Barcelona Guided Tour By Segway

We did a Segway tour of Barcelona and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The tour took us around many of the city's impressive attractions and historic landmarks, giving us a fantastic introduction to Barcelona. It was our first time riding a Segway, but the training was straightforward and we quickly felt confident and comfortable. The routes followed safe cycle lanes throughout the city, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Along the way, there were plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and admire the beautiful sights. This tour is a brilliant option for anyone visiting Barcelona for the first time. It helped us get our bearings, understand the layout of the city, and plan the rest of our stay with much greater confidence. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everyone feel at ease from the start. A fun, unique, and memorable way to explore Barcelona. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The Segway experience was unique in that we did not have much experience riding on our Segway. Our guide was very knowledgeable, taught us how to write a Segway quickly and showed us a variety of Spanish historical sites in Barcelona.

Great to get the lay of the land on our first day in town and know what we wanted to go back and see. Julio was great and helped us get the hang of the segways. Amazing how fast you get comfortable on them. Pro tip - wear tennis shoes!

Great fun and great way to experience the city! Most of the tour was on the bike lanes. We never felt unsafe and the tour guides, one in front and one in the back, always made sure we were safe and doing ok. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5, is because I would’ve liked a little bit more explanation of where we were, history and facts about the city, but it’s probably not this kind of tour. All in all, great fun to experience riding on a Segway and the 2 teenagers with us loved it too! Said it was the best thing they’d done all summer. It’s a little wobbly at first, but the guides go slow, and very quickly you get the hang of it and are zooming around.

Wonderful means to stay awake and get the feel of Barcelona after our flight over from the US. Ask for Max - he was a great guide and kept up the energy.

We had a fantastic segway tour experience around barcelona with the most amazing guide: MAX. He was very clear, positive and patient training the whole group, then was so knowledgeable and showed us so many hidden gens along the way. The whole experience with his leadership was excellent and one of the highlights for us and the kids of our stay in Barcelona. Highly recommend it.

We booked a two hour tour and we ended up being out for 2.5 hours. We had the best fun of all time. I wish we had booked for more time. The guide was very informative and we found the segway was a great way to get around. We had not been on a segway before and were a little apprehensive but after just a few minutes it felt so simple to use.

Yes, this tour really deserves a five stars. Our tour guide, Sophie, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed spending three hours on the Segway‘s with her. We covered a lot of ground in a short period of time, yet she stopped every 10 or 15 minutes or so for us to take pictures and learn more about the area we stopped in. I was a little worried about using a Segway through crowds, but Barcelona has bike lanes on almost all major roads, and so we were riding in those lanes, away from pedestrians. I felt very comfortable during our tour and we saw so many wonderful sites. Highly recommended!

We had the best experience - I went in January with a friend and we went back with family to Barcelona with my family and we did it again. Max our guide was amazing and taught us all about Barcelona - including history, monuments, restaurants and more! Highly Highly recommend this company and Max

This was an amazing tour. Max is an amazing guide. I did the 1 hr tour but they contacted and said a 2 hour tour was available at same time for no extra charge. Max was knowledgeable, fun and full of interesting facts. I will be booking again for my next trip with friends. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide, Max, was great. Lots of local information as we zipped around the city. We love doing Segway tours when we visit a new place. I wished we had done it earlier in our stay. It was a great way to get an overview of the city places.

When our tour was done, we wanted to turn around and do it again. Honestly, the best experience ever! 🌟 We expected a quick trip around the city to just look at some key sights. Instead, our wonderful tour guide, Max, shared such a wealth of knowledge about Barcelona that it enriched other activities we did. The tour took us to spots we hadn't even thought to see, and we left grinning from ear to ear.

The tour is amazing and exhilarating! It is so much fun to go around on the Segway and we all had the best time (young and old). Max our guide, was incredible, so organised and energetic - and he showed us so much, kept the right pace for us and took us to the most beautiful places and viewpoints. Worth every cent!

Fabulous way to get around a city, and get an idea of all there is to see. Max was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable (both about the Segway and the city), and was very helpful and kind when anything happened. He kept the pace nice, seeing lots and allowing some extra time for photos in some locations. We also did some practice on the Segways in a skate park before getting on the bike paths and roads. Plus Barcelona Sun & Segway sent out a huge list (and google map) of recommendations for places to eat/ visit just before we finished the tour and it was perfect for finding a delicious lunch spot nearby. This was day 1 in Barcelona and really upped my familiarity, definitely recommend at the beginning of your stay!

Having spent a week in Barcelona over 10 years ago, we thought we knew the city reasonably well. However, when we saw an opportunity to see Barcelona by Segway, we thought this sounded like fun. How right we were! Our tour guide was Max, and over the course of 3 hours, we covered a vast amount of the city and favourite landmarks. Max was very knowledgeable, friendly and made us laugh. We never felt rushed, and there were plenty of opportunities to stop, take in the scenery, and take some photos. Overall, this was three hours very well spent and we would highly recommend.

We had the best time on this Segway tour in Barcelona! It was my very first time on a Segway and I was a little nervous at first, but it turned out to be super easy to ride and so much fun. Our guide was awesome – really friendly and full of cool info about the city. In just 2 hours we got to see so many spots we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, and it made exploring Barcelona even more exciting. Honestly, a Segway tour is such a fun way to see a city, but in Barcelona it’s an absolute must-do! And the cost was reasonable $117 USD for both. Totally worth it!

We had a guided tour through the Sagrada Familia! Leo was our tour guide and he was absolutely so kind. He was pretty patient and we learned so incredibly much. It was worth doing for sure! Absolutely beautiful
