Barcelona: Old Town, Montjuic Castle, Cable Car Small Group Tour

Katy was great, she walked us through the Gothic Quarter first with great sightseeing on foot then to the beautiful city overlook from the Montjuic castle

Great guide! Pepa was knowledgeable and kept good track of our group. She helped us break off from the group at the end when we didn’t want to go back to the starting point but to another Barcelona site.

It is 3 hours long, but well worth it. The views of Barcelona, especially from the cable cars, is spectacular . The castle had so much history to it

Peps was a wonderful guide and we saw things that we would never have seen on our own. She took great care of us on the subway, sky bucket, and funicular. We saw beautiful views of the city from the castle.

OK, but not a great tour. Our guide Katy was a nice lady but her accent was so strong we only understood about half of what she said. Based on the lack of questions, it seemed like most of the group felt the same way. The old town portion was redundant from other tours we were on. We could have purchased the funicular & cable car and castle tickets on our own and spent much more time in the castle rather than in Old Town.

Great experience with amazing views of the city. Our tour guide Cathy was excellent, her enthusiasm and energy showed throughout the tour. Cathy shared great knowledge about the history of the area and this enhanced the experience further, to be able to understand the importance of Montjuïc.

Katty was such a pleasure! I really enjoyed her warmth, humor, and the way she shared her knowledge while keeping everything fun and interesting. Even with a larger-than-usual group, she somehow managed to keep everyone together, engaged, and enjoying themselves. She was patient, friendly, and got the pace just right, making sure we could all take it in without feeling rushed. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving everyone a great experience. Pepa was an amazing tour guide! There was a strike so we had to take a bus vs a tram to the castle, but she stayed positive & kept us all organized the whole time! & luckily we were able to take the tram back.

Wonderful knowledgeable guide!

This personal tour was taken by myself and my wife. We were the only persons on the tour. Our guide was Pepa. She is an excellent guide! This was our last day in Barcelona and we saw things we hadn’t seen in the previous 3 days. She expertly guided us through some sites along Las Ramblas. Our destination was Montjuic. She efficiently took us there via the subway, funicular and aerial tramway. Her knowledge of the area was comprehensive. This tour and guide are highly recommended!

Our guide Katty was amazing! Very rich historic knowledge and kept our group on task and on time. We had multiple brief visits to historical locations around Old Town, then took the cable cars up the mountain and to the Castell. Katty also knew the best views for picture taking, both of the city and the coastline. Sadly, no Gato Botero. But the reasoning was due to keeping on time and for safety.

Katy was a great guide. Full of information. Was also mindful of the weather so we could get the most of the sites before the rain started.

Disappointment, from all the tours that we reserved and payed with your company, we could not make this one (cable car, Montjuiic Castle,). There was a strike on the cable car to Montjuiic and you guys never told us before making the tour. I sent a refund request to your company and we expect a compensation from this problem. The price of our tour was $400 for four people. Thanks for your help on this matter.
