Great hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were excellent from start to finish. I turned up at breakfast just as they were finishing but they were more than happy to accommodate me which was hugely appreciated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rooftop bar is excellent with beautiful views of the Sagrada Família. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Vincci Gala Barcelona. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was very good. However, there was a major downside regarding drinking water. It was not easily accessible, and we had to buy our own water even just to make tea in the room. Although the rooms were cleaned every day, they never replenished the water. Given the high nightly rates they charge, providing a bottle of water costs next to nothing. This level of stinginess over a simple bottle of water is honestly a shame.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolutely unique experience that will remain in our memories forever. We came to celebrate my parents-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary, and thanks to the incredible dedication of Ms. Andrea, this time became truly magical. Ms. Andrea prepared such a beautiful and moving surprise for us that my mother-in-law was brought to tears of joy. We are immensely grateful to her for the warmth and heart she put into making this anniversary such a monumental occasion. The hotel is located in a perfect spot – almost all major attractions, metro stations, and sightseeing bus stops are within a short walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable with exceptionally cozy beds and pillows, and the housekeeping staff is incredibly attentive. We really appreciate the approach to breakfast – it is not just a standard, impersonal buffet. Although there is a selection of fresh cold cuts and vegetables available, hot dishes like delicious scrambled eggs are prepared individually for each guest, which gives a sense of exceptional care. However, it is worth remembering that breakfasts in Spain can be quite greasy, which is a result of local culinary traditions rather than the hotel itself – it is worth being prepared for that. For those traveling for a romantic getaway, it is important to know that the bathroom design – with glass, almost transparent doors and quite large gaps – is rather bold. Additionally, it is worth keeping in mind that you need to ask the staff to replenish the water in your room, as it does not happen automatically every day. These minor details did not overshadow the wonderful atmosphere created by the people here. Once again, thank you to Ms. Andrea for everything. If you are looking for a place with a soul, where the staff truly strives to make guests feel special – this place is a bullseye. We will definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Vincci Gala Hotel in Barcelona. What impressed me most was not only the beauty and elegance of the hotel itself, but especially the exceptional professionalism, kindness and genuine warmth of the entire staff. A very special thanks goes to Olimac, the chef de rang of the restaurant, whose professionalism, reliability, attention to detail and friendliness made every dinner a pleasure. He is an outstanding example of high-level hospitality. I would also like to sincerely thank Chef Giraldo for the excellent cuisine, attention to quality and the care visibly dedicated to every dish served. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Ms. Amber for her kindness and constant willingness to help, always with a smile and great professionalism. Another special mention goes to Avra from the concierge service, whose competence, efficiency and courtesy were truly remarkable and made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. In general, every single member of the staff deserves recognition — from reception to restaurant personnel and also the housekeeping staff, who were always smiling, discreet, kind and extremely professional. It is rare today to find a hotel where guests genuinely feel welcomed and cared for every day. Thank you very much to the entire Vincci Gala team. I will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
