⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay at Sansi Pedralbes. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed fully stocked and provided. The staff were excellent — kind, attentive, welcoming and always happy to help. We had a brilliant experience and genuinely couldn’t recommend Sansi Pedralbes enough!
Only ended up here by chance and glad I did. What a wonderful experience, even it was only for one night. Ended up in Barcelona due to an airline issue, which instead of flight home turned into stay at the hotel. Which to be honest was much needed. Room I was given amazing, clean tidy well organised and spacious. With amazing ensuit . Bed was amazingly comfy . Which I didn't have an early flight back home would of liked to experience the hotel more and see what else they have to offer. ( Guess ill have to come back.) In morning the amazing customer service didn't stop. While waiting for a taxi which arranged for us the night b4 arrived . We were offered coffees to take with us and selection of small pasties to ty us over , such wonderful service to start pur day after a previous hectic day. Staff were amazing constantly asking how they could help. Hope a return visit in the future isn't far away
Spectacular hotel, one of the best! The decor in the lobby is incredible and the staff are some of the most helpful and friendly I have ever met at a hotel. Not a single bad experience with the hotel. Sadly we were only in Barcelona for 3 nights, but the next time I’m here I will be staying at this hotel too. I also want to shout out Oscar (who worked in the lobby) - he was incredible, funny and very helpful with queries about how to move around the city. He and Eron also gave us complimentary coffee in the morning whilst we waited for our taxi - it’s small things like this which makes customers remember.
Wholeheartedly thankful for all the people in this hotel who helped Thong family sort out all kinds of problems and doubts. The great couple Oscar and Sara who are very kind and caring. Their team-Javier, Erwin, John, Aby did their best to provide service and take care of us. All of them are incredibly nice, friendly and attentive. The cozy boutique hotel left us with good memories during our stranded stay due to flight cancelled in the occasion of Middle East conflict. We highly recommended this hotel.
I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were so welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. Everyone was well prepared and always ready to help with anything. A special thank you to Erwin, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I had accidentally forgotten my ring after checking out, and he took the time to help me find it. He also helped me arrange a cab to the airport. He has such a warm and reassuring presence, and I really appreciated his help. I’m hoping to be back again soon!
