Our guide Lili was exceptional in showing us the history and highlights of Barcelona. She was very knowledgeable on Barcelona in its past and current times. We were lucky enough to he the only two on the tour and had a wonderful, fun experience. I would highly recommend this tour. It definitely takes the length of time promised and also a pretty good workout, even with the Ebikes. Super fun day!

Itinerary
We will meet at 9:30 in the very hearth of the Born neighborhood to start our through the narrow streets of the medieval Barcelona. No problem if you arriving late! Call us and we will be waiting for you.
This was the most importan food market in Barcelona, but not that long ago we found a hidden secret....
We will have the chance to ride through this beautiful park in the hart of the city. We will discover the life of Gaudí, and how he participated in a project for the International Exposition of 1888.
On our way towards the sea front we will bike through the Olympic Village, where most of the athletes that participated on the 92' Games stayed during those.
The Port Olímpic was developed for the 1992 Olympic Games and transformed Barcelona’s relationship with the sea. Framed by the iconic twin towers and filled with sailboats and yachts, it’s where the city opened itself to the Mediterranean. During the bike tour, we ride through this vibrant marina area, explaining how the Olympics reshaped the coastline and turned former industrial land into one of Barcelona’s most dynamic seaside spaces.
A vibrant, popular urban beach where travelers enjoy coastal paths and Mediterranean sea breezes.
We will bike through one of the most local neighborhood in this city: El Poblenou.
Biking through commonly known as the @22. This is the district of the city where you will find the most modern architecture. A great contrast with everything we have seen.
Your guide will explain everything about this marvelous gem we have in the city. You'll have the chance to know into details every facade and tower from the outside, learn about its history and get deep into Gaudí's life. Also, you'll have the chance to take a break and have refreshing drink or some churros before hitting the road again.
A grand, elegant modernist district celebrated for its masterful Art Nouveau buildings and grid pattern layouts.
.Plaça Rovira i Trias, also in Gràcia, is a charming neighborhood square named after the Catalan architect who competed with Cerdà in designing Barcelona’s urban expansion. At its center stands a statue of Rovira i Trias holding his alternative city plan — a reminder that Barcelona could have looked very different. The square has a peaceful, local feel, with children playing and neighbors chatting, offering a glimpse into everyday life beyond the main tourist
We will ride our bikes through this very local neighborhood that will transport us to a completely different Barcelona.
You will enter ( tickets under availability ) to the park by your own to see this marvelous "city paradise".
Plaça de la Virreina, in the heart of Gràcia, is one of the neighborhood’s most authentic and lively squares.Surrounded by local cafés and dominated by the Church of Sant Joan, it has a relaxed, village-like atmosphere that reflects Gràcia’s independent spirit. During the bike tour, it’s a perfect place to pause and experience a more local, less touristy side of Barcelona — where daily life unfolds naturally around the square.
Plaça del Diamant, in the heart of Gràcia, is a simple yet deeply symbolic square. It is closely linked to the Spanish Civil War and immortalized in the famous novel La plaça del Diamant by Mercè Rodoreda. Beneath the square there is also a former air-raid shelter, reminding visitors of the difficult years the neighborhood endured. During the bike tour, we explain its historical and literary significance, offering a more emotional and human perspective on Barcelona’s past.
Plaça del Sol, in the heart of Gràcia, is one of the neighborhood’s most social and vibrant squares. With its simple open layout and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a popular meeting point for locals, especially in the evenings. People gather on the ground, musicians sometimes play, and the surrounding cafés create a lively but authentic vibe. During the bike tour, it’s a great place to feel the true spirit of Gràcia — creative, independent, and very local.
.Vila de Gràcia is one of Barcelona’s most authentic and character-filled neighborhoods. Originally an independent village until the late 19th century, it still preserves that strong local identity today. Narrow streets, small family-run shops, lively squares, and colorful balconies give the area a creative and bohemian atmosphere. During the bike tour, riding through Vila de Gràcia allows guests to experience a more local, less touristic side of the city — full of personality, history, and everyday Barcelona life.
Jardinets de Gràcia marks the elegant entrance to the Gràcia district at the upper end of Passeig de Gràcia. This leafy promenade, lined with trees and benches, creates a calm transition between the grand Modernist boulevard and the more local atmosphere of Vila de Gràcia. It’s a pleasant stretch during the bike tour, where we explain how the former village of Gràcia gradually became integrated into Barcelona’s urban expansion while keeping its own identity.
This fairy tale done as a house belonged to one of these three rich families competing with another two families to see who had the best one. Antoni Gaudí is the genius behind the design of this marvelous house.
A striking Gothic-modernist building designed by Puig i Cadafalch, famous for its association with Barcelona's chocolate history.
