Terrible Tour Operator, got stuck with Traffic missed the bus which I had no control. Viator and Tour operator refused to listen and issue voucher or refund. While on Call on day of tour they said verbally, work with Viator to process your refund which they are delying now. Never ever work with them

This trip made my holiday with my daughter- Giulio was a fantastic tour guide with an incredible energy and real passion for the experience tour he was giving. The trip to Girona, medieval village of Peratellada and small fishing cove Calelella were a delight and the historical background made us feel we had learned something the big tour guides would not be able to provide. My daughter is a huge fan of Game of Thrones, and was so excited to visit some of the important filming sites within Girona’s old city walls. Simply a grand day out, thank you Guilio you were fantastic! 😊

Easy pace and great variety! We saw a small city, a medieval town and a seaside promenade. Our tour guide Gilliam was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't sound like Wikipedia page but just pointed out interesting sites with relevant info.

My family and close friends took this tour and we were blessed with having Papa Bear as our guide. He was there at 8:25am ready to meet us and go. He was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We had an awesome experience with the tour. Papa Bear shared so much about the history of Girona and Costa Brava that we couldn’t have learned on our own without him. We made unforgettable memories with our group and Papa Bear. His recommendations on what foods to try were spot on. We returned on time as well, a few minutes before 5:30pm. His van is super clean and comfortable. We want to get Papa Bear again next time we visit Barcelona with our children and other friends. This tour and Papa Bear are highly, highly recommended.

Little get away from busy Barcelona. Girona is a set back to medieval town and an hour outside Barcelona, full of interesting history. Costa Brava is a beautiful resort vibe and seafood delight. The tour is about 9 hours, back at Barcelona about 6pm, but it is a nice pace. Got lucky to have Antoine to be our tour guide and he came in on time and well prepared. The meeting place was easy to find, accessible to public transport, walking or taxi. The van was comfortable and clean. Antoine explained everything clearly, professional, made it fun and encouraged us to ask as needed. Overall, totally recommend this tour and company.

Well paced. Tour guide was very knowledgeable of all areas visited. He went out of his way to make sure we went to a restaurant in a tiny little village. He knew the owners of the restaurant and we received excellent service and food.

The tour itself has a great design and the time is well planned. Our tour guide, William was awful, tired, didn’t explain anything only recommended places to drink. While driving you can tell he was falling asleep making the bus beep constantly. Sad we missed from learning from this trip. 😣

First of all, the small group size is wonderful. We ended up it just being the two of us because other people booked multiple tours and didn’t realize they did that so we got Papa bear to ourselves and couldn’t have a better guide. personality was amazing very knowledgeable and just all around a beautiful and amazing experience. The day went by so fast. We were kind of bummed out that we didn’t have more time to spend with him. All three places we stopped for magical and beautiful. The surroundings were just astonishing. Thank you very much for this tour. we would highly recommend to anyone.

Our daytrip from Barcelona to the Costa Brava was phenomenal. we had so much fun with our Guide,Papa Bear, that a relatively long day went by so fast. He is a terrific storyteller and has an encyclopedic memory for historical facts and statistics that was astonishing and SO interesting! The itinerary was solid and varied, and everything we saw was worth our time in the car and on foot. Don’t hesitate to take a day trip with BOB and consider yourself very lucky to get papa bear as a guide.

Had an amazing trip to Costa Brava. We were already very excited about the itinerary but the tour exceeded our expectations. It was a great mix of sightseeing but also quiet moments to savor the scenery and experience. We would like to extend a deep thank you to our guide Yiorgis (aka Papa Bear). He made the tour a fun, one of a kind, informative experience. He gave us facts about food, history, culture that deepened our experience and made for engaging conversations. He was a delight to spend the day with and get to know, as were our other tour mates. Highly recommend this trip for anyone wishing to explore Costa Brava!! It is well worth the money and will be the highlight of your Spain trip.

