Barcelona: Montjuïc Segway Tour

We really enjoyed our experience on the Segways. Our group was small, which allowed us more interaction with our guide. We spent several days in Barcelona, and this tour showed us many places and perspectives of Montjuic and the surrounding area that we didn’t see via any other way during our stay.

We really enjoyed our 3-hour tour of Barcelona. Learning to ride a Segway was surprisingly easy. Our guide gauged the skill and confidence of every participant and tailored the tour accordingly. The equipment and briefings were of a high standard, and the cycle lanes in Barcelona are excellent for this. I recommend this to any family as a great way to see Barcelona and have fun together.

Our first day in Barcelona started with access to Hop On Hop Off Tour, which was helpful to get a 30K foot perspective of the city. But it all came together and truly elevated our day when we connected with Max w/ Barcelona Sun & Segway. Max trained and refreshed us to the operations of the Segway, then led us on an amazing 3 Hour Tour covering what seem to be the entire southern section of the city. He shared his knowledge and love for his city as if we were family. He revealed hidden parks, museums and dining spots where locals dine. Do not hesitate to book your Segway Tour, it will be a highlight of your trip as it was for ours.

Had a fantastic Segway tour with Danny, he was absolutely brilliant! I went with my teenager and we both had so much fun. The tour was the perfect mix of excitement and sightseeing, and we got to see some amazing Barcelona landmarks in a really unique way. Highly recommend!

The trip was amazing and our guide made it so. This was our first time on a Segway and his instruction was simple and he was very patient. He was incredibly knowledgeable. We learned so many interesting facts from him during the tour. Thus was a great way to see so much of the city.

Dec 31 thinking what else to do with our 7 day trip almost did everything in the recommended tours like Monserrat , montjuic , Sagrada familia, Casa batlo , Picasso.. and found this . At first was hesitant because we are reaching our senior years but was assured that age was not a problem . From the start of the booking , coordination and the trip with Oscar was superb . Kept us all safe and best of all fun with his charisma. A good last activity before leaving Barcelona . Your guide will pause and capture your moments … gracias!

Incredible experience on the 3-hour Segway tour to Montjuïc in Barcelona! The route took us through some of the most beautiful natural spots in the city, offering stunning views and a chance to explore nature in a way that wouldn’t have been possible on our own. The tour was perfectly paced, and we covered so much ground effortlessly. Our guide, Oscar, was fantastic. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he made the tour both informative and fun with his engaging stories and insights. The ground team was amazing as well. After the tour, they provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat, toilet facilities before we finish the tour and other helpful tips for continuing our day in Barcelona. Fantastic experience! Best way to go up and tour Montjuic! My family and I were all first timers but Oscar and Albert were great instructors and in 10 mins we were all comfortable on our segways. Oscar took really good care of my family especially my kids. Great adventure! Will definitely recommend this tour.

Such a fun 3 hour Segway tour. We were happy we selected the Montjuic mountain tour as we walked around the city so much already. It also made it more relaxing. You have to make sure Oscar is your tour guide. He was hilarious and so thoughtful and fun. We spent a lot of time talking to us about the history of the mountain and we laughed a lot. FIVE stars for Oscar.

Oscar is a very knowledgeable tour guide. He was patient with us during the training portion. He gave us the standard tourist information but added additional facts to personalize the experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that has never been on a Segway before and wants to cover a great amount of area without hopping on a bus.

If you want to explore Montjuic, travelling up by Segway is the best way! Oscar our tour guide was brilliant, really enthusiastic and knowledgeable, whilst making our journey safe and really caring for you as a guest. The behind the scenes team were equally great and ensured you had all the information and everything you need from pre-booking through to having toilet facilities before you leave them!. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Oscar was our guide on the tour and my three teenage kids and me had an absolute blast! They all said this tour was the highlight of our 9-day trip to Spain, which tells you something about how spectacular it was. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone / everyone going to Barcelona!

