The driver was 30 mins late. Not the van I was expecting, it was a “taxi” van. At least it was a private ride.
About Activity
After a long flight, the last thing you want is confusion, long queues,
or not knowing if your driver is there.
From the moment you land, we've got you covered. Your driver monitors
your flight in real time and will already be waiting in the arrivals
hall — sign with your name, ready to take your bags — before you even
reach the exit.
We cover every group size: travelling alone, as a couple, with family,
or as a group of up to 14 people. Cars and vans available, always
clean, always on time.
No surprises. No shared rides. No extra charges for night pickups or
flight delays. Just a smooth, private transfer in a Mercedes-Benz
vehicle with an English and Spanish-speaking driver who knows
Barcelona inside out.
This is how your trip to Barcelona should start.

Good experience! Our flight was delayed and they knew it ahead of time. Contacted us when we landed and then waited for us to clear customs. Be sure to know how to turn on a phone number that you filled out for your contact info in case the driver needs to reach you.
Five star service! Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish! Our driver was waiting for us at Barcelona BCN Airport with a smile and a sign displaying our name, making it easy to find him. Since this was our first time entering Spain under the new immigration system, we were unsure how long customs and baggage claim might take, but he was patiently waiting when we came through. The transfer was smooth and comfortable, and we arrived at our hotel much earlier than expected. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.

The driver was late and the NCL staff helped me understand what he was saying on the phone. He did not have a sign with our name on it. Once we connected he was very nice

Unable to download vouchers, I tried at least half a dozen times with no success. I was not picked up at my location after having traveled on an 8 hour flight.
