Our experience with Delia was excellent she was so nice and she made our visits to the park unique
İt was very rewarding visited with the best guide. The details of the mosaic and the significations of the all details was very beautiful to see.
It was good to have the guide we lucked out to just have 4 people in our tour group. It was abbreviated
We had such a great experience touring Park Guell. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour enjoyable. I also appreciated how they kept us updated before the tour started. Everything was well organized and went smoothly. Would definitely book again.
Excellent guide (Xavier), very friendly and easy going, nice pace, lots of interesting facts, lively presentation, very enjoyable visit, great value for money, highly recommended!
Javier is an amazing tour guide. He’s passionate about the whole city and it definitely showed on how he works. Thank you. 🙏
Javier was terrific! Very knowledge and enthusiastic. Great tour, and we learned a lot.
Javier was amazing!! Super informative and funny. We had a great time on our hour and a half tour. Definitely worth the money to take a tour! The group size was very manageable!
Excellent! The guide, Barnett, was absolutely fantastic. This was my 4th time visiting Guell abd he was by far the best guide I ever had.
The whole tour was Perfect; our guide was very informed and passionate. It was very interesting to learn the whole story.
Great tour local tour guide, very friendly and knowledgeable about everything little detail from park Güell. Bernat was great
Great interesting tour! We liked our tour guide who was giving full energy to all. Despite was a sunny day we enjoyed the place and history
Neus guided me she was very knowledgeable answered a lot of questions and implemented the narrative of the questions to her guide. Had a great time and definitely learned a lot more than i would have with an audio tour
Neos was great guide and very easy to understand.
Neus was very good and knew lots about the history, the uses today and other fun stories
Amazing tour and wonderful experience! Our guide Neus was very informative and engaging! We had an amazing tour thank you very much!
Raul was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. It is a long hike uphill from the subway stop to the park. I highly recommend a taxi.
Great experience, lots to learn! Our guide Neus was very knowledgeable and pleasant! Well worth the time!
Wonderful. Informative. And kept us in the shade. Plenty of time for pictures.
Reid (or Neus - Catalan name) was amazing. She was very passionate about Gaudi and navigated us around a very packed parc. I would highly recommmend the tour. Muchas gracias!
Had a little trouble downloading our tickets but was taken care of The trip itself was very nice Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly Overall good experience
A lot of talking and standing (45 mins) before you reach anything g worth seeing ie: mosaic benches. Boaring tour.
The tour guide could have showed us more of the park instead of standing in the same area. And just talking .
Nues was great! She answered questions well. She was organized and informative and kept us in the shade when she could. Great tour!
There is a great deal of walking with stairs. There’s only two homes that have the fancy tiles. I was tired and disappointed.
Excellent guide! Only recommendation would be is to have guide boxes to hear better. Very nice tour, highly recommend.
Amazing place with an amazing guide.
Raul was fantastic, super knowledgable and an awesome guide! We learned so much about the park and highly recommend!
It sucks because we were never given clear directions on who to contact. Simply a meeting point. We thought we were staying in Barcelona but once we arrived we were informed that it’s actually 30mins from Barcelona we thought we gave it enough time and that with the address we were provided by Viator we gave it to the taxi man who said to leave at least 45mins earlier. We left an hour earlier and still arrived 10/15mins later than the start time. Of course no one was there we then went to an entrance of the park where we had to show them an entrance ticket and of course I didn’t have one. The cell service was terrible and I never received the tour guides message from Viator on WhatsApp until after 8pm. However I did reach out to an email on Viator at around 2:30 when we were in front of the entrance to see if he/she could meet us there so we can join them but no one ever answered. Again it wasn’t until I got back home trying to make the best of my trip having had to spend more money buying the tickets again to find out at 8pm that we wouldn’t have been able to get the tickets I paid for arriving late. So that makes me feel like it’s a scam. The buy tickets by the bulk at a much discounted rate and sell you then double the cost! Giving your a “tour” and if you don’t show up they don’t lose out on money bc you already paid for the ticket they aren’t giving it back but they can resell your tickets to anyone the day off, or allow others to join the tour etc! So what could’ve ruined my vacation for not allowing me and my daughter to make her dream come true to relive the cheetah girl “movie” filmed ther to be relived by her was the highlight of our trip and I had to rebuy the ti key but they only had a 7pm listing but the lady there said we wouldn’t be allowed to enter now bc we had a driver waiting for us who already tried his best to getting us to the meeting point on time!
