Although I received electronic tickets, the scanner could not verify them and the staff could not locate the tickets in the computer. This is the only time this occurred for me on my trip, even though I booked the other sights through Trip Advisor and have done so in other cities as well. Clearly there was a problem with the a third party purchase.
Some stunning architecture, well worth a visit. The rooftop blew my breath away, loved it. It was incredibly hot whilst we were there though, plenty of water needed!
This place blew me away it was my first time going to Spain/aboard for the first time and I had no idea what to expect but this place will not disappoint at all!! It’s the most beautiful place ever no matter how little or lots you know about gaudi and his artwork the whole entire place left me in awe especially the last room with all the lights I wanted to stay there forever The guide is very helpful and they ask what language you are then give it to you I believe there’s 15 different languages these include EnglishSpanishCatalanFrenchItalianPortugueseGermanDutchPolishRomanianRussianKoreanMandarin ChineseCantonese ChineseJapanese The views from outside if you pay the extra are definitely worth it 100% it’s gorgeous there’s also a little cafe bit with hot chocolate and different drinks and food etc The gift shop is however on the pricy side with magnets being 15 euros!! But I found the guide books much cheaper I got a small one for 12 euros however they had a big one for 7 euros but unfortunately had no English version left Overall I would visit this place again and I recommend doing the night tour as it’s 100% worth it seeing it lit up from the outside and inside
I downloaded the ticket in my Apple wallet but unfortunately this was not scanning at the entrance. Good thing I emailed it to myself too. But it took awhile for the “operators” to figure things out and let us in. Very stressful!

I received a voucher that was invalid, according to the venue. The venue spent 30 mins looking for our tickets and never found them. I therefore had to purchase tickets, AGAIN. Do not recommend buying from these people.
The house was closed for the week and we were not allowed to enter the house. So Viator shouldn’t have sold us the tickets. This is something they should have known to pass on information to their customers. I would like to try to get a refund .

Casa Mila itself is a marvel and one of the Gaudi houses in Barcelona. I would not say much about this ticket and will not recommend any one buying this specific ticket. There was literally no line to get in and not sure why the skip the line ticket was even worth it. The title of this tour said reserved entrance but that is not true as every visitor went in through the same entrance. So misleading. This is totally overpriced. But don't miss on seeing this house but look for other cheaper options to buy the entrance ticket to this fabulous Gaudi house within viator. All of the Gaudi houses are a must see in Barcelona.
Casa Mila was beautiful & very interesting. BEWARE TRIP ADVISOR VENDERS, Yo Tours Yravel. They canceled our tour, said they rebooked, then did not complete. We were left without support, support staff completely unhelpful & we were left to scramble & quite upset. I will never book thru trip advisor again!! Advise you to beware.
Perfect! No wait at the entrance and an interesting audio-guided tour Be careful on the rooftop terrace; there are many different levels, and the steps are not very well marked... you look up and to the sides, not really where you place your feet...
An excellent place to spend a mini holiday to be filled with culture and see the Barcelona of gaudi a 20th century architect

Les appartements sont très bien décorés par gaudi, mais plus encore c'est le toit qui impresionne : quand on y accède on a l'impression d'arriver sur l'île de Pâques avec ses géants
