When we arrived at the cruise port in Barcelona, I realized I had booked our transfer for the NEXT day!! I was in panic mode! I contacted the company and explained the situation and asked if there was any chance they could accept the reservation on that day. They were absolutely understanding and made the switch without any penalty or added fees!!!! And they also ensured the driver would have a vehicle that could accommodate both mobility scooters we were traveling with as well as our luggage and us!!! They had no obligation to change my booking, but they did with no hesitation. They were great!! Two thumbs up!!

The pickup was ok but he said he couldn’t drop us off at the hotel so made us cross lanes of traffic and walk with our many large suitcases down the street. We saw multiple cars driving down the road that was supposedly closed and parked in front of our very nice hotel. Very disappointing.

This is a great experience if you’d want to do something outside of the city of Barcelona. We saw a beautiful countryside and quaint villages. We would definitely do this experience again.

While our previous experience was excellent, today’s was disappointing. The vehicle, while clean, smelled like stale cigarettes. And the driver missed the Delta drop off and proceeded to take us to the opposite end of the terminal. When we questioned him he lied to us and pointed to the terminal doors which did not have Delta identification anywhere. I’m sorry now that I tipped him.

Atif was great! He was very responsive & helpful! Our driver, Mudassar, was also excellent - very kind & professional. We utilized Atif & Mudassar for two significant transfers in Barcelona. We were traveling in a party of 8 adults with a lot of luggage. Mudassar drove a new, clean, large Mercedes van that easily accommodated us. He arrived early, helped care for all of our luggage respectfully, promptly & safely delivered us to our destinations, & happily answered all of our questions. The cost was very reasonable. We will most certainly use Atif & Mudassars’ services again when visiting Catalonia!

This was perfect. We wanted a transfer from our hotel to the Barcelona cruise terminal that provided sufficient space for two checked bags per person . We were assured at the time of booking the vehicle would be a van and so have sufficient space as it was just for us . The driver phoned the hotel just before arrival and the front desk staff let us know he was enroute and would be arriving shortly . He was on time , the vehicle was spotless and in excellent shape and the driver was courteous and friendly.
