The hotel is in a great location, and the room is simply decorated, comfortable, and cozy. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The toilet didn't seem to have been properly cleaned, as there was actually a bloodstain on the toilet seat, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to use the toilet, so I cleaned it myself before taking any photos. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to housekeeping and hygiene in the future.

We had an amazing experience visitng the rooftop bar! There was a lovely amount of people meaning that it was not overcrowded or overbooked at all, everyone could enjoy the view and take photos of the breathtaking beauty of the sagrada familia. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks were really good and those shreaded chicken nachos were so tasty, im still thinking about them now! I would definitely recommend visitng this place and remember to book in advance, new dates get released 7 days in advance.

We went to have some drinks at the Sercotel terrace and it was a great experience. The views of the Sagrada Familia are stunning… it’s the perfect spot for a drink while taking in one of the best views in Barcelona. The food was great too, we had patatas bravas and nachos, both really good, and the drinks were well served. The prices are very fair considering the location. I also have to mention the service from Emsi, one of the waiters. He was extremely attentive and helpful the whole time, on top of every detail, and really friendly, which made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot for drinks with unforgettable views. Thank you so much for such a good experience Emsi!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Sercotel Hotel Barcelona! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the breathtaking Sagrada Família, making it easy to explore one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace. The panoramic view of the Sagrada Família, especially at night, is absolutely stunning and unforgettable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
