Excellent hotel and outstanding service! Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled in the middle of the night, and Ricardo at the front desk went above and beyond to help us and provide excellent service at such a difficult hour. The room was comfortable and luxurious, the hotel is beautifully and modernly designed, exceptionally clean, and we even enjoyed the sauna. Highly recommended!
I’ve stayed here several times over the years and this continues to be my top choice around El Prat Airport. The rooms are extraordinarily comfortable and quiet, equipped with all modern amenities. The staff are extremely professional, the shuttle works well and the location is excellent- several cafes, restaurants, supermarkets within walking distance. I happened to be there on the night of the eclipse and was pleasantly surprised that they had a wonderful rooftop event for viewing, equipped with glasses and even a DJ. Hard to beat really! Always my top choice when I have to overnight around BCN airport
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The air conditioning in our original room wasn’t working, so we had to change rooms. The new room was right next to the rooftop bar, where loud music and constant banging continued late into the evening, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s attitude. They didn’t seem to care about the issues we experienced, and they were neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms themselves are very standard—clean enough, but nothing special. There isn’t even a coffee machine or complimentary coffee, which is something many hotels in this category usually provide. For the price we paid and for a hotel advertised as a 4-star property, we expected a much better experience. Overall, it simply doesn’t offer the level of comfort or service that its rating and price suggest. There are definitely better options available.
We had a wau effect, first what was welcoming us was nice smell at the entrance, and nice room (no balcony-no needed for us) mini fridgr fullfilled, precise pricelist. We chose the hotel for its Shuttle connection with the airport. Working well, waiting for the black one with the Hotel name on it. And we were living hotel at 5.30. we had 2 nights stay, but evening arrival and early leaving, so we didnt use hotel service, we try anything Not breakfast, not roof bar, no pool...we were tired from portaventura. Really nice hotel🫶♥️👌 with airport shutlle. It was pleasure, thank you. ♥️
Stayed here during a trip to Barcelona from Japan with my wife in May 2023. The location was convenient for airport access, and I had no issues with the room itself. The pool and sauna facilities were enjoyable, and the rooftop bar was one of the highlights of our stay, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. On the other hand, the airport shuttle service was disappointing. The pickup location was difficult to find, and we had to wait for more than an hour before we were finally able to board. After a long flight, this was very frustrating. I also had a disappointing experience in the restaurant, which is the main reason I decided to write this review even three years later. One of the female servers assigned to our table appeared unwilling to serve us. We waited a long time before our order was taken, even though the restaurant did not seem particularly busy. During that time, we observed her serving other tables attentively while our table was repeatedly overlooked. As a result, we spent much of the evening waiting rather than enjoying our meal. Eventually, we decided not to let the situation ruin the rest of our evening and moved to the rooftop bar, where the service was professional and welcoming. Overall, the hotel has many strengths, including comfortable rooms, good facilities, and an excellent rooftop bar. However, the airport shuttle operation could be improved, and our restaurant experience fell well below the standard we expected from the rest of the hotel. —update: 12, June, 2026 Our visit to restaurant was 27, May, 2023. Time was around dinner time around 20:00 - 21:30. Thank you for taking my regret seriously.
