Barcelona Private Transfer Hotel Or City Centre To Cruise Port

If you're travelling with a group of four, or more; this is how you should do it. Less expensive than multiple taxis going to the same destination.

My transport did not arrive when expected. I understand it was a problem with heavy traffic. Roadworks. My hotel helped with communication and an alternative driver arrived and provided very good service. Only problem would be if timing was critical.

I ordered transportation for 6 with ad of a Mercedes van and what arrived was a regular taxi to seat 3 passengers in the back that could hold maybe 2 suitcases. Worse, Viator's only recourse was to call then email the vendor, who didn't answer the phone. I was stranded for over 2h trying to make alternate arrangements with a 10 month old baby, a 7 year old and a 8 year old, and 5 suitcases. Disaster. The only reason I booked and was willing to pay 2x-3x the cost was to avoid chaos...which is precisely what I got. Do not book this.

I was disappointed with the company’s communication and service. Five days before our scheduled transportation, we received a text message requesting confirmation of our pickup details, but there was uncertainty regarding both the pickup location and time. The company did not follow up until the night before our departure, and we did not see the message until the morning of our trip, leaving insufficient time to resolve the issue. To avoid any risk of missing our cruise departure, we arranged taxis to the port instead. When we later requested a refund, the response was brief and did not adequately address our concerns. In retrospect, taking taxis from the beginning would have been the better option, particularly since the cost was significantly lower. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company for transportation to a flight or cruise where reliability is essential.

The driver was fantastic. He arrived at the time scheduled. He let us know when he was on his way. Very nice and friendly. Smooth and pleasant ride.

Our driver was early and waiting for us. The ride to the port was fast. He helped load and unload all our luggage.

We had 6 people and luggage and they didn’t bring a big enough vehicle. We weren’t able to complete the ride. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The vehicle couldn’t accommodate my family of 4 plus our bags so I had to grab an additional taxis. Ensure that you indicate the number of bags with your group to ensure you they provide a large enough vehicle

Prompt pickup, actually early, but we were ready. Loaded our bags and off we went, going through some tight streets in Barcelona center. Driver did very well and delivered us right where we needed to be to board our cruise ship.
