Dreadful. Overcrowded. Expensive. Guide on your phone kept cutting out. Flashing lights. Hot. Massive queues. Save your money!!!!! Viewpoint is free and shop is better
Truly a once in a lifetime experience! I got literal chills being in the trophy room and seeing all that Barca has one! I plan to return again with my children in the near future!
The museum was closed when we arrived for our visit time - no advice from Viator. Wasted couple of hours
More for true Barca football fans than newbie or casual sports fan but the immersive experience was still excellent. Variety of gear is the best.
An absolute must for any football fan! Even though the stadium is still under construction so access to the ground itself was not possible, it was worth it just to see all the trophies in the museum!! Visited with my son in August so was VERY busy and VERY hot (to be expected). The museum itself had air con though!!! I WOULD DEFFO RECOMMEND booking through a site like ‘get my guide’ as we did. Not only do can choose to have a tour guide, you also get to JUMP THE QUEUE which was horrendous, especially in the heat!
Complete BS , NO ONE FRIM JULIA TRAVEL SHOWED. I could have just bought the ticlets directly from the stadium, you made it seem likebit was a tour.
Biggest disappointment for a 14 year old football fan!! Waste of time and money. Saw just as much memorabilia at the stores around Barcelona than the museum offers. The 'view point' is just the back window of the shop, which you can access without a ticket for FREE! We were there 25mins max, had allowed 2 hours as thats what we had spent at the Real Madrid tour (which is amazing in comparison!!) And we were shocked to find the end after 4 or 5 rooms. Our son was so disappointed and it ruined the day. Don't bother wasting so much money.
The stadium tour was practically a one stop at the stand. We listened guide for 10min, took some pics and that’s it. No tour, no box visits, no locker rooms, no nothing. Waste of time and money. Reason was that the stadium is being renovated…but that was not taken into account in ticket prices.
Lots of trophies and shirts on display and an immersive experience that was really good. Otherwise it was not much to see.
The reservation was not accepted at the museum or at the ticket office. I had to repurchase the tickets there. We were told they do not work with this vendor.
Great immersive museum for football lovers. It was worth the money although did end up paying for photos and football penalty on the day. There was an issue that we didn’t have the qr code so make sure you have it before you get there otherwise you’ll have to call up and get it sent to you which was a bit of a faff! Worth it in the end though!
We were told to meet your representative under a green umbrella near the entrance by 9:30 am sharp. They were never there. Finally the people at the museum entrance helped us.
I would avoid booking through Viator/Julia travel. The information and documentation does not state that the voucher needs to be redeemed at a Julia travel agent ( I have had bookings before where this is a requirement, no issue when the information is given), the meeting point clearly states the stadium. When this became apparent, I was unable to reach the agent via live chat or phone call, I reached out to Viator support and advised them and they also tried to reach Julia Travel and were unable. No support just informed they would request a refund, new tickets purchased direct at the stadium for a later tour as we had missed our window. Received an email stating no refund due to policy. Very bad/costly experience and one to avoid.
DO NOT BOOK THIS - the information received does not detail that the voucher issued is not the ticket and that it needs to be redeemed at an agents office before use. No access to customer support, calls unanswered and live chat ignored. After failing to reach the agent, contact was made with Viator support who also tried to contact the agent and failed. I was advised a refund request would be placed. I purchased new tickets direct from the stadium. Received an email stating a refund was refused on my booking - this is unacceptable, had the information been clear and details given on exchanging the voucher at purchase the instructions would have been followed. Fraudulent and misleading with no customer support - Previous response from Julia travel advises Viator are aware of the ticket terms - However this information isn't given or clarified on the booking confirmation with the meeting point clearly stating the stadium. This tour should not be available.
The tickets I purchased were not valid. They needed a QR code that I was not provided. I had to purchase tickets at the location so our plans were not interrupted. I’d like to get a refund for my purchase through TripAdvisor.
We booked the Spotify Camp Nou Experience and Museum and deeply regretted bothering. It was listed as 69 euro each but for some reason it was 79 euro plus 4.50 in 'fees' each - meaning 83.50 a person when we booked it. For this you get 35 min tour, which meant a 5-10 min walk from the meeting point to the stadium plus 5-10 mins talk from the guide, 5-10 mins on the buildong site, and then a walk back. You stay in only one part of the stadium, listening to loud construction work so you cannot hear the guide at all (our guide did not even wait for all 80 or so visitors to reach her before she started talking). You are then standing in shade so it is impossible to take a photo where you can see your kids faces as well as the pitch in sunlight, and you cannot move within 50 rows of the pitch to do so. Then there is a very standard museum tour where they make you queue take a photo against a green screen (to sell to you later) before they even let you in. We were in Benficas stadium tour and museum last year and it was so much better (and a fraction of the price), likewise any of the Premier League stadium tours we have done. There is no need to bother with this. If you want to give Barca your money then just buy a jersey instead.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH VIATOR. This is a 3rd party voucher through Julia Travel. First you must pick up your voucher about 20 minutes away. We decided to pick it up a few days early to prevent having to go the morning of the tour as it was a bit of travel time. They printed the voucher and we arrived on the date we scheduled. Once we arrived they told us these vouchers have the wrong date (dated the day we picked them up 6/30 although our Viator date was booked 7/1) they also told us these vouchers were duplicates. And could not let us go inside. Now I do have to appreciate the professionalism of the stadium as they did work with us and eventually let us into the tour. This is a great experience and I do recommend however until Viator can work with another company for vouchers I would suggest to book direct with the stadium.