An outstanding Segway experience with this crew. We went from being complete novices to confident riders up and down Montjuic. Along the way, we had a chance to take plenty of pictures, learn some Barcelona history and have fun! Outstanding experience for 2 parents and our 17-year-old son!

From the initial booking to the tour itself this was an excellent experience. Great communication throughout. On the day our Guide, Oscar, made the 3 hours flyby with his knowledge and humour. The views from the top of Mountjou were outstanding, looking over the whole of Barcelona spread out before you. Most of our group hadn’t been on a Segway before and were a bit apprehensive, but within minutes were confident and throughly enjoyed the experience. Ive been on around half a dozen Segway tours and this one was the best by far. I would recommend this company to anyone visiting Barcelona, and especially this tour as you are taken were there is virtually no traffic. Also not forgetting the efficient office, under the control of “The Mechanic” the wonderful Tiziana. Will be booking another tour without fail on our next visit.

More than the tour was an amazing experience, the guide created such a good atmosphere and made us laugh a lot and helped even those who at first had a little difficulty doing this experiential tour out of great fun and a sense of success, we will return to this activity again for sure!

This was an excellent tour! Loved this 3-hour Segway excursion up to Montjuïc castle. You will also see the Olympic stadium and we’ll as a lot of photos taken by the tour guide. Highly recommend! Do the 3 hour Segway! You will need all of that time to see every and not gel rushed.

This was such a cool experience for us as it was our first time on a Segway. Our guide, Oscar, gave us a quick training session and we were off. He was hilarious and very knowledgeable of places and vegetation along our tour. If you want to check out Montjuïc this tour is far better than taking the boring cable car.

3 middle aged sisters trying out the Segway for the first time. Our guide Oscar was patient and encouraging and we were surprised as he had us all up and riding in 10 mins, then off we went! With just the 3 of us on the tour (6 is the max) Oscar navigated us through the streets safely and into the quiet lanes and paths of Montjuic. He has a keen interest in plants so was very knowledgeable and he took us all over the place, with rest stops to do sightseeing and learn more about Barcelona. We had a fantastic 3 hours and would definitely do it again!!

My son and I had the most fantastic 3 hour Segway tour with our guide Oscar. From the moment we met up, nothing was too much trouble. The tour was full of insight and explanations and Oscar was not only knowledgeable but also thoughtful and considerate of others. At all times our safety came first and at no time did my son or I feel in danger. Thank you very much for a great experience.

We were uncertain whether to take the cable car from the Barcelona port or the Montjuic cable car to Montjuic. Then we found this 3 hour Segway tour. It does not include admission to any of the sites, but you will see everything there is to see on Montjuic, Afterwards you can decide if you want to go back to visit the caste, the stadium, or any of the other sites. These are small group tours concerned with your safety as well as your enjoyment. We were fortunate to be the only two on the 10:00 am tour. Oscar, our guide, was outstanding. We saw everything, from the sites to the extraordinary views of the city, without all the walking. Oscar stopped at various points to take photos of us, too. We highly recommend this tour.

Great time spent with an amazing sightseeing. The guide would adapt himself to our wills and we had a lot of fun between friends.

Our pleasant experience from a Segway tour with Oscar. We started with safety instructions and training on how to get used to the Segway and stay calm and safe in any situation on the road. It was very simple and clear explained. We got stored our bags with souvenirs so one can come with belongings and keep it safe during the tour. Our guide took a very good care of us during the tour, backed up when needed and provided physical help and good mood, so no one could feel put aside as we all worked as a team. We made a lot of stop points to take pictures and hear about the history of the places we visited. We got raincoats and water during the trip. So no need to bring it with you in case of rain. It is a good exciting entertainment which saves you a couple of steps during the day as you skip going up the hills and miles by feet during that tour. Recommended!

Our group consisted only of us, so we had a private tour. Our pleasant guide Elisa was very nice and told us many interesting things during the tour. We had a great time and loved the experience. Thanks Elise.
