities 1) Grazing picnic for hen party 2) Private catamaran trip Honestly can't recommend enough!!! The decor was beautiful, the food was delicious and such a cute activity for a hen party. Same with the boat so beautifully decorated and we had more snacks/drinks ready for this too. Only suggestion is avoid boat trip in March/ if the water is feeling quite choppy - quite a few of the girls felt sea sick so we couldn't enjoy it properly. I think it's a really fun and fab activity, so you should definitely do but just time it well :)

I booked this tour through Viator over the phone. I had some questions I wanted answered before paying for a non-refundable tour. First, since this was in celebration of a birthday, I wanted to make certain I would be able to have a cake. The Viator representative assured me this would not be a problem. Second, I specifically asked if this "picnic" would be able to be held on the beach, since that was one of the options. Again, the Viator representative assured me it could. I booked the tour and I paid the money through the link. Ultimately, the tour could not be held on the beach, even though the option was in the description and the business hosting the event did not have enough time to get a cake. I ran around Barcelona trying to find one. I would have never booked this knowing that we would be sitting on the grass next to the beach and not on the beach. However, these were not the biggest issues. The biggest issue occurred when I received the ticket with the booking details. The ticket had the wrong meeting information. Our reservation was booked for 7:00 pm (17:00) and consisted of 12 people. We were in three separate taxis and none of us had the correct meeting point. At 6:46, I received a what's-app from the Business owner stating "this is the exact location". However, our party began at 7:00 pm and eight of the guests had already arrived at the location sent to us by Viator on our confirmation. The four people in my car were still in the car enroute to the location because we were driving around trying to hunt down a birthday cake at the last minute. While we were heading for "Passeig del Mare Nostrum, 15, the address stated on our tickets, we had our driver change destination and arrived at the park near Bogatell beach a bit late. The remaining eight participants were trying to hail taxis near the "W Hotel", the location near Passeig del Mare Nostrum, 15, the spot their taxi drivers dropped them off. It took an inordinate amount of time to hail two new taxis and of course paid double taxi fairs. They arrived closer to 8:15 pm. At that point, the eight of them were quite annoyed and the party lacked some enthusiasm. I regret paying $700.00

I used Straws n Berries in May 2019 for my cousins Hen Du and it was incredible! Babet was a brilliant host and she was super responsive. It was the perfect surprise and girly afternoon. I am heading back to Barcelona in October and have already messaged her as I'd love to do this again. The food and drinks were very tasty also!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip from London to Barcelona because of the corona virus. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Straws n' Berries for dealing with this in the most professional way. I to work in events and I know what a hard time we are all having and will have in the next couple of months. For such a small company to give me a voucher is very much appreciated as I thought I had lost my money all together. Thank you to both Babet and Maike for being so helpful and professional. Rest assured once this is over I will be re booking, but moreover I will keep recommending you guys to my friends. Stay Safe!

I had to organize a suprise for the birthday of my two best friends, they had mentioned that they would like to do something out of the ordinary whilst we where in Barcelona. I contacted Strawsnberries and they helped me plan it all. It turned out to be one of the best surprise ever! I loved it, the food was amazing and so where the bottles of wine my friends wont be able to top this easily! Thanks again girls did an amazing job!

We had THE best time on our beach picnic!! We were a group of 10 celebrating a friends birthday! Excellent service from beginning to end! Setting was beautiful, staff were so friendly and the food DELICIOUS!! Couldn't thank the team at Straws N Berries enough. Hope to picnic again soon!!

This is the best idea and so perfect for birthdays, catch ups, your own private brunches with your friends! So pretty!! Everything is amazing! Would 100% recommend. I went for a friends birthday and will be booking myself soon for my birthday 🥳🥳

After an amazing picnic last year we decided to book back in again. Unfortunately with the circumstances that no one could predict, the ladies at StrawsnBerries have given us a voucher with out an expiry date, so we can use it in the future, lovely to have something to look forward too when we can finally get back to normal 😊 It’s so important now than ever to keep small business’s going, and we’ll keep recommending you to everyone we know as the service we have received is fantastic and the picnics are amazing!! So unique and nothing else like it out there! Keep going girls, and we look forward to booking back in soon!