Organized, interesting and very good climatized
Arrived at the “meeting point” (the museum) with my voucher, but told to go to the desk, then told to contact the agent, who told me to contact Viator. Was unable to access the museum as small print detailed that the “voucher” is actually a redemption ticket, so I was actually meant to travel to the agent’s shop, then to the “meeting point”. Very misleading, unclear and terrible customer service. I’ve received no response.
Awful, awful experience. Turned up to see the booking had been cancelled. I ignored the email cancelling it because it was entitled "Your Tripadvisor Booking for Barcelona: FC Barcelona Museum "Barça Immersive Tour""
This is a scam. Very low price and do not make it clear you have to travel to the other side of the city to pick up tickets in advance. Will spend more in transportation than just getting the valid ticket from the museum. No response from seller and no refund when I tried to reach out. Was a very sad day for our family, we never made it into the museum.
Horrible, when we got to the museum we were told we had to travel to a separate location 30 minutes away to pick up the tickets. They than told us that the last showing was at noon and we where unable to get it. This was not stated, they change in hours so we miss getting to tour the museum before the game. Been trying to get in touch for refund and unable to speak with anyone. Basically feel like $150 was just stolen. Would not recommend
Such underwhelming experience. After a long wait we were herded like cattle into a dark room with video highlights and display of history and we were asked to leave without visiting the ground. Terrible experience and total money loss.
I would recommend against spending any money here. The museum was ok but very busy. Everything in this place is about making money. There are some things that you can see for free without paying. We have visited other stadiums such as Bayern’s Allianz Arena. They are much better. Personally, I would recommend friends to just view the stadium from the outside and enter the grounds to have a look at the shop.
Absolutely awful. So I collected my tickets 24hours prior from st Julian tour company. I had booked an open ticket which meant we can go anytime the next day. We arrived at the stadium at 12:30 to be told the Museum is closed due to the match. The stadium employee was very apologetic and told us all tour companies were informed. At no point did the tour company advise us. So I contacted the tour company to be told I do not qualify for a refund and no compensation. In fact the offered me £11.00 T refund after paying nearly £80. I’ve been back a few days and am still awaiting for St. Julian tour company to respond to me many emails. Avoid this company They are so unprofessional no empathy no compassion…. Absolutely disgusting service
Took around 30 mins to queue up. And competed the tour in 40 mins. Hadn’t realised that it didn’t include a stadium tour but I guess that my fault for not easing the description correctly. Not worth the price of admissions
This is not ticket and just a voucher. Please ensure that you don’t use trip adviser for any of these. They are not refund 250 CAD and we ended up buying another 4 ticket to get in. Terrible experience with cash loss
My grandson and I arrived at Camp Nou to be told the ticket on my mobile could not be used. We then had to get a taxi to a tour agent to pick up the vouchers. This was an extra expense I hadn't bargained for and I wouldn't have booked it. I had been to Parc Guell the day before and didn't need vouchers. This experience spoilt it for us. My grandson did enjoy the tour in the end but it was stressful trying to find the tour company. I would recommend the tour but I would not recommend booking it through yourselves.
Really poor experience. Did the "so called" stadium tour and museum. Stadium Tour was hopeless - No visit to Dressing Rooms - Couldn't go near the pitch. Completely disinterested tour guide. Museum is ok but definitely not worth the price of the visit. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
The museum was closed and we couldn’t get in! Unbelievable!! Although we called the agent the previous day to ask him if it’s open on Sunday and he replied positive.
Really just an agent that we had to make an additional stop at. No savings on the ticket and still had a combined 25-30 transport to get to the activity. The staff were very pleasant at Julia Travel but just found the step to be unnecessary. Knowing what I know now I would have just stood in line for the 5 minutes and bought tickets at the Barca office.
