On time courteous service, highly recommend. Price is very reasonable compared to the multiple taxis it would have taken to get us to the airport. Even better than what the cruise line offered!
On time, comfortable and professional. The driver was certainly in a hurry to get us there ahead of schedule.
The driver was prompt and helpful with the luggage. He communicated the pickup time and location effectively
The driver showed up early (which was great) he was waiting for us with a name card. The driver contacted us via the WhatsApp and let us know who he was and how to contact him. He was professional and got us safely to our destination. Company was very easy to work with.
The driver was friendly, prompt, and got us to the airport on time. He was easy to find, communicated well before we departed the ship, and assisted with our bags. Great experience.
Excellent service arrived before our flight and the driver called to advise he was waiting he was informative
Pickup driver contacted as soon as he arrived. Was easy to find. Friendly prompt service. I personally prefer private transfer especially when have a lot of luggage.
Great experience, on time, professional, and prompt. We will definitely book through Viator for this type of transfer again.
Our driver Atif was courteous, responsive, and professional. The ride was safe, punctual, and comfortable. Definitely worth the trip for a large group of travelers.
This operator was a no show at the airport and did not respond when I sent a message. The Viator support representative also reached out and they did not answer. Viator was great but do not book with this operator!!
there were 8 people and we wanted to travel together We paid $172.00 to hire a big enough van. What they sent were 2 regular taxis. the fare register showed euro 36.00 on one taxi and 38 on the other for a total o Euro 78.00. even with the exchange rate it was $87.00 US. we were over charged by almost $90.00.
Driver was on time, professional, and helpful with luggage. Very pleased and pleasantly surprised by the service.
Our driver was on time and got us to the airport without any hassles. I would use him again. Even with the morning traffic he was great.
Absolutely wonderful. Our driver was amazing. We even requested him for an additional ride. Roger was the perfect guide
Timely, helped with the bags, and was kind. Picked us up right on the. Avenue La Rambla, which we thought might get tricky since there was so much road construction, but he communicated very well!
Great service and communication. On time and can was very large. We were only 4 people with 6 bags, but van could hold double that amount.
Smooth transfer, no issues, got there with plenty of time. Clean van. It was one though with rear facing seats as well so for those that get motion sickness with that set up, could see it being an issue.
We stayed on Las Ramblas which was experiencing construction in front of our hotel - The driver came over to the hotel and helped us get in the van - Very helpful - nice drive to cruise port
Barcelona airport arrival terminal was crowded and we missed the driver originally, but we connected and were taken directly to the hotel
Our driver DID NOT show up. Contacted tour operator through Viator and they promised to call the driver and get back to us but we did not receive a call. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were told we should just find a taxi instead - which was nearly impossible with two kids and an 82 year old family member AND lots of luggage - particularly why we booked a private van. What was intended to make our transfer to the cruise ship easy and stress-free, made us panicked that we would not get on the ship in time.
Excellent service. On time, friendly driver, very nice vehicle, couldn't be better. I highly recommend this car service in Barcelona.
Prompt and courteous transfer from cruise port to airport and able to accommodate a lot of luggage very happy
Wonderful! On time. Perfect amount of space. Driver was friendly. Great way to get to the port stress free!!!
Easy to book with viator. Our driver, ATIF KAMRAN, was very nice and helpful. Promptly picked us up and dropped us off at the Barcelona Port.
Arrived before scheduled time which was wonderful! Very friendly driver and also while on our way to the airport, he pointed out sights of interest in Barcelona
Great, driver on time no stress arrived at the destination assisted with luggage provided info on how to get the thru the check in process.
ATIF Kamram was an excellent driver. He provided tips about Barcelona and the best ways to get around the city. Offered guided tours with his company and met me in the airport and continue to call to make sure I was safely arrived. I would use the service again.
Federico, the tour guide, was excellent. You are asking for my experience and the tour was significantly shortened because of rain. The planned tour, if not for weather, would have been excellent.
Excellent, excellent, excellent! I booked a private transfer from a residence in Barcelona to the Barcelona airport. The communication that I had with my driver from my booking until my drop off was impeccable! He arrived early and got me to the airport in the exact amount of time I wanted! It was easy, no hassle. The transfer vehicle was clean, and my driver was amazing! I will do this again whenever needed.
Great vehicle, great professional driver. Only complaint is we were ready 1 hour earlier than expected and were not able to get picked up earlier. Driver was on time for original request.
It was great to not have to worry about a taxi at 7:00am. This driver was prompt and on time to take us from our hotel in Barcelona to the Airport! We had 3 big suitcases plenty of room!
Driver showed up on time and got us to the airport on time. Problem was that I paid a premium for a private car and what showed up was a standard taxi, which I could have easily called myself. The meter was on during the ride and the fare on the meter came to about 35 euros. Have pictures to prove it. So just call a taxi. There are plenty in downtown Barcelona. When I contacted Viator to complain, they failed to resolve the situation.
Our driver had great communication and was easy to find. He transported our group of 12 safely in a very clean and comfortable minibus. I would definitely book this service if you are in Barcelona!
The driver was very friendly and had great communication. He even came early to pick up our group of 12 people right outside our hotel in Barcelona. He got us safely to the cruise port. The mini bus was very clean and comfortable! He even loaded and unloaded the luggage for us. I would definitely recommend this transportation service!!
Fantastic service. Showed up on time in a new van that was very comfortable for all of us and our many pieces of luggage. Atif was friendly and a great driver. Good communication from this company. That is why we chose to go with them. Highly recommend!
Exactly what we needed. Pickup was exactly on time and we were in and out with no problems! Definitely recommend
Great guy came on time and helped us with the large amount of suitcases. We would highly recommend his service
Great service; but more pricey that just calling a taxi ourself. Good communication with the driver as I wanted to move up our pick up time.
Thank you to my driver who was early to pick me up to go to the airport. He was friendly and helpful!
