Torre Melina Gran Melia

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the Kids Club team. They truly made our family vacation extra special. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and engaging, making our children feel welcome from the very first day. There were plenty of fun and creative activities, and our kids looked forward to visiting every day. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were having such a great time in a safe and happy environment

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is modern, spotless and has a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and there was always a good choice whether it was breakfast or dinner. I’d highly recommend upgrading to RedLevel as it’s well worth the extra cost. The additional perks, including access to the exclusive RedLevel Lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, a more personalised check-in experience, access to the adults-only pool. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but the staff dealt with it immediately and moved us to another room without any hassle. The customer service was excellent. The pool area was one of the highlights. It’s perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax, but if you’re looking for a quieter experience there’s also an adults only pool which was fantastic. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel and one I’d happily stay at again when visiting Barcelona.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel made my husband’s birthday truly special by upgrading us to an amazing room and surprising him with a bottle of Cava and the most delicious chocolate cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We were traveling with our baby daughter, and everything was incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided a baby crib for her, which made our stay so much easier. We loved spending time by the pool, and the botanical garden was the perfect peaceful spot to relax in the shade. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—one of the best we’ve had, with a fantastic selection and excellent quality. We also ordered room service for dinner, and everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to celebrate, and my husband’s birthday couldn’t have gone better. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful as well! Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it in the evening, but that’s actually one more reason for us to come back. We’ll definitely return! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The reception team was very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The restaurant staff were also excellent, specially Nico and Oscar they are excellent very professional people providing great service and making every meal enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and the whole team made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service! 😊
