Sandra was not only incredibly knowledgeable but was also friendly, approachable and fun. I learnt so much from her and thoroughly enjoyed our time together. We walked around main areas of town and smaller hidden pockets to see the influences and history of mysticism and esotericism in Barcelona. I was also given a history of the area itself and of Sandra’s experience and knowledge of these subjects. Fabulous tour!! Our guide Sandra was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. A unique experience!!! Very wide ranging information on Christianity. Kabbalah, Phillip Lindsay, Gaudi, the Freemasons, Rosicrucians and others from am esoteric perspective.

The guide is an expert of Western esotericism. She was able to passionately unpack Western obsession with dualisms; esotericism-exotericism, black-white, above-below, feminine-masculine. Including Qaballah, she drew several ideas together, unifying schools that have for example been accused for racism and antisemitism (Blavatsky, Steiner). Walking Barcelona, following stories, looking for symbols, became an interesting and different encounter with the heart of the city.

Hands down the highlight of my trip. Sandra was knowledgeable, energetic, engaging and absolutely delightful all around. Her depth of information combined with her obvious passion for esoterics was infectious and both rekindled my love of the subject as well as motivated me to seek deeper learning. Thank you Sandra!!

This tour was an incredible dive into the history of Barcelona and Western esotericism. I think I heard hundreds of stories and historical facts about Templars, Masons, alchemy, mysticism, Kabballah, and Tarot, and, and, and... during our three-hour tour as we walked on the narrow streets of the Barri Gotic. Very fascinating! After the tour, my head was spinning from all this. If you feel at all at home with the subject matter, I highly recommend it. Sandra has an incredible repository of information, and she even starts the tour just for you.

Amazing tour of the secret history- everything from the Roman burial grounds, Rosicrucianism, mysticism, Kabbalah, building masonry and the connections between them. Even gave us info on alchemy and Tarot cards. We thoroughly enjoyed the spiritual connection to all the topics. This was an incredible way to spend an evening in Barcelona. Lots of specific tidbits about the city itself were weaved into the larger narrative of esotercism as a whole, masterfully told across several hours and various locations. If you are interested in these topics, I highly recommend taking this tour.

The information shared was enlightening and gave us a lot to talk about. We enjoyed learning about the Roman burial ground and the history of the Gothic and Jewish quarters. We appreciated the connections made to all the spiritual traditions and even though the walk was windy at times we could have continued our conversation with Sandra for another hour or so had we not made dinner reservations. If you enjoy medieval history and symbolism, you should not miss this tour.

It is clear that her preparation is profound and in her case we are truly talking about a professional who has been studying Western esotericism for more than twenty years! We were impressed by both her historical and esoteric knowledge. She managed to convey the information to us in simple and engaging language. We felt fortunate indeed to spend three hours with Sandra and were absolutely astounded at the breadth of her knowledge. She weaves her many years of Mystery School study together as she takes you through the Gothic Quarter talking about Kabbalah in Catalonia as well as pointing out Templar and Freemason symbolism.