We were unable to make it to Park Güell due to traffic closures from Pope Leo’s visit. We contacted our guide and asked for accommodations — either to wait for us or to allow us to move our tour to another day, but he was unwilling to do so. While we were aware of some traffic issues, we had no idea that taxis would not be allowed to cross the city, nor were we aware that public transport was rerouted. The guide’s refusal to allow us to take the tour on another day seemed like an excessive interpretation of the cancellation policy, as we contacted him as soon as we were informed by our taxi driver that he could not cross any father. We reached out to customer service, who also contacted the guide. He refused a refund at that time as well. This refusal was a blot in our otherwise lovely Barcelona vacation.
Do not take the metro to Parc Guell, only the bus.. otherwise you will have to hike all the way around it to the main gate where the tour meets (you are welcome)! Our guide was a trained art historian, making the tour very informative. It was very short and it was nice to have our time spent wisely. Yes, you can do research and wander on your own. The tour includes skip the line, but the regular line was moving quickly.
It is located a little ways out of Barcelona and make sure wear comfortable shoes and a hat. In the summertime dress accordingly for the weather.
You need to plan a little ahead to get to the meeting spot. We followed the Apple Maps from the Viator app and it tried to take us through the park to get to the meeting place. We had to walk all the way down the hill and back up. This is not an easy walk. That part needs to be worked on to inform people. It very well could have ruined the tour. Some of us almost decided not to go while we were walking up the hill. That said our guide was great. His passion shined through. He also understood the group was tired and hot from the hike up the hill and guided us accordingly in shaded spots. Overall we enjoyed the tour. Wish the app would have guided us better towards the meeting place.
Montessara was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about Gaudi and his works. She gave detailed explanations and gave us a great insight into his works and life. Amazing guide
Park Guell is fascinating, the architecture of Gaudi is unreal. Our guide Marc B was awesome! He told us all about the park and was fun and engaging. Totally worth the steep walk up!
This just a scam they do not reply for the direction which is really difficult to locate them. The location is not well described while you book...they not responding and not reachable so wasted hard earned money
Great tour guide very knowledgeable, providing a lot of information about the park, he was also funny and friendly. Very happy with the tour.
Lots of walking and stairs but really beautiful. Guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Would recommend
Our tour guide was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and patient. We learned a lot about the park and Gaudi. Worth every penny in my opinion.
Very fun and informative. Quite a bit of walking but enjoyed it very much, learnt a lot about the site and our tour guide Albert was very well informed.
We had a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide in Albert, he shared his wealth of knowledge of the wonderful park backing this up with photos of the past. He was able to give a understandable explanation of the parks history and invited all to contribute as we walked around the park. Finishing our tour with a flourish of the fabulous mosaic features at the main entrance to the Park. A day to remember with plenty opportunities to take breath taking photos. He was easy to locate at the meeting point to begin the tour.
Our guide, Victor, was wonderful! He was very informative and kind. We enjoyed learning about the Park and seeing the colorful and interesting art and architecture of Gaudi.
Great tour with Jaime, very informative and helpful use of earpieces. Just long enough so our 10 year old didn’t get bored.
Carla was a great tour host. She was prompt, had her red umbrella to help all guest identify, and had a friendly personality. Thanks for keeping us in the shade during your informative talks about the park. We enjoyed our visit to Park Guell.
Really cool tour. Perfect guide (in english). The lady was awesome. Interesting fact given in a funny easy way. One of the best tours I have ever attended.
Relaxed wander around the park. Our guide was very knowledgable and we came away feeling inspired. Make sure you have water on a hot day as limited facilities once inside the park.
Our guide was excellent and knowledgeable! It was a very enjoyable experience. The only difficulty was trying to find the correct Meeting point.
Great experience bought the park to life .Explained everything very well. Make sure you have a hat and water very hot up there
Raul was an entertaining and informative guide and gave us lots of unusual info. We loved the tour. The place is a fantas
