Nice tour, informative guide

Park Guell is beautiful. Our guide Eleni was fantastic and answered all our questions.

Isaac was our guide. He was super knowledgeable and amazingly fun and animated. He made the tour so much more enjoyable than we could have ever expected. I would highly recommend the tour and hope that you are luck to have Isaac as your guide.

Our tour guide did a great job on our tour of Park Guell. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept the tour interesting while still allowing time for everyone to get photos at each stop.

Don’t bother to go on a tour with them. We we’re on time waiting for the tour to gind out there was a different meeting spot. Meanwhile, i’ve tried to call the organization more than 6 times. No one answerd because they were too busy. When arriving at our meeting spot 5 minutes later, we were too late. The park we went to has a minimum of 15 minutes walk to the other area. Afterwards we get the memo that we were too late, they could do nothing about it, our visit and money gone. They don’t take accountability or understand the situation. Just take money that’s it. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Got my money for free.

With a lot of crowd around, and booking issues our guide was the one who helped us sort our tickets, provide us with help and the guided tour is one of the best. We highly recommend to proceed with tours for today

Nice walk through the park with loads of info from Xavier, our guide. Even though it was very hot there are plenty of shade areas.

Isaac was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Very entertaining and very knowledgeable. Great for my husband and I and also three older sons. Highly recommend!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable, however, he needs to be a little more engaging. The park is beautiful and there is a nice sea view.

So crazy. We had a taxi that took us on a bit of an adventure and our tour company didn’t wait for us. We were 5 mins late. That’s fine. We had to pay twice and we rebooked on Viator with another company who took us immediately. Theory loss as we are very generous.

If you want a private tour, this tour was amazing. Guell park was stunning. This definitely should be on your “must do” list and not to be miss.

We went on a very wet day and was greeted by Txell with a smile. As a trained architect she was excellently qualified to explain a little about Gaudi’s history and the development of Park Guell to today’s date. Txell was passionate, spoke from the heart, patient and happy. She helped make a miserable wet day seem like the sun was shining! 5 stars!

While the guide was very good and we learned an awful lot about the park and Gaudi, it should be noted that there are a lot of steps ... up and down as well as some steep inclines. Travelers with any kind of mobility issue should be aware.

The park is a beautiful, fantastic place. Audi House Museum was not included in the tour, the tickets need to be purchased online and in advance. Unfortunately, there are too many people in the park, but I guess it is inevitable. Our guide Ferrell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. There were 20 people in our group. There is a lot of walking up in and down stairs and pathways in the park..

Walking the park with a guide was so much better than being on our own. The history was interesting and we enjoyed the explanation of various aspects.

Ana is an excellent guide! I highly recommend this tour with her to get a feel of the history of this beautiful park. Well worth the time!

Our guide Yassir spent the entire tour promoting crazy theories to promote the thoughts in his upcoming book. He lacked basic architectural knowledge, Latin, and theology which would disprove many of his theories. Additionally, his efforts at numerology were nonsense and sounded like crazy man trying to achieve the next Davinci Code or something.

Our family of 5 had an amazing visit with our guide Albert. It wasn’t my first visit to the park but this was by far the most interesting. My kids loved it too. We totally recommend it.

I was extremely disappointed in this tour company. There were 4 of us traveling together. 2 senior citizens and 2 women in their 50’s. One of our party fell and injured her knee, and we started 30 minutes before the tour trying to call or hail a taxi from Gràcia neighborhood to the site. Without the injury we were walking and would have made it in plenty of time. No cabs were available via app or on the street. We tried messaging via the Viator app, calling and messaging the tour company directly and they refused to respond. We left multiple messages and said we were going to be late, and asked if we could reschedule or join the group late to at least get part of the tour. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, she clearly said she could not hear me and they don’t take phone calls, and hung up on me. I’m now writing this review a week later and the tour company still hasn’t messaged me or responded. We arrived to the meeting place about 10 minutes late, and it was chaotic with many different companies meeting at the same location. Few wore distinctive color shirts or held specific colored umbrellas to find the company we were booked with. I asked what the process was to find your guide and they said we were just supposed to ask each one if our name was on their list. It took another 10 minutes for someone to even recognize the name of our assigned company, and told us they were gone and no representatives were left at the meeting place. Of our 6-8 Viator activities over the past 2 weeks, this was the only one that didn’t message me before the tour with clear instructions (shirt or umbrella color, names of guides etc.) or provide a way to contact them on the day of the tour. It almost seemed like the disorganization was intentional. And, of course, because we were late due to an injury we get no refund.

This place was so much more incredible than I expected. Gaudi was indeed a true genius. Our guide was very informative and answered all my questions.

Parts of the tour were fascinating and I had know nothing about Gaudi prior to my visit. Our guide was very informative, passionate and fully knowledgeable. Loved the connection to nature, truly inspirational and I expect the park to be stunning come spring time. It was a lot of information and history to try and absorb is this short period of time. Perhaps had I done a bit more research in advance, I would have been better able to appreciate the rich history and artistry.

Nice, polite, and very competent guide who took plenty of time and consideration for our wishes and interests; from my perspective, the meeting point on site is a bit chaotic, but with patience, everything can be found; as soon as we had found the guide, everything was truly fantastic

The tour given by Genna was very interesting. We had time to take photos and ask questions. She speaks French perfectly. Be careful to plan your arrival well because Park Güell is very far from public transport and it is a steep climb and there are several entrances. The best thing is to arrive by taxi. Check the meeting address carefully. We were a little late but Genna was understanding, we had communicated easily via WhatsApp!

TOP experience; without a guide, it is impossible to appreciate and grasp all the curiosities behind every single space. Our guide Marcos was simply wonderful and helpful; it was fascinating to listen to him, and he was super ready to answer all our questions about both the park and the city. GREAT.
