The Level At Melia Barcelona Sky

I recently stayed at The Level at Meliá Barcelona Sky and had an amazing experience. A special thank you to Maria, Victor, and Leticia, who went completely above and beyond to ensure I had a high-quality breakfast that accommodated my severe allergies and dietary needs. Five stars to all of them for their incredible hospitality! My 29th-floor room was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the city including a clear sight of the Sagrada Família straight from my window. The room features a massive, comfortable bed, double sinks, and a huge walk-in shower with a separate toilet. It has a modern, open-plan layout; the only closed doors are for the toilet and shower, and a window by the sink looks directly into the bedroom area. Booking a "Level" room was completely worth it. It granted access to a private lounge with drinks and food served throughout the day. Again, the staff were exceptionally accommodating with my dietary restrictions, even preparing specialized, custom dishes just for me. The amenities are excellent. The cute pool area features an outdoor bar and sits on the same floor as a well-equipped gym. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. It is within easy walking distance of the Design Museum, a local market, and Nova Mar Bella Beach. Excellent public transport links are also nearby, making it incredibly easy to explore Barcelona's famous landmarks.

I honestly can’t express how grateful and blessed I feel to have received such wonderful service and genuine respect. They even went above and beyond by bringing a welcome letter, a balloon, and a chocolate bar for my baby. ❤️ It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it genuinely meant so much to me. Even my baby seemed happy! 🥰 I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends, and I will definitely be coming back. Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and honestly, was a great surprise! We took a room on the last floor with view to the city (so we had a great view to Sagrada Familia) and at the same time we were in front of sunset. So pretty! Breakfast was very good, with a selection of special menu for the level clients (like tortillas, omelets, etc). Service was always nice and kind, special mention to Bruno and Camilla who were always very open and helpful when needed. And Marcella from breakfast team! Pool is good, not very profound. Only sad thing is the bar 24 Cielos which was pretty empty and they don’t serve food anymore, only drinks. The location is also convenient, 10min walking to Mar Bella beach, 10min to metro station Glories or 5min walking from metro station Poblenou and in front of a Tram station. Would recomend 10/10!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Meliá Barcelona Sky—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. What stood out the most was the team: every single person we interacted with was warm, genuine, and incredibly attentive. The level of service was outstanding—personal, thoughtful, and always one step ahead without ever feeling intrusive. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool area that became one of our favorite spots to relax. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the details, and those small touches made a big difference and elevated the whole experience. What really made this stay special is how comfortable and welcomed we felt—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We left already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
