Wonderful tour, great small group. We were picked up at the cruise terminal and were shown all the city highlights. Highly recommend!

Enjoy the panoramic views over Barcelona and the port
Sagrada Família is Barcelona’s most iconic landmark, designed by Antoni Gaudí. This extraordinary basilica blends Gothic and Art Nouveau forms, with intricate façades and a luminous interior inspired by nature. Its towering spires and symbolic details make it one of the most remarkable architectural works in the world. Enjoy a panoramic visit or get skip-the-line tickets and go inside the famous church at the end of the tour. Tickets are 26 Euros per person.
Seaside Marina featuring yachts, waterfront restaurants, and a lively promenade popular for walking and cycling
Passeig de Gràcia is Barcelona’s most elegant boulevard, linking Plaça de Catalunya with the Gràcia district. Known for its luxury boutiques and Modernist architecture, it is home to landmarks such as Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. Wide sidewalks, distinctive mosaic paving, and grand façades make it one of the city’s most prestigious avenues.
Plaça d’Espanya is one of Barcelona’s largest and most important squares, built for the 1929 International Exhibition. It is marked by the twin Venetian Towers and sits at the foot of Montjuïc, near the Magic Fountain and the former bullring, now the Arenas shopping center. The square serves as a major transport hub and a grand gateway to the Montjuïc area.
Casa Amatller is a prominent Modernist building on Passeig de Gràcia, designed in 1898 by architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. Its distinctive stepped gable façade, inspired by Flemish Gothic architecture, contrasts with Gaudí’s neighboring Casa Batlló. Rich decorative details and sculpted stonework reflect the wealth and taste of the Amatller chocolate-making family who commissioned it.
Casa Batlló is one of Antoni Gaudí’s most imaginative creations on Passeig de Gràcia. Redesigned in 1904, the building is famous for its colorful mosaic façade, bone-like balconies, and a roof shaped like a dragon’s back. Inside, flowing lines, natural light, and marine-inspired details showcase Gaudí’s distinctive Modernist style.
La Mansana de la Discòrdia, meaning “Block of Discord,” refers to a famous stretch of Passeig de Gràcia where leading Modernist architects competed through bold designs. The contrasting façades and decorative styles earned the block its nickname, making it one of Barcelona’s most striking showcases of Catalan Modernisme.
La Pedrera, officially known as Casa Milà, is one of Antoni Gaudí’s most iconic Modernist buildings on Passeig de Gràcia. Completed in 1912, it is famous for its undulating stone façade and surreal rooftop chimneys. The innovative structure, natural light-filled courtyards, and flowing forms reflect Gaudí’s distinctive architectural vision.
L’Anella Olímpica de Montjuïc is the main Olympic complex built for the 1992 Barcelona Games. Located on Montjuïc hill, it includes the Olympic Stadium (Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys), Palau Sant Jordi, and surrounding open spaces. Today, it hosts major sporting events, concerts, and public gatherings, offering wide views over the city.
Plaça de Catalunya is Barcelona’s central square and main meeting point, linking the historic old town with the modern Eixample district. Surrounded by shops, cafés, and major avenues such as La Rambla and Passeig de Gràcia, it serves as a key transport hub and a lively gateway to the city.
Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC) is housed in the grand Palau Nacional on Montjuïc hill. The museum is renowned for its outstanding collection of Romanesque frescoes, as well as Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and modern Catalan art. Its elevated position offers panoramic views over Barcelona from the terraces.
El Born is one of Barcelona’s most atmospheric neighborhoods, known for its narrow medieval streets, boutique shops, lively cafés, and vibrant nightlife. Blending history and creativity, it is home to landmarks such as Santa Maria del Mar and offers a mix of local culture, artisan stores, and a relaxed yet trendy vibe just steps from the old city center.
Santa Maria del Mar is a striking 14th-century Catalan Gothic church. It is known for its pure architectural lines, soaring columns, and luminous stained-glass windows. The interior feels unusually open and harmonious, making it one of the finest examples of Catalan Gothic architecture in Spain.

This tour was just enough of the highlights of Barcelona to give you an idea of what to do next. Nothing in depth mostly drive bys. Our guide Marta was very nice
Loved our tour guide, Elaina. She made us feel very welcomed to Barcelona, her home that she loves and is proud of.
Great overview of Barcelona. Our guide, Moises, was extremely knowledgeable of the history of Barcelona. We went to view Barcelona from a mountaintop, the old town and Sagrada Família. Wonderful experience!
