Good value for the price. New modern furnishings. Rooms could use just a little bit more space (2 adults with 2 large suitcases). Overall a very nice room. Beat of all, great air conditioning!! Very important to American travelers. Located very easy walking distance to a variety of resturants.
First off: the location is rather good, and the hotel is in a relatively quiet side street. Cons: the breakfast isn’t included and quite overpriced. The buffet has a very limited selection, you’de have to inquire multiple times until something was filled up. The staff in the breakfast area was very unmotivated and unfriendly. The rooms were clean enough, but very tight and oddly laid out. Our closet wouldn’t close and the shower-head was broken. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Excellent location in the Old City. So close to everything! Maintenance in the room needed attention but staff promptly took care of things -- very courteously. Rooms need updating for mobile device chargers. Staff brought in extension "reel" but they need to do an overhaul. Beds are super comfortable and cleanliness is excellent. Helpful front desk staff.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel as our room was quiet(except for some children playing in the corridor at 7am) The location was good,so we could walk to a lot of places. We were very happy with the beds. in other hotels we found them much to hard. So we had a good night sleep every night. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. In all we will use this hotel again.
Fantastic experience. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Barcelona and we could not have been happier with the service we received. The location is great, the rooms lovely, and the staff very friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Andrea on the front desk. She was very friendly, gave us lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and things to see, and helped make our stay very pleasant. Thanks for a great stay in Barcelona.
