Prompt on time the car was a too small, but he was very helpful. Made sure all that luggage fit in the back and front seats. Be sure to verify you need a larger vehicle. It may cost a little bit more, but it’s the convenience.
Driver confirmed details days prior. Arrived early at hotel for pick up. Assisted with luggage. Very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience !
Booked a transfer; received a taxi. I could have ordered a taxi and paid less. No WiFi and no water offered in the taxi; per the description of things included with my purchase.
Our diver had excellent communication. He was perfectly on time. He was very helpful and friendly. We appreciated him very much
The driver communicated well The driver was on time The driver was helpful The driver gave very useful information
Basically is a taxi- the car was actually a taxi car. Driver was very nice and spoke very good English. We had to change pick up time due to flight delay and this was done without difficulty.
He was a very attentive driver. Arrived a few minutes earlier and got us through the traffic to the airport in good time.
Right in the heart where its happening. Not far to any attraction or places to eat. Great staff very helpful. Large kin bed rm with piv. pool was great.
Pick up at our hotel was on time. It was important to get to the airport, to avoid the scheduled protests and the arrival of the Pope to Barcelona that day. Driver informed us about the events of the day and pointed out a few views on the way to the airport. Great ride with few cars on the freeway.
Far from a private transfer in a comfortable vehicle. It was simply a small taxi, no water or wifi as advertised. In fact it was 15 dollars more than if I just grabbed an Uber instead.
Arrived on time for travel to airport. Was very courteous and helped with our luggage. Vehicle was roomy and clean. Enjoyable ride from start to finish.
Arrived on time, was very courteous and helped with our luggage. Nice comfortable ride to the airport.
Driver was punctual, and very friendly, also was able to communicate very well in broken english. Felt very safe with his driving. He also pointed out various landmarks enroute to the motel.
He was not only on time, but early. He loaded our luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
Driver was on time. He was polite and friendly. Excellent driving skills. Definitely a great experience.
The booking for this was easy, the communication was great and the drop at the airport was quick and seamless. As this was our first trip to barcelona and we didn't know what to expect, this was very easy and they helped us lot in managing transfers around barcelona too. Thank you.