We had a very positive time. Pickup was right on time with a new shiny Mercedes van. Our tour guide was Carmen Marta Perez Leon. She was perfect with the knowledge of where we went and excellent easy to understand English. One portion of tour was to be a brisk 45 minute walking tour of the old town. They asked that anyone who might not be able to maintain the pace contact them in advance. I was glad they did and they let me literally sit that part off having a lovely coffee and pastry until they came back for me. How very considerate of them and my boy friend did not miss out by my slowness. Wanted to give her big hug and cash tip at end of tour (she felt like family) but after she had given us a detailed tour/description of the exterior of the building she was gone in a flash. Only disappointment of the day was even though we purchased optional trip up into the towers we were unable to go. Trip up is by elevator but would need to be able to climb down over 500 steps on narrow winding descent WITHOUT HANDRAILS. At age 79 they politely advised us not to try it . Will receive refund on that portion of our admission. Spent literally hours on main floor of Sagrada Familia. So much beauty and arcitecture to enjoy. Stained glass windows were the best!
Great communication prior to tour. Van was comfortable. Guide was very informative and friendly. Highly recommend
We love this tour! Martha our guide tour was amazing! She was so helpful and professional. If I go back to Barcelona, I will definitely take this tour again! I recommended!
Great tour. Tatyana was an exceptional guide. She was very knowledgeable and genuine in caring for the guests.
Our guide Marta was amazing! So friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The tour of Park Guell was incredible and she explained all the important elements of the park. The outside walking tour of Sagrada Família was similarly well done. Highly recommend is those two things are on your must see list.
I chose this tour because it has the pick up from cruise port and the drop off to hotel option. My cruise had a delay but we were at the meeting point on time. My guide was sweet and thoughtful. However, I did not felt like I get to see much. It could be that Barcelona was going through some extreme weather during the trip. I don’t know. The sky cleared up during that morning so there was no rain. Any how, I am still grateful that the tour went on without being canceled. At least I get to see a bit of Barcelona before returning home.
Hugo was a great. Very informative. Great way to get oriented to city sites. Monjewic was a highlight.
Easy pick up and drop off. Nice overview of the city. That’s all I have to say. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Of all the tours we took on our Mediterranean vacation we had the best tour guide on this one. I would definitely recommend this tour.
The whole experience was superb. The dinner was excellent, tasty & varied for all tastes. The venue was elegant & appealing. The service was outstanding. And the Flamenco show was powerful and fierce
Fantastic tour. Efficient pick up from cruise terminal, comfortable small van/SUV, visited the main sights around the city with a good mix of exploring on foot and driving. Never felt rushed. Driver was excellent- personable and very knowledgeable about the city and its history. Coordinated in advance for SF entrance tickets and that was smooth. Driver dropped me off at the luggage storage storefront, which was right around the corner from SF. They even reimbursed me 10 Euro for the taxi back to my hotel. Highly recommend for those wanting to see the highlights but short on time!
We booked a pick up from our cruise ship with our luggage and a tour of the city of Barcelona with drop off to our hotel. Our tour guide/driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Magalina (not sure if I spelled her name right)... Very friendly and knowledgeable about the sights. The company was incredibly accommodating for the pick up and drop off. Kept us informed thought email for every possible situation. Best of Barcelona tour ... Great company and your guide and driver.
You can do the same with the tourist bus but i like the private driver because we walk much less. My mom is old and i want her to visit without getting on and off the bus.
Perfect tour b/ cruise & flight with luggage stowed! We absolutely enjoyed our “Best of Barcelona small group tour” and really appreciate our guide’s depth and breadth of knowledge about Barcelona and Spain. Vincent and our driver was informative and fun and could touch on topics we and our group were curious about! We enjoyed amazing views & vistas plus walking through the city. Learning and seeing details about La Sagrada Família was our biggest highlight of the morning. We would highly recommend this tour and Spain Tours for any first time visitors. Vincent gave us peace of mind. He helped us with the perfect pick up spot for Uber to bring us to the airport since we had to leave the tour early to catch our flight home.

This was an excellent tour to see the best of Barcelona in a short period of time. Loved our guide Marta, and the knowledge she had on all aspects of the city and the way of life in Barcelona. She gave us all the urge to come back to this beautiful city to see more.
Our tour guide was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and personable. Barcelona was her home and she gave us a lot of good information about the places we drove by or walked to. She spoke good English and was easy to understand. The only thing surprising was the small group rode in a large motor coach bus. I was expecting a vehicle fitting a small group. Otherwise, it was a great tour. Picked us up promptly at our start time in front of our hotel.
We had an amazing experience on our semi-private tour of Barcelona. We were able to bring our luggage and be dropped off at the cruise port when we were finished. The driver and guide were both fantastic. We were able to squeeze in so much, in about 4 hours. I would 100% recommend!
This tour was a great way to be introduced to Barcelona, especially if you only have a day or a few hours. The pick up right at the cruise port was so easy and we loved having an airconditioned coach to go back to after each stop. Walking tour in Old town, views from the moutain and touring the outside of La Sagrada Familia were highlights.