Viator is a Rip off. Do not use them. We were on vacation in a city we didn't know. Without a car. They did not send me tickets. They sent me a voucher. So when we got to camp immersive. The voucher didn't work. We needed tickets. That had to be picked up at another location. Which was not made clear. When I asked them to please sent them to my email. They refused. Really. It would have taken 2 more taxi rides to go get them. So we just paid again to get in. I will never use VIATOR again. I did try to get them to reimburse me. They refused.
I don't know why I have to go all the way to Julia's for the ticket that was so far out of the way. The actual experience was awesome though. As an American I was scared of not getting a ticket but like they sell them right there at the venue all formally so might just do that next time.
I had a very disappointing experience with Viator during my recent trip to Barcelona. I purchased two tickets to visit the Barcelona Stadium (Camp Nou) through Viator, expecting a smooth and well-organized process. However, when I arrived at the stadium, I was told that the tickets had to be collected from the Viator partner office, which was located quite far from the stadium. This information was not made clear at the time of booking. I immediately made my way to their office, but due to the unexpected distance and confusion, I arrived just 5 minutes after the stated collection time. Despite explaining my situation — that I was a tourist, not familiar with the city, and leaving Barcelona soon — the staff were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. They refused to assist or provide any solution, and I was denied entry to the stadium. As a result, I lost both my tickets and my money without ever getting to experience the stadium tour. Viator’s lack of clear instructions, poor coordination with their local partner, and zero flexibility or customer care left me extremely disappointed. I have since returned to Warsaw and no longer have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better from a company that claims to prioritize travelers’ experiences. I strongly advise future travelers to double-check where and how tickets must be collected before booking with Viator, especially for tours involving third-party partners.
Highlights were the trophy room, the wall of football shirts and Messi's display with golden boots. Audio tour worth having and gave bit more info. Knew stadium under construction but at the end of the day it just looks much like any other football stadium. Shop was huge but lots of items repeated throughout. Took us an hour and quarter to go round but could have spun it out to 2+ hours if had coffee at cafe and took bit longer over each of the exhibits. £120 for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Easiest to get there by taxi. Decided to walk back to Barcelona centre after but would not recommend this as took hour+
The museum was amazing if you love Barca! The ticket had to be picked up somewhere else which was the only downside but they were nice when I picked them up. Thank you!
Be prepared for a lot of quite disorienting visual and lighting effects. Hard to follow where to go - I don’t know whether I saw everything
First off not a tour just a museum! €30 to see a few trophies the closest u get to the stadium is about 200m as it’s a building site . No audio guide provided just a QR code to scan so you can listen on phone not really any good when I’m with kids who are too young for phones. Most tours of European stadium cost the same but you get to see the changing rooms pitch side etc . Here nothing .I appreciate it’s a building site at the min but should be half price until you can actually see the stadium. Poor . Don’t go
I am so glad I got a refund. When going to Canp Nou, we were turned away. I guess we had to go 30 minutes outside of the area to even find the pickup for the pickup. I do not understand how they thought thid would be convenient, but it was not. I would buy tickets at the stadium instead. They also make the intructions very confusing and gave no message regarding the pickup day of or the day before.
Warning: This experience does not tell you that you have to travel to a completely separate area of the city to pick up tickets for the Barça museum, when ALL you have to do is just go directly to the Barça museum and buy your tickets there. Would not recommend, it’s paying a third party for tickets you can buy yourself without unnecessary travel.
Too expensive, this was a great experience but for what you get is really poor value for money. fifty euros each for a look at the trophy cabinet and an impressive 10 minute virtual reality walk through felt a little over the top.
My 20 year old son really wanted to experience Camp Nuo and the FC Barcelona experience. It was interesting but very very crowded. It was very hard to see the exhibits and read the information with the number of people there. I would recommend trying to find a more off time to go though I’m not sure if there is such a time.
Overpriced and overall a very poor experience. Long queues for pictures to be taken with fav player and cup, long wait time to receive pictures. Can think of better ways to spend time when in Barcelona
The immersive tour was good but as you can imagine not having access months great stadium is obviously dissapoinyimg but also totally understandable while the build the new stadium but we will be back again once the stadium upgrade has been finshed
Our voucher wasn’t accepted , so we have to buy new tickets at the museum. Just get them directly at the museum. They are much cheaper there.
This tour is not as advertised. It does not include a tour of Camp Nou. It is closed. You’re also required to travel 30 minutes outside of town to pick up physical tickets, which is not clear in the description.
Very impressive and informative about the history of the club can't wait to see the stadium when its completed
Awful arrived at the Stadium only to learn that we should have picked our tickets in an office that is 1 hour from the Stadium. Lost the money, had to by new tickets.
Absolute rip off. NOthing worked, the audio tour needed wifi which didnt work and no head phones provided. The extra experience is an absolute scam as no t shirt included or photos. The customisation of t shirts also wasnt given as didnt have the letters. Very rude staff and an absolute disgrace.
