Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires, surtout quand je ne peux pas en dire du bien. Malheureusement, ce fut une très mauvaise expérience que je ne recommande à personne. Nous avions sélectionné cette activité car elle était annoncée avec un "guide français". Voyageant avec un enfant de 9 ans, nous ne souhaitions pas de guide en anglais. A notre arrivée, nous avons appris que notre guide parlait anglais mais qu'il était possible de télécharger sur notre téléphone une application qui donnerait des informations en français sur les points d'intérêt. Ce fût une grosse déception. Ensuite, ils ont tenté de nous convaincre de louer des vélos électriques en supplément car deux autres personnes du groupe étaient motorisés et que cela allait être difficile de les suivre. Nous avons conservé les modestes vélos que nous avions réservés, sans aucune difficulté sur le trajet (la visite ne concerne que la zone "basse" de Barcelone, avec une petite montée à la Sagrada - très facile). La visite fût simple, très peu d'explication. Finalement, heureusement que nous avions l'application pour en connaitre d'avantage, nous l'avons écoutée dans la soirée. Nous n'avons pas effectué tous les points d'arrêt annoncé (pas de quartier gotique, la cathédrale, place Catalunyua... = 1/4 du trajet non effectué). A notre arrivée, nous avions quand même soif, nous avons donc demandé la bouteille d'eau annoncée et on nous a dit que cela n'était pas prévu à cette saison. Soit, nous sommes allés en acheter une en face du centre de location. A la vue des commentaires positifs, je pensais pouvoir compter sur un bon service. Je pense que le cadeau promis doit y être pour quelque chose (car oui, ils osent vous demander un avis positif contre un petit cadeau). Un conseil, louer des vélos disponibles à tous les coins de Barcelone (comme à Paris) et faites votre tour à l'aide de n'importe quel petit guide que vous trouverez dans la boutique du coin. Les pistes cyclables sont partout, après quelques observations, vous comprendrez aisément le fonctionnement et vous ne repartirez pas avec un sentiment de vous être fait arnaquer.
Le circuit autour du parc = parfaite La traversée de la ville en groupe est un peu difficile parce que beaucoup d'arrêts et de feux de circulation. Comme dans notre programme nous avions prévu de visiter la Sagrada ainsi que les maisons Mila et Batllo, nous aurions aimé visiter plus de lieux insolites et pas fréquentés par les touristes.
Very pleasant walk under the Barcelona sun, accompanied by Igor, our guide who described the spots to us in very good French. We did this walk with our 2 children aged 10 and 12. Although the pace was quite dynamic between each stop, they managed to follow without problems. A circuit which allowed you to discover the great classics of Barcelona. We recommend. And special mention to Igor for his good humor and his availability!!!
