Great tour. Our guide Horatio was very knowledgeable and took us to great restaurants and sights. Would highly recommend.

Basically you hit a few hole in the wall food spots for 1 small dish each. Then hit the church. The guide is knowledgeable about the city and history. Very nice guy.
This should have been a spectacular tour by the description. We’ve done many food tours, and they’ve been the highlight of our trip. I rate this one average because the tour guide wasn’t very talkative, and we felt that they were just leading us from place to place. The biggest disappointment was at the Sagrada Familia. The guide told us which line to get on and then it was adios. We assumed that the guide would at least stay with us long enough to tell us what to see inside.
Alan was Fantastic! He worked with our arrival time and had everything coordinated for our food, drinks and the Sagrada Basilica. He was super informative about the city and we enjoyed everything he had to share with us about Barcelona and our sights
The food and wine tasting was pretty good. It tasted good and the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We only went to 3 places instead of the 5 that's listed on their itinerary, but by then we were full, so I didn't mind. They goofed in that they provided 1pm tickets to Sagrada Familia, but didn't realize it until 2pm after the food portion of tour was winding down. By the time we got to Sagrada, they had already closed and we were not able to get in. The tour did refund me $70 for their error, but the main reason for this tour was to see Sagrada Familia, so it was disappointing not to be able to see the inside.
What an amazing day! Horacio Angel was a fantastic guide. He brought us to several eateries the locals go to and we got to sample the Barcelona cuisine. He explained the history of Catalonia, Barcelona and the Roman time. We walked through several neighborhoods and got to see the diversity of the city. It was great to see Bacelona as Barcelonians see it. Horacio was knowledgeable and funny. It was a great day and if you are lucky, you'll get Horacio as your guide.
This experience was extraordinarily wonderful. Jennifer was awesome. Her knowledge of the city was incredible. Her personality and understanding of art was exceptional. We were spent by the time we reached the second or third tapas, which was as tasty as the first. Best experience ever! This was definitively an excellent and unparalleled taste of Barcelona for sure!
Jennifer was a wonderful guide and we felt more like we were walking around the city with a friend than a tour guide. She took us to places we would have never explored on our own.
Alan is very personable, and knowledgeable. His knowledge of Barcelona and it's history is fantastic. His use of a map is brilliant to walk you through the ages of the city. The food was amazing and he knows everyone. He also listens to what you want, and caters the tour as best he can.
My mom and I had a great time with our private tour guide, Brunella. One piece of advice is to come to the tour hungry! We were able to walk around and get to know the city and it's beautiful architecture all while trying out new drinks and tapas. Brunella was very knowledgeable about all sorts of topics which made the tour enjoyable and we were able to ask her a lot of questions that you might not get in a larger tour group. Thanks again!
Great selection of gastro pubs. Excellent pinchos and tapas. Simon our guide was excellent. The sights and sounds in the market place was unforgettable.
The tour guide on this trip was very nice and conscientious. She had to deal with the tour company booking the Sagrada Familia tickets to late and only tickets in the PM were available (even though I booked this tour a month or more in advance) , so we had to do the food tour in the AM and most places were not open. So we wandered around waiting for a restaurant to open, the first restaurant we went to a Tapas place I got severe food poisoning and missed the next day of touring, I thought it was the noro-virus but I got tested for this and it was not the dr told us probably food poisoning as many restaurants leave their tapas out all day. The guide did not go into the cathedral with us, also thought that was off?? So I would not recommend this tour. We toured on 4/10/25
Awesome tapas and sangria with our native Catalonian tour guide Oriol! He took us to places we never would have found and my favorite part was just listening to him ask questions and order for us. We do not speak Spanish so we could not have done this on our own!
We had the most amazing time on this tour! Horacio was the perfect guide, full of knowledge, and kept the tour very entertaining. Would definitely recommend you take this tour!
We had an incredible time touring Barcelona and visiting Sagrada Familia. Jennifer was wonderful and helped us have an amazing time. Sagrada Familia is one of the most beautiful Basílica’s I have ever seen. Truly amazing!
We have been to Barcelona many times and this was the best tour yet! Jen was excellent. Knowledgeable and showed us parts of the city only locals know. We would like to thank her for our wonderful day!