Absolutely great tour! Wonderful

This tour is excellent! Girona is a beautiful small town worth exploring for more than its GOT's filming scenes. Walking through the old town's streets and hearing about the history made this part of the tour come to life. We also visited a small village with just 20 inhabitants and learned about the architecture style and how the village maintains its original look and charm. Our final stop was along the coast where we had free time to wander, shop, swim or enjoy a meal in one of the fabulous restaurants featuring freshly caught fish and seafood. Having said how wonderful the sites visited were, they were all the more perfect with our wonderful guide Rebecca. The history of the places visited was colorful and fulsome but also fun to enjoy. Rebecca is an encyclopedia! Any questions we had were answered both about the sites visited, the history of Spain, the Region, its culture and people. Great job - I didn’t feel like I was 'at school' listening to a lecture but enjoying a friendly conversation. To top off the day, Rebecca provided helpful suggestions for other tours and activities in the area highlighting local food to try and places to enjoy Sangria. Great tour; great guide!! 10+

Girona and Costa Brava are both well worth the visit! Both are wonderful places, Girona is such a gem, with a lot of history and cute little streets. Costa Brava is beautiful, you can go in the sea and have a dip, eat a delicious lunch in one of the many restaurants facing the sea, or just sit and watch people bathing. We enjoyed our tour very much. Our tour guide was was a nice French guy, he was knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating. We had a fun time with him. Highly recommend this tour!

Good: Tour was great, good tours and length of time in Girona and another small town, then free time in Cost Brava. Our tour guide was one of the owners, was knowledgeable and helped us have a great time. Less good: My tour was scheduled for Monday. A couple days before, they said they may have to cancel it for lack of people signed up, but asked if I could go Tuesday. Thankfully we were free and were able to do that last minute reschedule. Also, 8 passenger vans means that if everyone is traveling as a couple, not everyone gets to sit next to their partner in the van rides (two bench rows of 3 in the back) and it ends up being luck or whoever fights to sit together.

The Girona and Costa Brava small‑group tour with Fabrizio was excellent. He was very punctual, knowledgeable about the area, kind, friendly, and incredibly attentive. We were very pleased with the route and the entire experience — the hours fly by because the tour is so entertaining and beautiful. We ended up having lunch on our own at a restaurant in Costa Brava, and it was spectacular. You can’t miss this tour!

Our guide Guillaume was so great....helpful...knowledgeable...fun and friendly. He made the day fun and memorable. We even had a a beautiful lunch and a swim at Costa Brava...cold but worth it!!

Wow! What a wonderful day we had with “Papa Bear”!! My husband, my daughter, and I met up with him at a very easy to find location. With the other people who signed up for the tour, we were a comfortable group of eight. Papa Bear drove us to our first stop in Girona where we walked around and he shared the history and lore of the city. Before leaving, we visited a small pastry shop in the Jewish quarter and tried Xuixo. Yum! Next stop was at a medieval village called Peratallada. Papa Bear’s passion and knowledge of the area made the experience that much better. Back into the van for our final stop in Calella del Palafrugall, a charming seaside village with spectacular Mediterranean views. Here we had two hours of free time to eat lunch and explore on our own. Our lunch was so delicious and we only wish we had even more time to spend in such a beautiful place. Each of us enjoyed this terrific day and the three of us agreed it was made that much better by having toured with Papa Bear!!

Such a wonderful experience they way Papa Bear was making you engage and telling you every small reasons why things has been build like that.. and spots of GAME OF THRONES. He made the trip so interesting and made us walk all the streets so nicely . He is organized and knows where to take you slowly. He has good sense of humour which wont make you feel bore whereas i was quite into me sometimes making pictures and videos but he was nice throughout😅i have missed some details while of explaining.. but he was amazing❤️🤌🏻

We booked this tour way in advance. The operator canceled the tour the day before. We had no other option to get there. Train tickets to return from Girona were sold out and all other tours were sold out. It was the only day we could go. They told us they would not do the tour for just 2 people. Had they canceled maybe a week early, we may have been able to find other options. I would not book with them for anything again. When you plan a once in a lifetime vacation, this was unacceptable to us. Very disappointing.

Gulio was an amazing guide and our group had a fantastic time. Gulio was very charismatic and had great knowledge about the areas we visited. The stops were all very unique and scenic in their own ways. It was a great balance as we got to see both medieval areas as well as a coastal area. We had 6 people in our group and were able to go at a comfortable pace that met the needs of everyone in our group. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

Papa Bear is a great tour guide, providing detailed explanations of the local history and architecture. Although it was the off-season, there were very few tourists, making for a fantastic experience. Let our family have a wonderful day.
