Just Meh on the guide. His accent was a bit hard to understand especially toward the end. Very generic monologue, no interesting facts, no real background on Gaudi. The church itself was spectacular-especially the inside! Don't think the 105.00 each was worth a fast pass admission.

Itinerary
With tall spires that seem to defy gravity, countless figures from both the human and natural world, the facades of Gaudí’s most ambitious project impressive and astound millions of visitors per year. Today, it’s the most visited building in Spain. Your English-speaking local guide, an expert in all things Gaudí, will share insider stories and anecdotes throughout your tour, truly bringing this iconic building to life.
Your guide will share tales of Gaudí’s love affair with his final work, how he considered the project his personal holy mission, and the great personal sacrifices he made to ensure its completion. Sadly, he would not live to see it finished. Such was the complexity of the design that despite taking on the project when he was just 31 years old. With “Skip The Line” access you will be whisked past the long entrance lines and straight into the heart of the Basilica. You’ll feel as though you have stepped into an alternate universe. Step through a heavy set of doors covered in hand-carved vines and find yourself beneath rows and rows of tree-like pillars that seem to reach up all the way to the heavens. Construction is famously ongoing and not estimated to be completed until 2026, and witnessing the this work-in-progress make us feel like we're part of history in the making.

Guide was very knowledgable. Meeting place chaotic as a lot of people looking for their guide. The sagrada fammillia wasnt bad outside BUT NOT FINISHED. Only finished inside so take no notice of pictures with no cranes they are not true. Also going round with the guide when we went to museum we couldnt hear him coz of building work outside
This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide Gloria was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. The only complaint is I thought I chose an English tour but apparently it was bilingual. Took longer and as I speak both languages I really didn’t want to hear it twice.
The guide had very good knowledge. But we were very dissapointed that sagrada fammillia wasnt finished cranes everywhere. The photos thst we have seen were off no cranes . Lots of cranes. Its not finished so very dissapointed.
Marta was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend this to anyone who is in Barcelona, even if only for a day. Morning was best because it got very crowded by the time we left.
Great once in a lifetime experience! The tour guide we had was good. There should be a better way to meet up with the guide though! Everything is so busy down there and too many other guides meeting in the same location. But otherwise it was great
Olga E. Was the best! She was very attentive to the group and very knowledgeable on the Sagrada Família.
Nice but overly expensive. We skipped the lines and received a good tour overall. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was in my opinion too expensive. I only did it bc the regular tickets were sold out and I only had that date to go. If you can buy tickets long in advance it is a better choice.
Thanks for a great tour Olga E! My husband and I loved visiting Sagrada Família with you. What a beautiful place❤️
Julie was excellent and added to the wonderful experience of the visit. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic .
Skip the City Wonders Sagrada Família tour! We paid over NZ$374 for our tour and it was a mess. The cathedral is amazing but the tour almost ruined our experience of it. After being told that we needed to bring passports, pick up tickets beforehand and arrive early to leave on time at 11.15 none of these things happened. The ticket office doesn’t exist, passports weren’t checked and even though 10 of us arrived 15 mins early our guide waited for a group of 15 American summer camp students and their camp counsellors who were late. After taking a good 25 minutes to even start the tour the guide then barked at them constantly - which we had to listen to in very poor quality headsets - about being late, drifting off, not listening and threatened to take their headsets off them which she eventually did (thankfully) after telling them off rudely (again). The tour was supposed to be in English but we, and other group members, found our guide very hard to understand with a very heavy accent and rapid fire repetitive info - almost impossible to follow. The information she shared we could have searched easily. Altogether a thoroughly disappointing experience. Although the cathedral itself is amazing. But we’d rather just have gone in alone and had no tour guide - just our own peace and quiet time with this incredible work of art, spirit and human achievement.
Experiencing Familia Sagrada with an experienced guide was one of the best sights we experienced in Barcelona. Tony was very knowledgeable about the history and added many fascinating details that enriched our tour.
Olga E was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a joy of a woman! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Ask for Olga E.
Naiara was great. She gave a deep understanding of the elements of the church in a fun way. All ages enjoyed her. She was great with the grandkids.
Our guide Martha was very friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the information. The structure itself is stunning, and I would have missed and underappreciated the nuance and reasoning for many of the structures designs and architecture if I had gone in without a guide
Excellent informative tour by the guide
We were at the meeting location at the tour time but in a very crowded area. The tour operator didn’t text or call me so we had to google search the phone number after 10 min of trying to find a number to call, we were told the tour had left and they refused to call the tour guide. It couldn’t have been more than a few minutes after they left. I’ve been on multiple tours and the guide always calls if you aren’t at the meeting point prior to leaving you. In many cases you just can’t find the guide. This was not the case. No calls, no text and no way to contact them! Don’t book with City Wonders!!
Never contacted by tour operator. Looked for guide for 10 min. Finally googled the tour co phone number to try to get in contact. Was told they left already and would not refund tickets. Other tours I’ve been on, the guide or company calls you before they leave for situations just like this. Don’t do this tour with CITY WONDERS. I’ve been in Europe for 11 days doing multiple tours through Viator. This is the ONLY TOUR that didn’t try to call me nor gave me a phone number to reach them.
Great tour and unbelievable architecture. I would recommend to anyone. So many things are explained. Olga E is great!
Issac was a great and engaging tour guide. Highly recommended