A world-famous block on Passeig de Gràcia showcasing rival masterpieces by Barcelona's top modernist architects.
This is one of the most important houses Antoni Gaudí design in the city of Barcelona. You will be able to enjoy the stories behind its wavy walls.
Your tour will end at 14:30 back in the Old Town, where the guide will give you all the recommendations you need to enjoy the best of the city, its food and its history.

Great way to see Barcelona! Especially if you have limited time. Touched on all the highlights and traveling by bike was a blast. Tour guide knowledgeable and friendly.
Lili was patient, kind and filled with loads of information that she shared on this hands down best tour of Barcelona! The history she shared on our stops made the trip that more interesting on top of the joy of the actual biking. Would highly recommend this to your itinerary.
The tour was a good way to see the city and learn about Antoni Gaudi. Our guide, Lily, was thoughtful and did a great job leading us around the town. Don’t miss this opportunity.
We booked this bike tour for the day after we arrived in Barcelona from the US and it was perfect! Sunday mornings are slower in town (highly recommend this time) and Agatha was so patient and helpful with any questions that we had about anything. The e-bikes were easy and fun to use and this event was enjoyed by all of us (56,52,20,18,17). Highly recommend this!
We were only going to be in Barcelona for a short period and this bike tour gave us a great overview of the city and highlight areas we wanted to see plus a few more. Our guide, Agatha, was amazing and appreciated her knowledge of the city. She was easy to understand and worked well with the entire group. Working with Viator was easy and appreciated their reach outs/reminders on our upcoming e-bike tour.
Great experience and got to see the whole city and Agatha was the best!
Our tour guide, Monica, was fun & very knowledgeable. Made the ride feel effortless while pointing out everything we needed to know about Barcelona.
This tour was the best and Agatha was the best guide. She knew so much about the city. It was super fun. I would book again.
This was by far our favorite experience while visiting Barcelona. Our guide Lilli was so informative, fun and most of all took care of us (some of those streets are crazy). She allowed flexibility in schedule based on interests. We are experienced ebikers but she provided great instructions and tips, you would not need ebike experience. Highly recommend.
Incredible bike tour that was loved by the whole family (including our teen daughters). We loved seeing Barcelona by bike. At each stop we received an in depth education on what we were seeing, including many facts we would not have otherwise known without some real research. This is a great way to spend the day and see all of the main sights in Barcelona.
We had a great day in spite of it being rainy. Bicycling in Barcelona seems much better thought out than the USA. There are bike lanes with traffic lights so drivers are more aware to share the road. Aleix was a great guide and continually watched us to be sure we were safe. He was also fun and entertaining. It was a fun way to see the sights.
Excellent way to see a lot of Barcelona highlights in one day. Fabio was a wonderful host with tonnes of local knowledge.
Wonderful tour with Agatha, friendly and informative as tour leader, fantastic experience! Lovely way to see the city. Recommended!
Great experience with Agatha. Highly recommend, got to see old town, the beach born, all great places in the city. The guide I'is very knowledgeable
We have a great morning seeing the sights with Aleix as our guide. His knowledge of local history was fantastic. Recommend super easy to ride using an e bike.
A nice tour around the entire city, we saw everything with the ease of an E-bike. We rode bike paths and it was very safe and enjoyable. Our guide Elisa was very knowledgeable and with local charm and stories to share.
This is the absolute best tour for your family to explore Barcelona with your family. Agatha is amazing and so knowledgeable - you will be amazed at all the information, treasures and gems she will describe to you. Very safe! Thank you Agatha - you were absolutely amazing!
Agatha was an amazing tour guide! She took us around many different sites with great explanations. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting Barcelona for the first time!
Fabio was a wonderful tour guide! He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the tour interesting and fun for all of us!! This bike tour is a great way to see Barcelona. Highly recommend!
We went with Agatha and she was awesome! I loved learning the history of all the architecture and she was very helpful with all the information! She navigated very well and was very easy to follow despite the tough trails through narrow roads. I would totally do it again!
We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Barcelona in One Day eBike Small Group Tour! Our guide, Lilly, was knowledgeable, energetic, and made the entire day unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to see all the major sights while still feeling relaxed and immersed in the city's charm. The eBikes made it effortless to cover so much ground, and every stop was more breathtaking than the last. I can't recommend this tour — and Lilly — highly enough!
We were on a 5.5hr city tour with Anka as our tour guide. She was a relaxed and fun tour guide and provided a nice mix of old and new info on all the sites we visited. The e-bikes were great!
Very knowledgeable guide to learn about the city. Great way to see the city a lot faster than walking. Would highly recommend !
Great way to experience Barcelona, you get to feel the vibe as you travel comfortably throughout. The ebikes made riding a breeze.
