For me, this is the perfect hotel. I honestly don’t know what I could possibly complain about. It’s a comfortable, quiet and clean hotel, and the staff are friendly. And considering how many hotels I’ve stayed in because of my work, this one is definitely one of the best for me.
104 rooms total,but only 40 tables in the restaurant,and you have to pre-book. Travelling all day, partner is type one Diabetic and have to leave the hotel to go searching for food. Double room and only one large towel for use by two persons, lifts were not working due electricity fault apparently and the lights and TV turning on and of continuously for the afternoon. Arrived at the hotel and the indoor pool shut for a week,not a problem ordinarily,but not advised prior,have to think about it for next time,I see what breakfast has to offer in the morning
Very dirty rooms, particularly the bathroom, which was disgusting. Look at the pictures I took: the mould in the corner, and the dirt and dust on the cable of the hair dryer. No more words are needed. The room was also very loud due to the busy street nearby. In addition, the unfriendly man at the breakfast reception, with his visibly annoyed and unfriendly behavior, became a topic of discussion among my colleagues.
I enjoyed staying here. Hotel is locatedl at a central place of the Sant Cugat and easy access to shopping centre and all other places. Restaurant at the hotel is very good and the food they serve there for a dinner is awesome.
Room in the Woodhouse was modern, but not so much space to store. Ventilation in the room was loud and couldn´t be turned off completely, that it disturbed me while sleeping. Location is close to the road and the shopping centre. The indoor swimmingpool and the restaurant in the hotel was good.