Joao picked us up from the cruise port and took us by large van to many sights in Barcelona. We got out several times to take photos and explore a bit. It was a great way to have a cruise port pick up and see the city before checking in the hotel. The pick up from the was very easy and he communicated via WhatsApp. He dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the tour. Joao was very friendly and knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Barcelona.

We had a fantastic tour of Barcelona with Barcelona Day Tours. We were picked up on time. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. We love it!
Very nice bus. We had 11 people. They picked us up at hotel and dropped us off at cruise port. Magdalena was our guide and she did a good job.
Thorough driving tour of Barcelona. Utilized cruise port pickup and hotel drop-off. Very glad to be in the good hands of our guide throughout the day.
This was a really great tour. The driver & tour guide were great. They assisted persons with disabilities as well. Even though my hotel was on the outskirts of Barcelona, they assisted with a pickup from my hotel to the drop off to the tour van. I will definitely book tours with them in the future.
It was ok, a lot to see. The guide was knowledgeable. Make sure you eat breakfast and bring water with you.
Guide was on time but the driver showed up an hour late. Tour guide was very informative and the shuttle was nice but wasting an hour of our day waiting on the driver definitely lowered our enjoyment. Sagrada Família is incredible and definitely worth a visit.
The tour was great and the tour guide was excellent and informative Park Guell was an extra bonus ( not on the original tour )as she was able to get us tickets
It’s very hot in July, bring water, and if you tour on a Sunday you cannot enter churches. The food is amazing and the people very accommodating.
Very good excursion. Easy to understand and very knowledgeable leader. Enjoyed walking around the different areas.
Great quick tour with knowledgeable Tour guide and great Driver! Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour.
We had a great tour with Barcelona Day Trips after we left the ship! Great tour guide and driver and awesome customer service! Highly recommended!
Be sure to read the fine print and have all fees, to include entry fees into exhibits paid in advance. Too much wasted time on clarifying who in the group paid and who owed for one entry fee.
A Must Do Excursion, lots of history. Saw sites that we wouldn’t have been able to walk to. Stopped for restroom break & snacks. Would definitely do again. Guide was very informative
Took quite a long time to get through customs, which was communicated with the company and the driver. By the time we got out with our bags, we were 1 minute late and charged 40€ extra. No understanding that our delay wasn’t our fault and the communication with the company was very rude. Don’t appreciate this “welcome to Barcelona”.
Jordy was very informative and knew the city well. I jut wish we had some time for photos at Casa Batllo and Casa Mila.
Great tour and the tour guide was very knowledgeable of Barcelona. We loved the unique architecture of the city and the city’s history.
Tour still occurred the structured changes as was not semi private. May of the areas we paid to see we couldn't do to the pope being in town. Shoudl have been told this more upfront that schedule would change and structure
The Best of Barcelona tour was a wonderful experience that offered incredible value. We covered so much ground in total comfort thanks to the air-conditioned shuttle, and our guide was exceptional, taking the time to share unique insights and fascinating history about the city. I was especially impressed by the company’s communication; they kept us perfectly informed when they needed to substitute our guide and were incredibly helpful in coordinating a convenient meeting point near our hotel when ours wasn’t accessible. We learned so much and had a fantastic time exploring Barcelona. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!
Really good communication. They went above and beyond when we changed hotels. They sent a transfer to pick us up so that we did not have to navigate or hold anyone up. Adrianna was a great guide. Knowledgeable and made sure we hit all the right spots.
Great tour! It really gave us a good overview of Barcelona by combining the bus tour and walking tour!
Description of tour was as advertised. The tour host spoke English quite well and was SO knowledgeable about the city and the areas we visited. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Easy pickup from our cruise terminal as we disembarked, plenty of room in the van for our luggage, and arranged a taxi afterwards to get us to our hotel in the restricted vehicle Gothic Quarter.
The history of Old Town by a short walk thru the streets walked by famous citizens of the past and their life was so informative with Tatiana. We then saw the outside of Gaudi House and La Familia Sagrada with Tatiana pointing out interesting design elements. Pick Up at cruise terminal and drop off at hotels made this so seamless!!! We highly recommend this tour!!!
Very brief drive-by for some attractions, but good comprehensive description of the Park and Sagrada (from the outside). Tour leader (Christina) was very accommodating to my husband's and my physical limitations and helped us participate as much as possible Pick up at port and drop off at airport were well explained and very smooth.
The tour was actually a five star tour, but I deducted a star because at 4:15PM, the afternoon before our 8:30AM pickup at the cruise terminal, I received an email from the tour provider. They said nothing had changed, but told us to leave the ship at 7:30AM. Their concern was that delays had occurred because of the new European EES system that was recently started. They also said that I needed to confirm recept of the email. It was a long email and concerned me, as to if there was other issues. I confirmed receipt. The next day, we left the ship at 7:30AM, as requested, collected our luggage and was ready to go on the tour at 7:38AM. We had a long wait to get picked up as a result. Other than that, it was an excellent tour and I would recommed it.