We had a picnic booked for next month, but due to the Carona Virus our flights got cancelled and so did all the activities we had booked in Barcelona, Straws 'n Berries were the only company who wrote us a really nice email and gave us a voucher to use for the FULL amount with no expiry date and to use by anyone. This is very generous baring in mind they are a small business and must have had a really hard time with all the events being cancelled. Thank you girls and good luck this season!

Super nice experience, the set-up is very cute and great to do with a bunch of girls, the picnic at the beach is lovely but they offer plenty of options. Everything well organised and delicious food, love it!

I had a great time with my friends at the picknick organised by Strawsnberries. The picknick is very styled, very instagrammable and at a lovely location. The girls hosting were super friendly as well. Would recommend it for any group of friends visiting Barcelona!

I booked this as part of a hen do for 25 ladies! It was an amazing experience for us all. The food and drink tasted as good as it looked, and the couple who set it up were also lovely and attentive in person and via What's App prior to the event. This is a must! Thank you :)

Me and my friends had the best time with the picnic! Everything was perfectly taken care of. The setting was great, the host was super nice and the food was great too. I definitely recommend doing this with a group of friends when you visit Barcelona.

This fabulous picnic is an absolute must whilst you are in Barcelona! We were in Barcelona for my friends Hen do and wanted one of the days to be more chilled, this was perfect! From the minute we booked to the time the picnic ended the girls couldn’t have been more helpful, they were great at communicating with us and even sent recommendations of other places to visit while we were in Barcelona. Anything we needed they were on hand to help! We had a picnic on the beach for 13 of us and there was plenty of food and drink to go around. We paid €3pp extra to get the homemade sangria, this is 100% worth while as it was soooo delicious! The food is laid out so beautifully all the Hens were very impressed and our bride to be was blown away! It was for sure the highlight of our trip. When I’m back in Barcelona I’ll be booking again!

I visited Barcelona recently for a friends hen party. We booked the picnic on the beach as a surprise activity for the hen and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The setting, food and wine were perfect for the occasion and the added touch of the balloons made the bride to be feel extra special! Strawsnberries had thought of everything and even took lots of pictures of our group in the fabulous setting! Myself and all the girls had the best time at the picnic and I would highly recommend this for any group or couple visiting Barcelona, so much so I have just organised another picnic for another hen party in a few weeks time!! 😝

We booked this activity as part of my friends hen party weekend and it was fabulous the setting was perfect on the beach right by the W hotel and the food was all lovely for the occasion. We couldn’t finish the amount of drinks we had and the girls who set it all up for us were lovely and took loads of pictures for us! Would highly recommend this if you are on a hen party in Barcelona or any kind of group trip.

What more could you ask for: sun, sea and sand...wiches, and a cool glass of wine, what could be finer. The ladies who organised it were prompt and pleasant. All in all fun all around.

What a great day with a wonderful picnic on the beach of Barcelona!!!! The food and drinks were very good and Fresh. I have a friend with a allergie so they Made food special for her. Such a unique experience! First of all the locations here in Barcelona are amazing, the beach, the parks, the mountains - take your pick. Next, the display of food (and alcohol) are a great combination to enjoy the sun and relax and unwind. We took a romantic picnic for 2, were catered to our every need and had such a wonderful time. I was reserved at first, but was completely blown away after, thank you Straws n' Berries for a great experience!

Me and my friends visited Barcelona last week for a couple of days. I shall on Instagram amazing pictures from Straws ‘n Berries and we have made a reservation to have a picnic on the beach. I must say it was one of my best picnic/brunch that I ever had. The ladies did an amazing job and were so friendly and passionate that really gave an extra touch on the whole experience. Beside that the food was so good and taste full. You will be able to eat all kind of flavors and for anyone there will be something and then I haven’t even started about the drinks... YUMMY- so good!! I really one give a big thank you to the ladies and if you wanna try something different in Barcelona and something unique I HIGHLY recommend you to do a Straws’n Berries Hope to see you in the future again. Très joli moment entre filles. Pique-nique au top avec une déco idyllique. Les prestataires qui ont organisé la tablée sont adorables. Tout y était, la déco, le plateau de fruits et légumes, les bouteilles bien fraîches dans la glacière. Je referai. Sans hésiter! Merci.