Met with our tour guide, Alan. Very informative guide. Took us to a large food market where we had several tapas: champagne (Caba), cheese, Iberian ham, olives, sea urchin, oysters. Then an organic specialty chocolate store where we had hot chocolate with special bread you dipped into chocolate…delicious.then to La Familia Sagrada which was spectacular. Great way to tour Barcelona. Only my husband and myself with Alan, tour guide. Would rate a five star event.
PERFECTO!! Alan was so educated and knowledgeable and even more personable, worth every euro spent. The Sagrada was breathtaking and the audio tour was good l but would have preferred a private guide
We had an amazing tour guide. His name is Juan Hernan DeCarlo. So friendly and had so much knowledge about all that he showed us as part of this tour. Because we were able to walk quite a bit he was able to show us a few other sites not mentioned in the tour site.. We also enjoyed our stops for quick bites and a great lunch. This tour is excellent and well worth doing. Thank you again to Juan
Got off to a bit of a rough start, due to my not checking WhatsApp for messages. Once we got straightened out and where we needed to be, all was good. We started with Sagrada Familia tour. This is a wonder of the world that is a must when in Barcelona. Words or photos cannot describe this unbelievable place. The tickets with the tour allowed us to skip the line, which was nice. We participated in an audio tour that was 45 minutes long; you need to download the app before arriving. We spent a little over a hour inside the church. There is an optional elevator to the top that we did not take. Next we went for a walking tour through the market and stopped at several spots for tapas. Shari was very personable and informative. We enjoyed her company and she was pleased to be with us. We highly recommend this tour.
We had 7 family members ranging in age from 2 to 67. Our guide was Brunella. We loved her. She told us about the area and was extremely friendly and patient with us. Loved the locations that we were taken to. We would all do it again if in Barcelona.
Jenny and Montserrat did a great job as a tag team for our larger group. Initially it was a slightly shaky start as we weren't quite sure we were in the right location. Luckily Monsterrat was on time to greet us as Jenny encountered a bit of traffic en route to the meet up spot. We appreciated their timely communication and responsive messaging to put us at ease. We enjoyed being able to try local cuisines and learn the history of the neighborhoods. A highlight was a surprise visit to a 360 rooftop to take in the sites and another cocktail. As it was my families first time in Barcelona we appreciated having a guide to help us naviagate the extensive pinxos menus. They helped us try new things and get out of our comfort zone. Yummy food, great energy and it was a great way to have full bellies before our skip the line tour of the awe inspiring Sagrada Familia.
Awesome tour! Don’t eat too much before you take this tour because you can eat a lot of tapas and you will get full quick! Brunella was so friendly and really made us feel like we were being led by a friend in town.
This was a great tour with a fantastic tour guide. He took us to some amazing places to eat outside the tourist area. His historical knowledge was beyond amazing. I learned so much history about the rise of Barcelona. Recommend this tour a 10 out of 10
What a fantastic experience we had with Alan! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about everything. The tapas and market were highlights. We especially loved the Jewish Quarter and learning about the synagogue and hidden Mikvah!
Awesome afternoon, really enjoyed our day with Alan! Loved to stops we made and the food was delicious!
Since we were staying at a somewhat remote hotel near the beach our tour guide Ivanna did a modification of the usual tour route and it was a great experience. We walked through various areas of Barcelona while Ivanna both educated and entertained us with her unique balance of knowlede and humor. Ivanna took us to local places void of tourist crowds for some excellent Tapas and a little sampling of local beer. While the Sagrada Familia was the grand finale the parts of the tour by Ivanna leading up to the visit to the Sagrada Familia in Plaza de Gaudi were equally, if not more, enjoyable. Highly Recommend!
Gazton was excellent. The tour with him was a highlight on our spring break trip. We had teenager and energetic picky eating pre-teen but Gazton took everything in stride. This tour is a must do on your next Barcelona Trip
We had Brunella and she was great!! Super personable and very knowledgeable. The food was a terrific introduction to the city. And the Familia tour was eye opening.
This was a great tour and a wonderful way to see Barcelona through local experiences rather than just tourist stops. Jenny, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and showed us places in Barcelona we never would have ventured on our own. Our tour was on Sunday and she did a great job adjusting our tour based upon places opened. The conclusion at Sagrada Familia is a final bonus to to a great day and is not to be missed.
