This service was wonderful. We were picked up timely and our driver was a real gentleman. Vehicle (taxi) was clean and our driver fit all of our luggage 5 pieces in without any trouble. Highly recommend!

Great communication before the ride and all the way through as our plane was late. Met us inside the airport holding a card with our last name. Loaded our bags in the van. Made the perfect ending to a long travel day.

Was early and waiting for us. Communicated with us thru What’s App. Easy to find and smooth ride to hotel.

Easy process. Using WhatsApp is the easiest way to communicate. Have used Viator services several times with great results each time.

Our chauffeur was very polite, engaging and very knowledgeable about Barcelona, on route to our hotel. I would definitely book with TripAdvisor (and same driver) again.

This review is based primarily on deception. The driver was excellent and did what his job included. Viator, how can you show transport of a quality vehicle and then provide me a taxi cab? Just because they hold a sign does not make them quality private transport.

Great service, our plane was late they waited for us they were very friendly and accommodating after a stressful flight.

Process was longer than expected and ran well ovee scheduled pick up time. Driver stayed in touched, waited, and found us.

Make sure you have your wifi enabled to use Whatsapp. My driver was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the area and have us great tips about the local restaurants and sites.

Aeil was our driver and he was absolutely fabulous. He was very patient with the snag at the airport and informative on the way to the hotel! When we come back we will use this service again.

Driver picked us up right on time. Helped with our luggage and took us right to our hotel with no issues.

They were very accommodating and easy to work with. The vehicle was comfortable and fit all travelers and luggage.

Very dependable! Driver was early, very kind. I recently was in an auto accident so I am using a cane. He brought my luggage and handed my luggage and me off to someone who would take me the rest of the way. I always use Viator. Wonderful experiences every time!

Never showed up. Left us stranded at airport. Blah blah blah blah our airport transport didn’t show up

Driver was very polite and friendly. Had a bit of a hard time finding driver but he was great. Car was clean.

On time, comfortable ride, driver was on time, spoke good English and helped with bags, cab was very clean

EASY breezy. Once we retrieved our bags and found the Resturant in terminal 1 called the driver he was very personal and explained everything to us on our ride.

The driver contacted me to let me know he was in the arrivals hall. He was courteous and professional and an excellent driver. Took us to our hotel. The car was clean and well maintained. A perfect care free drive from the airport.

Driver was prompt and friendly . Easy to find at the airport . Easy to communicate with once we landed .

The driver was on time very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him. He found us in the airport. I would recommend this service..

Convince, quick, friendly. Everything went well. Had good conversation with the driver. Driver met us outside of customs.

Shahbaz was so patient and kind! He waited for us to get through customs and we were later than the scheduled time and he was still there!@ good man!

It was a great and easy pickup and they accommodate an earlier pickup. Our driver Faisal was fantastic.

This was a terrible experience. If i could give a more negative review I would. Terrible communication and demanding more money. $60 lost and was not willing to pay more for a service that I never received. Contemplating sharing this experience with authorities.

Great and easy to use, held sign when I was looking for him. Had no issues, it was a great and safe ride to the hotel from the airport.

Great service! Our flight was 1 hour late. As soon as we landed I received a WhatsApp message from our driver with instructions on where to meet.

Our driver AYAN communicated with us via text from the moment our plane touched down. He was very friendly and professional. He carried our bags, opened the car door and showed us points of interest during our drive to the hotel.

The tour operator was very flexible. Customs took much less time than anticipated so we were very early but the driver was able to pick us up very promptly.

nice guy, polite good driver could have been a little more helpful from the baggage claim to the car and was not easy to find. All in all he was okay

Everything ran smoothly. We arrived into Barcelona early, called the driver and he showers up 10 minutes. The driver was very professional and helpful. Excellent driver.

Excellent service courteous Driver will use them again and again and again! Company kept in touch with us throughout the process.

This was my first time flying into this airport and despite thinking my group of 6 had time to get through customs, we were still roughly 30 minutes late for the pickup time. This company and our driver were patient with us and navigated us to the proper pickup location. They did an excellent job finding us, loading all of our bags, and getting us to the right hotel. I would definitely recommend this company for transportation in the city.

Nephis was excellent. Good communication for meet up. Safe driver. Even offered advice about our ride the next day to the cruise port.

Fiasal was very friendly and offered to take us to the airport as well.

Driver went above and beyond! We were in the wrong spot at the airport and he came and found us with a smile! Great experience !
