Olga E is amazing! We have had eight tour guides over last ten days and she is far above the rest. Insight into architecture and design, combined with keen historical facts make this “building” come to life! She is friendly, uses appropriate humor, helpful and kind. She was so helpful to me as I’m on oxygen and use a cane. Far and above any other guide! Clone her or use her for training! She is a gem.
