Great way to explore city, took e-bike tour, cycling around Barcelona felt very safe, with pretty much entire route being on cycle lanes. Tour goes around main attractions with guide giving a bit of history about each site, and allowing for a bit of a walk around the main ones 👍

This was a FANTASTIC experience. Our guide, Mariana (hopefully I got that right - the one with the chihuahua), gave us a lot of interesting information, took great care of us, and was just a delight. Traveling around Barcelona on a e-bike was such an easy way to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.

Very nice and private tour. In just 1.5–2 hours, we got a great overview of Barcelona’s main sights. The service was professional and friendly, and the guide spoke clear and easy-to-understand English, which was perfect for non-native English speakers.

We had a lovely time touring around the city of Barcelona. Our guide was Kieran and he explained the history of each place. We had short breaks to take photos. The dedicated bike lanes made it easy, although we did have to cross a few busy streets that do not have a bike lane. In spite of the hot weather most of the lanes were shaded with trees, so biking was not difficult. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because i feel i may have enjoyed the tour better on regular bike. They sort of convinced us it was too hot and it was a better option to take an e-bike and so i went ahead and took it. Not sure if it was the right decision or not. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was a brilliant experience, it is such a good way to see the sights of Barcelona. Everyone at the hire place were so friendly and welcoming. Marina our tour guide was just fantastic, her passion for the city just shone through as she took us around the various places, she really made our experience a wonderful one. The bikes weren’t great. My front brake didn’t work properly. The guide was ok, but his accent was very strong and we were only able to understand parts of what he said.

Our tour guide Maria was fantastic. I am hesitant to write a poor review. But just be sure you know what you are signing up for. I specifically chose this tour because it was shorter than others (90 minutes) but still took us to a lot of stops. They sent a text asking us to arrive 15 minutes early. When we arrived 20 minutes early, the front desk lady was VERY rude and told us to leave and come back at 1pm. So we came back at 1pm and waited in a long line. Then we were informed that the tour would take 2.5-3 hours. Which, unfortunately, we did not have time for. She said we would still see all the things listed on our tour in the 90 minutes but someone would come get us after the basilica. She lied. After getting on the road 30 minutes after our scheduled start time, we made 4 stops before having to go back. No where close to the number of stops promised. Barcelona is beautiful, the bikes were great. If you have the time, I’m sure it’s all lovely. But make sure you understand, if you only have 90 minutes you are not getting what you paid for. Overall, if the front desk lady had been more honest and more kind, we could have had a much better experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this tour was a huge disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the service was unprofessional and unorganized. The staff seemed disinterested and even rude when we arrived no warm welcome or proper instructions were given. The quality of the bikes was shockingly poor. Mine had squeaky brakes and an uncomfortable seat, and others in the group had similar complaints. For a paid tour, I expected bikes in much better condition. What bothered me the most was the complete mismatch between the tour description and reality. The journey felt rushed and poorly planned. To make matters worse, I had specifically booked a tour with a guide who speaks my language, this was clearly confirmed at the time of booking, but the guide spoke only basic English and absolutely none of the language we requested. Overall, the whole experience felt careless and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you're expecting a well-organized, informative, and customer-friendly experience.

We had an unforgettable e-bike tour experience. Our tour guide made it fun and also very educational. We were a group of 12 with lots of teenagers who say that this was the best experience during our vacation.

Excellent bike tour - Kieran was great! Just the right amount of information and time at each of the sights. Highly recommend especially if you are short on time - see the main sights in a couple of hours.

E-bikes definitely helped us to take in sites a lot easier, and it was worth paying a little bit extra money than going up and down a few hills on a regular bike in the middle of a hot day!

This is the perfect way to see key areas of the city. We were upgraded to the 2.5 hour tour for free and it was just the right amount of time to get around at a comfortable pace and stop for pictures and information too. We went at the beginning of our stay so opened our eyes to places we wanted to go back to. A great experience in a super city.

Viator did not communicate our reservation to the local service. After arranging for my family and arriving at the Viator location, the local provider reported they had no such reservation to my family, as well as another group present. The local provider was kind, offered a fix, and reported this happens regularly with Viator.

Since we ended up being the only ones that showed up, Lili customized our tour so we could see parts of the city we hadn't yet, which we were so grateful for. We definitely would not have seen any of that on our trip if it wasn't for her initiative. I was a bit of a novice, having not biked in 2 decades, but she made sure I was ok consistently and once again made adjustments to the route to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially Lili!

I had been to these places before, but now I looked on them from a different angle. In addition, it was first time Segway experience, so it made the tour double fun. I definitely recommend Bebike. The tour was great, the guide adapted the tour to the needs of the group because we already visited some places, so he changed the tour to visit new attractions. The guide was Tomás and he was very nice! I have to mention I had some issues with my reservation online and the administration of the bebike solved it very quick and showed me they care of my issue :) replaying very fast and also calling me.

My husband and I are both in our 70s and we had never been on a segway! However, we felt adventurous and booked and tour and loved it. The segways were easy to maneuver and lots of fun. As I mentioned, Thomas really made it fun! You must do this you will not regret it!

We had a 1.5 hour tour with a local guide Oriol, who spoke really good English. He knew all kinds about the history of Barcelona and was very entertaining. I was a bit worried about using an electric bike for the first time and driving on the opposite side of the road than at home but his training session was good. We were mainly in bike lanes too, as it happened. The 1.5 hours flew by. Oriol is so friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended an itinerary for the last day of our holiday/ where to eat etc. Would absolutely recommend this tour!!

It was so fun and we learnt a lot of things. We had the best guide ever, her initials are N.M (Natalia). And she was very friendly with us. We will do it again!

We had booked a 1.5-hour tour, but first had to wait half an hour for customers who didn't show up. After that, there was only one hour left and we found ourselves divided into a group for a 2.5-hour tour. Because of that, we had to cycle back halfway and missed many sights. Although the guide was nice, she also lacked much knowledge about the sights when you asked her. All in all disappointing!

A quick and ideal way to discover the city! Charming and dynamic welcome from Sofia, a young lady who knows the city very well and who knows how to answer many questions beyond the proposed tour. 100% of the tour is done on cycle paths or sidewalks, therefore in complete safety. This formula (1h30) is a little quick and that can be a disadvantage, but it allows you to discover the essentials and decide what you want to explore in more detail later. Bikes a little heavy but couldn't be more solid. This weight is not really annoying thanks to the electric assistance. We therefore highly recommend! If you also have the chance to come across Sofia, it will be even better!

Luca a été top! Son français est très bon, il connaît bien l’histoire de la ville, il est drôle et très gentil. Il a adapté le circuit à ce que nous avions déjà vu ou pas. Le vélo électrique est super agréable et malgré la chaleur nous n’avons pas souffert. Super visite😊