Amazing Olga E was very informative and made the building come to life for us. I would highly recommend this to others!
Informative and thoughtful guide who gave us enough time at each location within the basilica to quietly observe and think after moving onto the next stop. Wonderful experience. So glad we had a local (Catalan) leading us.
Incredible!! Listen carefully to the tour guide as there is an incredible amount of sybolism across the entire cathedral. Our guide was Olga Escribano and she was amazing - 5 stars all the way!!!
Very informative. We visited previously but on our own. The tour enhanced the experience.
Txell was a great guide. I thought she did a fabulous job! Highly recommend the tour. It was exactly an hour and 15 minutes long.

Dears, Today April 9, 2026: we had an amazing tour led by Mr. Alberto, amazing 1.5h tour with an excellent American English accent, my family and I we learned an amazing historical stuff about Sagrada basilica and we did not got board at all. I strongly recommend this tour hosted by The City Wonders Team and their amazing app. Kind regards, Jarada family from Hungary
Olga E gave us an interesting talk and insights helped to explain a lot of the imagery and decorations
We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting the Sagrada Família with our guide Philippe. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and architecture of this breathtaking masterpiece. Philippe explained everything in a way that was both informative and easy to understand, even for our kids. He kept everyone interested the entire time and shared fascinating details that we would have completely missed on our own. His storytelling truly brought the Sagrada Família to life. The tour was very well organized, smooth, and perfectly paced. Philippe was also very friendly, patient, and attentive to our group’s needs. We highly recommend this tour, especially with Philippe—it made our visit unforgettable!
Great swift access to the Sagrada with interesting guide on headphones to ensure we could all hear. Bit pricey but still worth it!
Excellent tour, our guide was very nice and expert in the experience, so we really enjoyed and learned. Thank you!
Olga E was a wonderful guide My family and I enjoyed our tour. Olga made the tour interesting and informative.
Olga was Very knowledgeable! Lots of energy. Great tour! Highly recommend! Worth the time we will definitely be back
Tremendous tour! I highly recommend Olga E as your tour guide. Must do with a guided tour. Wonderful experience
Tony was a wonderful guide for this tour! He was friendly, courteous, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging, providing a wealth of information and portraying a real love for this astonishing place. The pace of the tour was unrushed, and all questions were addressed thoroughly. We definitely gained a much greater insight into this place, and the brilliance of the man behind it, than had we done a self guided tour. Highly recommended!
Cathedral is spectacular and our guide Tony was amazing! Museum after the tour was also excellent…..
