Barcelona Airport Transfer (Private): Arrival Or Departure

Our driver was great! He waited for us even though it took a bit longer getting through customs! I will book them again in the future!

Great service. The airport was very busy. It took us a long time to go through immigration and to collect our bags. I was so happy our driver waited for us.

Very reliable and comfortable ride from BCN to our hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Our driver was prompt, entertaining, and engaging during our drive... He was kind enough to wait over the scheduled period he was contracted to stay, as our luggage took forever to arrive due to the workers strike.

Very helpful and friendly. Prompt and on time. English was understood and the vehicle was perfect for all 6 adults and their luggage

The driver was prompt, courteous, & professional. The appropriate size vehicle could accommodate all of our luggage. Very satisfied with the transfer to the airport. The only complaint is that the transfer service did not attempt to contact me to confirm the pickup time.

Friendly and helpful driver. On time and efficient. Will use this service again. Highly recommend!!!

Rabeel was amazing! He texted while we waited for bags, and was there waiting for us when we exited. He was very professional and we had a very smooth ride to the hotel. We would love to ride with him again.

Prompt professional and courteous driver. I accidentally gave wrong hotel address due to autofill same name hotel. The company and driver communication was exemplary and the driver rerouted to our correct hotel immediately. Saved the day!

Driver was very professional one time got us to the airport no problem. The vehicle was clean and he was extremely helpful with their luggage.

Poor communication.. My flight came into terminal 2, and the driver was in terminal 1. I immediately texted the driver but didn't hear back from him for 40 minutes. Viator has our cell # and should have called us. Now we have lost $97.00. Will never use or recommend Viator Car service again!

Driver was awesome. Very polite and understanding and helpful. Met us at arrivals and was very nice Thank you again

Great communication, easy pickup and excellent service. It was nice to have a ride waiting for us rather than having to wait for a taxi or other transportation to our hotel.

Called me via WhatsApp prior to meeting and arranged meeting place. Would do it again. Thank you a lot

The experience was very nice. Our driver was very nice and patient. When we arrived the size of the car was spacious and fit around 6 luggage’s.

Driver was 10 minutes early. He picked us up in a luxury van. Very comfortable and pleasant ride to the airport! Only downside was the communication prior to pickup. Booked via Viator, got nothing from provider regarding pickup time. I sent text no response. Called and spoke to someone and they verified the pickup time. Any other booking I’ve done with Viator has clearly communicated meeting places and times days prior.

The driver was on time and very professional. He helped with our luggage and drove very responsibly. The car was clean and very nice.

Communications was excellent. Driver was on time and easily located. Van was clean and everything went smooth. Made travelling less stressful with the professional service

The driver to the airport was on time, and friendly. I would highly recommend. It made traveling with the whole family and all our luggage easier than finding multiple taxis.

We found our driver easily and it was a great way for us to keep our group together on the way from the airport to the hotel.

Driver was on time, had clear identification and communicated upon arrival. Driving was safe and reliable.

Reliable, friendly, clean and on time. Company was responsive with answering questions in a timely matter. Driver communicated the morning of pickup to let me know he was on his way and his estimated arrival time. Driver was professionally dressed, polite and social. I would definitely use this company when in Spain

Our driver was so patient and kind. He had to wait for us since there was a delay from Paris to Barcelona and we had to make a claim for one of our bags that didn’t come with the flight we were in. Thank you again

The drivers were at the airport, waiting for us with our name on a sign. They helped us with luggage, they were very attentive. Nice Mercedes vehicles that were very clean.

Our driver was professional and kind!! Very happy with the service. He helped with our luggage and was on time!

We had a 24 hour flight delay and were rerouted so the flight details were different. The coordinator was wonderful, working with us to reschedule. What could have been even more stressful ended up being very smooth. Hassan, our driver, was wonderful. He reached out ahead of time to ensure we were clear on our meeting place before we landed!! Definitely highly recommend this service.

Excellent airport transfer in Barcelona. The driver was on time. The vehicle was clean, and the driver was great. I recommend this service.

We arrived early and a quick phone call connected us with the driver. Very courteous and safe drive.

Our flight was delayed but the provider was very accommodating to our new schedule. Great service. Direct communication with the provider thru out was helpful

Professional driver and beautiful vehicle for our transport from Barcelona to the airport. We were a family of 5 with 7 suitcases.

Arrived on time really early in the morning! Easy communication and hassle free. I would use them again.

Great pick up and ride to hotel. Driver was on time and car was clean and new - Mercedes van. Bottles of cool water. Driver was very friendly and experienced.

Our driver from H10 Port Vell to the Barcelona airport was excellent. He let us know when he arrived and was lovely to speak with on the way. My husband left his phone in the car and he was quick to make his way back around to drop it off. Thankful for his kindness!

Horrible! Driver left us stranded at the airport. Refuse to refund. Called the driver and he wouldn’t explain the problem

The driver was on time and communicated with me from the time we landed until we met him. Very comfortable vehicle.

Smooth and easy airport transfer! Well worth any extra cost, as this takes the guesswork out of finding comfortable transportation. The Mercedes sprinter van was spotless and the driver was courteous and right on time as we exited. He even sent a text and Whatsapp message to ensure we knew where to find him. Highly recommend!

A no stress early morning pick up for the airport. Driver was there 5 minutes early in a large comfortable van. The booking process was easy too.

The van was roomy and the driver was perfect. He met us at baggage claim and took the ladies suitcases. He had water for us in the car. Very comfortable

They cancelled on me at 11pm and had a ride scheduled for 4am. Completely unacceptable and did not do anything to support after cancelling last minute

We arrived into Barcelona and instantly received communication our driver had arrived. He was a very pleasant guy who started us off on our trip in a great way.

Very nice ride. Met us at the airport, fast and efficient. Great way to start your travel experience. We were a large group (6) with a small child. Driver fit all of our luggage and we were comfortable.

Driver was waiting for us at the exit with a sign that had our name on it, easy to find. Once you clear passport and pickup your luggage, go through the exit into the airport lobby and there you will find a line up of drivers ( still inside the airport building) the driver greeted us and took our luggage. Stress free ride to our hotel. Highly recommend.

Smooth sailing to the airport after a cruise. Professional driver clean vehicle and extremely reliable. Would highly recommend,

It was great and on time. The driver was very pleasant and happy to see after a long trip. He very helpful transfer our luggage to the car then to the hotel.

Prompt and professional. We needed a 4:20am hotel pick up/airport transfer and didn't want to take any chances. We found Uber and Bolt difficult to arrange in Barcelona.

Very organized and communication was key! Very responsive to my messages right away. We were delayed in customs so our assigned driver had another booking and had to leave but they managed to send us another one right away. I was so relieved. Thank you!

The communication was timely and excellent so you didn’t have to wonder if your driver was there. Driver was friendly, helpful and car was comfortable and clean

Our private transfer from Barcelona airport to our hotel was fabulous! Both the tour company and our driver were in communication with us once our flight landed and were so patient as we waited on our luggage. It’s so nice to know you have reliable transportation once you arrive in Barcelona

Highly recommend! Easy communication via WhatsApp. Driver prompt and van was luxurious. I would definitely use again for airport transport.
