Barcelona Airport & Cruise Port Transfer For Groups(van Xl 7 Pax)

Safe and efficient travel. Our driver knew which doors were open and which were closed so early in the morning. Saved us time and steps.

The driver was courteous, however he was about 10 mins late. He did call 15 mins before the pick up time to inform us that he would be late. Luckily I planned my pick up time a bit generous otherwise I would have missed my flight. Since it was a taxi, I would probably just take one at the taxi stand next time without booking thru Viator.

My problem was that my phone did not upload the info right away and they waited till the day prior to send driver info. But we were able to reach him and he found us in that busy airport. We went to our hotel with zero issues.. highly recommend.

Driver was late. Unclear where to meet. Walked around airport trying to find where to meet. Had to call Viator for help.

My reason poor review was not because of the airport, that was fine. The problem began in Tuscany . We had a day tour for Pisa and Florence. Our driver never showed and when we contacted support we were told the local operator refuses our tour. We were never advised. They just left us stranded at the dock. Horrible experience!

Other than us getting lost in the airport trying to find the exit to the proper area lol we had a fabulous ride experience to the port!

The thing I most appreciated was that the company was always available for questions via email and WhatsApp and, when our plane was rerouted and we landed 5 hours later, they adjusted and were right on time to meet us. We are very happy with the service. we used this transfer to get to the cruise terminal from the Barcelona Airport just in time. Eduardo is super helpful with our luggage and to get to the cruise terminal from the airport to made it in time for our cruise and very communicate. The van is clean and spacious, comfortably accommodate six of us plus several pieces of luggage. Highly recommend this transportation services.

We disembarked 2 hrs early and the management team did a hercules effort to keep us from waiting 3 hrs. The driver was excellent and gave us a basic toue as he drove us to our hotel.

Excellent service for our group of four going from the cruise ship to the airport. The driver contacted me about an hour before our planned pickup time to make sure my mobile phone was on. We were ready ahead of schedule, and I called him with our terminal location. He was able to pick us up ahead of the planned time. He drove up as we walked out of the terminal. He loaded and unloaded our luggage. He took a safe and direct route to the airport. He was polite and spoke very good English. This stress free transfer was much appreciated by all in our group.

My husband and I flew back from Barcelona Thursday 16th October….. I wish all airport's we as helpful and friendly. I have mobility issues and walk with a stick. So sometimes struggle at airports if the gate is a long walk. Without us asking, a lovely Spanish representative (Jet2) when we’re handing over our luggage, asked me if I would like assistance, he called the disability assistance people who took me through all the stops. He not only arranged that but he checked th flight and saw 3 seats together so that my husband and I could stretch out more . All the staff we polite and really looked after us. So a big shout to the staff and customer service there!!! When we got back to Birmingham and asked the disability assistances there, where the bus stop for the coach park, I was told abruptly it’s up there, my husband asked how far as I was on a stick, he said it’s only out the doors and turn left, then proceed to continue his conversation with his work colleague that I had rudely interrupted…. Sorry for that but I’m just the paying customer who you are being paid to help???

The tour was very informative of the area. Our guide was very helpful and made sure we were addressed with any questions we may have had. We enjoyed all the beautiful sights and buildings.

Access to the shops at Barcelona airport for a wheelchair user is not possible without using an assistant person who is the only one able to use the lift. This is true even if you have another member of your party to push the wheelchair. Able-bodied people can use the escalator. This is clearly discriminatory and not acceptable in a modern airport.