Exploring Barcelona by Bike: A Vibrant Cycling Tour Barcelona is a city of stunning architecture, beautiful beaches, and a lively atmosphere, making it perfect for exploring on two wheels. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a casual rider, biking around Barcelona allows you to experience its vibrant culture, scenic parks, and iconic landmarks in a way that’s both fun and efficient. Starting Point: Plaça de Catalunya Begin your bike tour at Plaça de Catalunya, the heart of Barcelona. This bustling square is a hub of activity, surrounded by beautiful architecture, fountains, and a vibrant atmosphere. From here, you'll head towards some of the city's most famous attractions, riding through wide boulevards and lively streets. Cycling Down La Rambla From Plaça de Catalunya, take a leisurely ride down La Rambla, Barcelona’s famous tree-lined pedestrian street. You'll pass by local markets, street performers, and the historic La Boqueria Market, where you can grab a quick snack or just enjoy the sights and sounds of this iconic location. The Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic) Next, venture into the maze-like streets of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic). The area is full of narrow, winding alleyways, ancient buildings, and hidden squares. Park your bike for a moment to admire the Barcelona Cathedral, and perhaps take a quick detour to explore the charming Plaza del Rei or Plaça Sant Jaume, where you'll find the city's political heart. Riding to the Eixample District Next, head toward the Eixample District, famous for its wide streets and grid-like layout, designed by Ildefons Cerdà in the 19th century. This area is home to some of Barcelona’s most renowned modernist architecture. You’ll bike past Casa Batlló and Casa Milà (La Pedrera), both masterpieces by Antoni Gaudí, as well as other striking examples of Catalan modernism. Gaudí's Masterpiece: Sagrada Família No bike tour of Barcelona is complete without visiting La Sagrada Família, Gaudí’s iconic basilica. Ride through the streets leading to this awe-inspiring structure, where you can take a break to admire the intricate details of its façade. Although you can't bike into the basilica, you can park nearby and explore the area. Park Guell and the Gracia District After the Sagrada Família, make your way to Park Güell, one of Gaudí's most imaginative creations. The park offers a unique landscape of colorful mosaics, whimsical structures, and panoramic views over the city. Riding up to the park’s entrance provides a great opportunity for a leisurely climb and a view of Barcelona's skyline. From here, continue to explore the Gracia District, a bohemian neighborhood known for its laid-back vibe, quirky boutiques, and picturesque plazas. It’s a wonderful place to stop for a coffee or to browse the local shops. The Beachfront: Barceloneta and the Port Finally, end your tour with a relaxing ride to the Barceloneta Beach. Cycling along the coastline offers refreshing sea breezes and scenic views of the Mediterranean. Stop by the Port Olímpic, where you can enjoy the views of the marina or even take a dip in the ocean if you're visiting in the warmer months. Finishing the Ride: Port Vell and Maremagnum Conclude your bike tour by heading towards Port Vell and the Maremagnum shopping complex. This area offers a scenic waterfront and a relaxing atmosphere where you can reflect on your tour and enjoy the views of the sea and the city.
We had amazing bike adventure with Aleix, very knowledgeable guide. Easy get around the city bike routes. Felt very safe riding around the city. Got to learn a lot of interesting facts about Barcelona. I recommend this tour.
Our bike tour with Lilly was beyond our expectations! Her knowledge of the city, history and culture is extensive. She realized we are Christian and paid special attention to the biblical symbolism in the Basilica and Gaudi buildings. What a fabulous way to discover the gems of Barcellona. The bikes performed perfectly. Every city needs a tour like this and someone like Lilly.
Lily our guide was great. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Felt safe with her. Gave a really good overview of city sights. Well worth it for any city newcomers.
We loved this tour! Aleix had lots of interesting information to share about the city as we bikes around, especially as a local. It was a great way to see more of the city in the time we had, and were very happy that we stopped at a few places as well.
This was the very first thing we did in the city and it was best way for us to get oriented, get an overview of the sights, and a little history. Aina was a fantastic guide (felt like she was a friend of the family) and as a native of Barcelona, obviously knew the city intimately.
My husband and I were so fortunate to have a private day tour with Aina who showed us the most beautiful sites in Barcelona. She shared so much history with us and made sure that we were both comfortable with the electronic assist bikes. The pace was perfect with stops along the way to chat about what we were seeing. Before biking up to Park Guell, Aina pointed out a shop to pick up some lunch snacks to take into the park. Out included entrance tickets to Park Guell which we really wanted to see. While we passed by Sagrada Familia, the tour did not include entrance tickets. But we were aware before hand so that was perfectly fine. We did stop for a few minutes but did not spend much time there since it was midday and very crowded. We did schedule a separate evening tour to Saggrada Familia to see the evening lights and then returned on our own in the early morning to see the Nativity facade in the morning light. Biking new cities is our favorite way to site-see and Aina was a wonderful guide. If you like active, personal site-seeing, book this tour!
