The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou

We stayed for a week. Our visit was very pleasant, with exceptional cleanliness and great service. The staff were very polite and helpful. They even managed to check us in ahead of schedule, which was very convenient for us given our early flight. The only downside is the location—it is far from the city center—but the metro made getting there quick and easy, so it wasn't a problem for us personally. I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again on a future visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop terrace and pool areas were perfect. Our room was cozy, relatively small, but in my opinion, perfectly adequate for a few days. The only thing to consider is whether you’ll be satisfied with the location. The buses aren’t very punctual, and it’s quite a distance to the city, the beach, or good restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful time at this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at The Social Hub Barcelona and can’t recommend it highly enough. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its people. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. If you enjoy meeting new people, social events, and connecting with fellow travellers, this is the perfect place to stay, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. A special thank you to Zohra from the breakfast team. She made every morning even better with her warmth and hospitality. As a fellow Arabic speaker, we shared some wonderful conversations and bonded over our support for the Moroccan football team during their unforgettable 2026 World Cup campaign. It was a lovely personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The facilities are outstanding. I especially loved the free self-service laundry, including washing, drying, and detergent all managed easily through The Social Hub app. It’s such a thoughtful convenience for travellers. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, and the hotel also has two fantastic swimming pools. The rooftop pool at SISI Restaurant is a great place to relax, and I appreciated that larger groups can reserve pool areas without additional booking fees. While I found the restaurant a little on the expensive side, the pool facilities themselves are excellent. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Barcelona. I just finished my stay at the Social Hub Barcelona and I wanted to share that my stay was absolutely a 10/10. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t travel on my actual intended dates. When I reached to the hotel a lovely lady served us and accommodated us in the best possible way that we didn’t expect. We were so happy and relieved. The hotel itself was brilliant with all basic amenities including the pool, comfortable clean rooms, gym, laundrette, bathrooms with all toiletries and not to forget the amazing customer service and smiley staff. While checking out today Joao made sure that our checkout was as smooth as possible. It was my first time in Barcelona and I can assure that I will be back here soon!
