This experience was great value for Money. Vince was amazing! Passionate when it came to the tour and very engaging from start to finish. Would recommend this tour and esoecially Vince to anyone.

Vince was our tour guide and he was amazing!!! The whole trip was super organized, meet up time and locations were clear. We got 2000 years of Barcelona history explained in 20 mins, history and legends of Montserrat, as well as the beautiful process of making wine the right way! Vince was super informative and fun! My husband and I dont drink, but the tapas and wine made us love wine and we bought 2 bottles!! Thank you Vince, Ivan, Jose Ruiz our driver for a wonderful and safe trip!

Mayi was a great guide. She not only had good knowledge of the areas on the tour, but was very jovial in her delivery. Worth every penny. Highly recommend. Only recommendation would be for the company to offer a full day trip, more time at El Montserrat and at the winery, to drink more wine!!

Incredible day with a complete immersion in the background and history of this famous area. Lots of color commentary and great fun for our group. Etienne was particularly engaging, informative and entertaining. Would highly recommend this tour and Etienne for a fun-filled day!

Tour well organized. Several groups go on the buses but will separate into smaller groups at the destination. Our guide was Vince. We've done many guided tours. Vince is Ami g the most knowledgeable, humorous, engaging and passionate guides we have ever experienced. It was a joy and a privilege to be in his group. His passion for his job is clear. His passion for Catalan is clear. His passion for his tour group members is clear. What an enjoyable day. The monastery is incredible. Seeing the Black Madonna, and even touch her was a privilege. The history of this monastery is unparalleled. The beauty of the mountains and valleys is breathtaking. Then there was the winery that has been making wine for over 1,000 years and 37 generations of the same family. Again, the Catalonian passion shines through. The wines were outstanding. They are available for purchase after and very reasonable prices. Grounds are gorgeous, the family still lives on the property in the castle. Foods served with the wine were delicious. Be sure to do the VIP experience.

We loved this experience! It was SO COOL! We loved riding the Cogwheel train up the mountain-highlight! The experience and basilica at the top of Mount Montserrat in addition to the wine and tapas at the bottom of the mountain, made this such a memorable day! Our tour guide Alberto was awesome. My husband and I highly recommend this experience if you are staying and exploring Barcelona!

The Half-Day Montserrat, Tapas, & Wine Tour was fabulous. My wife and I enjoyed every part of it. Vince, our tour guide, was absolutely the best. Warm, friendly, super funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Being our first time to Spain and having limited time, this tour was definitely the right one.

The history, uniqueness and beauty of this place can only leave you wonderstruck. Make sure you know exactly what tour you are getting. The names of all 3 Montserrat tours by this company are same, just the price is different. I thought I had ordered the most expensive which included the wine tour and Tapas. Apparently not.

Luca was a terrific guide. He was friendly and funny and really knowledgeable. We had a wonderful day, Montserrat is beautiful and very easy and enjoyable to visit. The views are spectacular, the museum had a really good art gallery and nice active exhibitions. The winery was atmospheric but still easy to enjoy, and the wines were very good. We also really enjoyed the 9:45 departure time. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful day outside the city of Barcelona! Our guide Xavi made it the best day ever. The weather was a little overcast, but the skies cleared as we approached Montserrat. On the way there, we were given a brief history lesson about Catalonia and the people that have called this part of Spain home for thousands of years. Xavi was great at orienting us when we reached the monastery and pointing out ways to spend our free time. We boarded the bus and headed to the wine and tapas part of our tour. By the time we arrived, we had an understanding of the life of a wine maker and visited a vineyard that was over 1000 years old! All enjoyed the tasting and the tapas plate included.Jamon, cheese, delicious bread, and tomato spread, potato, egg puffs, and a mushroom appetizer. The tasting process was engaging and interesting for everyone, those who had experienced winetasting before and newbies. We had people from all over the world in our group, and everyone was engaged and interested. We had some time at the wine garden before boarding our bus for the short trip back to Barcelona.

Our tour guide Leley was Awesome. She explained the full plan in the beginning and guided us at each step. She explained Spain Barcelona and Montserrat history legends very well. We were fortunate to get blessings from Madonna. Saint Mary. Overall very memorable trip. We traveled 2 Adults, 2 kids and 2 seniors. Everyone enjoyed. The train ride added fun to kids.

Great day out with some of the best guides. Funny, friendly and informative. Amazing to see Montserrat and hear the history and then enjoy some great Spanish wine and tapas. Well organised, comfy buses and great driving. Easy to get to pick up at Nord bus station. Nice relaxed tour, a good change from the busy city.

Anthony was very well versed on the Monserrat history. He provided interesting information without overwhelming us with factoids. His wine knowledge was terrific. He showed the proper way to taste and let the group suggest flavor profiles they could taste. The wine was yummy. The tapas were delicious and with a nice variety.

Convenient meeting spot and great time management. Highly recommend!