Fabulous bike ride learning a lot about Barcelona. Alish was very knowledgable and engaging and we had a great time. We thoroughly recommend this experience - you won’t regret it!
Agatha was our guide and was terrific; full of information both historical and cultural about Catalunya and Barcelona. We pedaled around the old city, the port area, and the Gràcia. The over five hour tour went by in a flash and painted a beautiful picture of a most beautiful city. Thank you.
Aina was our guide and was wonderful. Good pace, kind, fun, helpful. Laughter and fun. Lunch was fun. Explained stops beautifully
Great way to see a lot of Barcelona. We were able to see a lot from the bike tour, but then there was the cable car up the mountain and the boat ride. It really was amazing to see it all. Some of our group hadn’t been on a Bike in years, but picked it up quickly. Make sure you get a bike that fits you. We had some issues with others in the big group. It’s was 13 of us, which seemed too large as we got separated a lot (especially with a couple that had wrong bike size and couldn’t ride well because of it). The electric part was easy to figure out and make the climbs so easy. I wish I could have gone all day on these bikes and just explored. Marco was a great guide and I would highly recommend
We took the Barcelona bike tour with our beautiful and very helpful guide Fiona. The bikes were in really good condition and the tour itself wad amazing and fruitful. We visited the Gotic quarter, sagrada de familia, the port and other beautiful places. Thank you Fiona
Amazing, informative and best tour on our cruise through the mediterranean sea. In just one day we learned so much with JULES! Thank you so much!
Jules was an excellent guide. Not only did he show us the highlights of Barcelona, but he brought along a book of pictures, so he could show us the inside of some of the buildings.
From start to finish this was a perfect experience. Communication prior to our tour was very clear and prompt. We did the Barcelona in one day e-bike tour and I cannot recommend it enough. Our tour guide was Jules. He was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about all of Barcelona’s and Gaudi’s history. He was very nice and personable, truly a pleasure to be around. We were able to visit both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell with plenty of time (tickets purchased separately and prior to trip). This was a perfect day and introduction to Barcelona. Jules gave us some great recommendations of places to eat/drink in the city and gave us plenty of opportunities for questions.
Really nice trip around Barcelona, thank you Jules! I'd high recommed! I've seen the most important places and also I enjoyed it a lot! 🙂🙃🙂🙃🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️
I fully recommend this tour to anyone. During whole day tour and 20 km of nice electric bike ride I’ve seen most iconic places in Barcelona. Thank you !
Wonderful tour that I would highly recommend!!! My son and I took this tour our first full day in Barcelona and it really gave us a good overview of the city and ideas of what we wanted to go back and see. Unfortunately our trip to Barcelona was cut short and we were not able to do everything we had planned but because of this tour we at least felt like we “saw” most everything!!! Thank you for a great time !
We've seen many, many interesting locations, sight-seeing spots and wonderful places to return to for lunch, diner or tapas. We had great eBikes that helped us to concur the hill to Park Guell and finish the 4.5hrs tour easily. Agata told us so much about Gaudi, she must be a fan! And we learned a lot of historical facts about the things we visited during this long tour.
This was our favorite tour of Barcelona. Our tour guide Agata was well-informed and adjusted the tour based on our interests. We saw the whole city of Barcelona and the e-bikes made it so easy and enjoyable. It’s the perfect tour to get an overview of the different neighborhoods and out-of-the-way sites you may not get to by walking. She also gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. We have two teenagers and all four of us truly enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys being outside and seeing the city up-close. I am glad we did this on our first full day in the city as it helped us decide on where we wanted to spend our additional time.
We had a great private tour with Jules. He led us through the Gothic quarter to Born, over to the beach, and up to the mountain Montjuïc over looking the city and the 1992 Olympic venues. The eBikes were great fun and super easy to get around the city with minimal effort.
Thank you Oscar for wonderful tour. EBikes were ok, in perfect conditions. We were 7 people (4adults and 3 12y). We chosen every stage, and Oscar (our guide) suggested which place it could better to visit. Thanks also to Julia for her support. Everything was ok Federico
We got to see so many more sites in Barcelona than we would have been able to see. Our guide was thorough and showed us through parts of thwn that we would never have experienced. She gave us time to take photos and made sure that we were seeing the things that we were most interested in. She truly customized our tour. Thank-you for your time! We loved our trip and highly recommend it to anyone that is visiting Barcelona.
Our guide Cecília was generous with information and knew how to adjust the pace according to the participants and their interests. A beautiful immersion in the history of Barcelona!
Tour made with friends, highly recommended experience to visit a Barcelona that you would not otherwise see. We were pleasantly surprised
