James was very knowledgeable about the six wines we tried during our rooftop tasting. He was also very personable and open to sharing local insights about Barcelona. The wines we tried were a good variety and definitely something for everyone. Wre booked last minute (the day before) and got really lucky with James as our guide and the tastings.
We had a wonderful experience. James was super knowledgeable and shared lots of new things we hadn’t known about wine. They provided some snacks as well. We would highly recommend.

A great wine tasting experience - the wine was lovely and Eva was an amazing guide, giving us an in depth experience on Spanish wines. The cost is 100% worth it for the wine and snacks provided and the experience as a whole was perfect - we would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys wine and wants to learn the background of Spanish wines.

This was an amazing experience. Our host Eva created a great spread of snacks to go with our wines. She is very knowledgeable about the different wines and it was fun to learn about wines from the various regions of Spain! This was on a rooftop of a hostel that had a beautiful view, and it was a private experience I highly recommend. It is great for beginners to learn more about Spanish wine, and we had a lovely experience with our host!
It was a lot of fun! Eva made us feel so welcomed to Barcelona and to Spanish wine. She made it an excellent evening for my husband and I. Would recommend this one to anyone even if a wine novice or experienced in wine tastings.

Great wine tasting! Eleonora is a great sommelier, she really knows her wines. A fun evening, small group of 7 with good conversations and a very tasty selection of wines. Started off with cava and ended with a nice, flavourful red. Definitely recommended! The rooftop is cozy and has a good view- it's also only a short walk from Plaça de Catalunya
If you want to truly experience a wine tour with a difference and by difference I mean the best and funniest wine tour ever while learning about the diverse and delicious secrets behind both European & import wines. Then do your self a true favour and book in with Wade and his team.. While chin wagging amongst a whole lot of legends ( from scruffy surfers to all out suited professional Wade brings everyone together and leads you into a world of fun a knowledge like the true gentleman he is. Wade mixes years of knowledge not just about wines but about travelling, food, adventures, culture, history ,love, professional surfing, current events much more then, after travelling and jumping on Wades tours are not just in Spain but Portugal and France also and after going once I keep going back Thank you and team for the Amazing knowledge and memories!!!! I found this event months before we arrived in Barcelona. Sounded fun. Friday evening. rooftop wine party. what's not to like? I make a reservation and was looking forward to it. The day prior I was contacted by the organizer that they had to change locations due to a big parade for the Barcelona Football team. I assumed we had to move so attendees could reach the location. Instead, the event was moved to see the parade from the rooftop. What a party! We had a lovely time, met new friends, had delicious wines. Too Fun. If you decide to attend an event - ask if Gravy (not Grady) is the host. If so, you're in for a great time. Highly recommend.
What an awesome day. Best thing to do in Barcelona, obviously drink wine. What can I say - wade our wine guide was spectacular and knew everything about Spanish wine. Would do it again in a heart beat.
Hands down one of the funnest wine tastings I have ever done. The guys were so lovely and knowledgeable but most of all we had such a great time and I made so many new friends. Definitely will be doing this again with them!
This was the best wine tasting I’ve ever experienced. I arrived alone, as I was travelling solo in Barcelona and ended up meeting a whole group of fun cool people to who I still keep in touch with. Definitely recommend it.
No one showed up for the event, it was a total waste of time and effort, was supposed to be celebrating Mother's Day with my wife but no one from the venue showed up, definitely trying to get a refund for the $132 I spent.
The tasting was fine. The wine rep was super friendly with great knowledge. The rooftop view was excellent with a nice touch of great music. A few small details could have been sharper, but quite fun.

This was my first wine tasting, and I could not have asked for a better experience, Gravy made it fun and laid back. Would Absolutly recommend this to anyone who just loves to drink wine. Additionally the wines were phenomenal as well. He and Alberto gave great info and I learned a lot about wines. Looking forward to the next vineyard tour or wine tasting with these guys
A really fun and accessible wine tasting (more of a party) that introduced us to Spanish wines, made me comfortable to taste wine (without being a wine w@nker), understand what kind of wines I like and why, and meet new people. It's a really open, collaborative experience where nobody feels too intimidated to say what they see (or especially smell) and taste in the wines, plus we got tipsy and everyone was chatting with everyone else. It was a great time.

This was easily the funnest wine tasting I've ever been to. The guide was a legend and the rooftop was beautiful - the rest of the group were really fun and we actually went out together. Definitely attracts a younger crowd so if you are looking to meet some fellow travellers this is a fun option before a night out!
Best wine tasting I’ve been to. Will was great, super knowledgeable and fun. So generous with portions and we could finish the bottles at the end. Bit if a rough head the morning after but who am I to complain !!

Having been a little apprehensive about this trip, my cousin and I plucked up the courage and booked this fantastic adventure. It’s in a unique spot, at the top of a unique building which doubles up as a youth hostel. The table of 8 was nicely set and we quickly met Will, our host. We were joined by a lovely American group and Will swiftly got to work with intros and dives straight into the wine. We didn’t just taste 7 wines, we drunk 7 different glasses of wine and when that was finished Will topped us up even more. By the end of the 2 hours everyone was merry and all had a great time. Highly recommend this activity and Will was superb. Brilliant!!

Went to this wine tasting with my sister - it was the perfect way to meet other young travelers. The host was incredibly nice and while a more casual tasting, she was knowledgeable about the types of wines presented and there was plenty to go around (not a light tasting). Snacks on the lighter side so don’t expect tapas or anything fancy to eat. I would highly recommend!!
The description said there would be wine and tapas. When my group of 6 colleagues got there, we received wine, a bowl of potato chips, and a paper plate with nuts. We were told that the place was overbooked that day and they was not told about our party to be properly prepared. We were served and the sommelier was really sweet, (I believe her name was Una?) but we definitely did NOT get everything we paid for. I would not recommend this booking.
I didn’t like Barcelona in general but if I have to go back, I would only go back to meet with these lovely people! We tasted special wines to Spain, specifically for Barcelona region. 100% glad to having done this!

Good afternoon and a nice location on a rooftop. The guides were good fun but wasn't quite what we expected. No food provided.
Yula was an amazing hostess - she was warm, informative, engaging, and just a lovely person in general. It's definitely a casual wine tasting experience, as opposed to a more formal/educational one. We learned a little about each wine (type of grape, region, etc.), got to taste, and then were able to take more of the ones we liked best. We also got to take the unfinished bottles with us after the tasting, so we left with 3 half-bottles of delicious red wine. We were a group of 7 people total - me and my friend, and then a bridal party of 5. It was a perfect sized group with great energy. We started the tasting on a beautiful rooftop terrace, and when it got cold, they allowed us to move inside, which was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for young people or anyone looking to drink wine and have a good time!
