Barcelona Airport Private Transfer

Why would anyone go on those super crowded mega buses after a long cruise when you can go on your own private car for pretty much the same amount of money? Our friendly German driver Udo (spelling?) was waiting for us with a sign right outside by the pick up area right in front of the pier. Booked pretty much one day before and it was totally reliable and he even gave us a mini informational tour and information of the sites we drove by. Absolutely recommended!!

Good communication and fast service. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. We had requested a baby car seat, but the company didn't provide one. The car seat was a main reason for booking this service, so it was disappointing this wasn't provided.

We were picked up on time. The ride was not out of the ordinary. We were dropped off at the front of the airline gate terminal. The driver helped up load and unload the heavy luggages to and from the van. Excellent job.

Flight delayed a day and when we arrived, our baggage was slow to come out. Never an issue. They did an amazing job and were always accommodating.

All the information viator requested at time of booking was provided. Driver contacted me during the week to verify flight date and time of which I provided and driver did not show up. I messaged the driver through the app as I had no phone number in the system to call the driver. I had to take a taxi from the airport in Barcelona to the hotel. I sent several messages to viator requesting a refund as the driver never showed up, they denied my initial request as well as a secondary request which they said they did a secondary review and filed in favor of the driver which makes no sense as they never contacted me nor showed up. I filed a dispute through my credit card and then I get an email from viator asking why I submitted chargeback. Viator has failed to provide justification for why this charge is valid. I waited to do this review to see if viator and the driver would correct this issue and since they have not, this is my review. Do not book this driver or anything with viator as they are not willing to do right by customers.

Our driver Carlos was terrific! He reached out by text and phone to help us locate him with ease. Our party of 4 was quickly and safely transported from our cruise ship to Barcelona Airport in a luxury vehicle in spotless condition. Carlos shared his tremendous insights of points of interest along our route. A great treat! Would heartily recommend!!

They contacted me asking what time to be picked up from our hotel. I responded and never heard back. The day to be picked up, we waited 20 minutes past our requested time before catching a taxi to the airport. Taxi was much cheaper and arrived fast.

We were 3 hours late and our driver didn't let us down, he was right there when we left the customs hall. Reliable, and courteous.

I thought the limousine service was great. On-time and courteous BUT I will never go through Viator because they were terrible in customer service and even after giving all the reference numbers and confirmation they still had no idea of my reservation. BCN responded as soon as they could and the drivers were very professional. I would go through BCN next time and forego the middle man. I suggest Tripadvisor drop Viator on airport transfers, they are not reliable. I would give Viator a 1 star.

The driver, Damian, was at the airport and had my name clearly on a sign so it was easy to find him. He was polite -and courteous and so knowledgeable about Barcelona and an excellent driver. Worth every penny!

The pickup was great. Needed to reach out to them several times as flights were delayed, then was putting on a different flight and then luggage was lost and had to be reported. They were very flexible and patient. They were wonderful.

Even though our flight was delayed and our group walked at a slower pace, our driver was ready and waiting. The ride was smooth and peaceful, that was the good part. The down side is when we originally booked, we entered our information for a 2nd trip but was surprised to see that the booking did not go through. The site was very misleading in that way. With 12 people in our entire group you can imagine people were disappointed to find their 2nd booking was not booked but the site takes the information like its booking it for you.

Our group of six used this company twice. First, we were picked up promptly at the airport where they were waiting for us & transported to our hotel. Second, we used this company to pick us up at the Barcelona cruise terminal to bring us back to the airport. Both times they were on time & extremely reliable. We used this service to transport 6 of us (3 couples) and our luggage from the Barcelona cruise port to the airport. The driver was punctual, friendly and communicative, and the Mercedes van was comfortable and had plenty of room for our bags. I really appreciated being able to pre-book and pre-pay this service ahead of time so we didn't need to worry about it when we got off the cruise ship. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

Driver was prompt/courteous. I was charged an extra 60 euros for the 6 am pickup but not informed until after cc charged.

The driver was on time and waited for about an hour for us as we had issues with the airline losing our stroller. They communicated via WhatsApp once we landed. The driver was very safe and the van was very comfortable and they had a very clean car seat for our toddler.

When we were going back to the hotel from our cruise ship, there was a miscommunication from my travel agent, in which my travel agent gave the company the wrong hotel. When we realized we were going to the wrong hotel, the driver changed the route to the correct hotel without any problem which was extremely appreciated!!

We had to reserve two vans for our large group and they both showed up 15 minutes early which was much appreciated. They were also responsive when contacting them regarding my departure time. Reliable and professional transport!!
