I'm in my room right now. The drainage in the shower isn't working, my bathroom is flooded, and there's no physical receptionist, only phone and WhatsApp. They just stopped responding to me. I'm here on a business trip, tired and sleepy, and I can't take a shower and go to bed because of this absolute absence of professionalism.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment was cleaned three times during our stay, and everything was always fresh and tidy. There was plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep all of our belongings organized. The location is excellent. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to Sagrada Família. There are also supermarkets, cafés, and public transport nearby, which made getting around Barcelona very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Barcelona. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
The staff at this hotel were extremely rude and aggressive. The security guard was ready to confront me physically because he assumed I was not a guest. He demanded that I enter my room code to prove that I was staying there, which was both disrespectful and intimidating. To make matters worse, an older receptionist came to my room in a very aggressive manner because I was listening to music at 1:00 PM. The music was not loud, yet she was shouting at me to turn it off. Her reaction was completely exaggerated, and she left after insulting me. The check-in process was another major issue. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM but did not get access to my room until midnight. The online check-in procedure was the worst I have ever experienced. It took nearly two hours and could have easily been completed upon arrival rather than forcing guests to deal with it late at night. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering how expensive the hotel is. I do not recommend staying here unless there are significant changes to the staff and the way guests are treated.
Nice modern hotel with an excellent location, a lot of important sites are in walking distance and it's also well connected by bus and metro. Area can be a bit loud because of Razmatazz and the sports tavern nearby but the rooms have great sound isolation, both from outside and from other rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room had everything we needed. Furniture is a bit old with some scuffs but I didn't find it to be a problem. Doors work with a 6 digit pin instead of a traditional key, which I found convenient while still being secure enough. The hotel has a laundry room with washers, dryers, and the rooms have a clothing iron, which is very convenient and saves you money on traditional laundry services hotels usually offer. A few annoyances were the bed type (booked double bed, got two twin), and having to ask for soap & toilet paper refills since cleaning is every 4 days. Other than that our stay was great and I would visit again!
Hotel Stay Feedback The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which makes it a relaxing place to stay. It is also conveniently situated just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station, so transportation is fairly easy. However, the downside of the quiet location is that there are very few shops and restaurants nearby. This makes shopping and dining somewhat inconvenient, as you need to travel to other areas for more options. When I made the booking, I was quite certain that I had registered both of my children. However, upon arrival, it turned out that they were not included in the reservation. Although I had booked a room for four people, due to some issues with the room facilities, we were only initially given a room suitable for two. The hotel later arranged an additional room for us, but this meant that my family had to split up and stay in separate rooms, which was not ideal. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and did not charge us any extra fees, which we appreciated. There were also a couple of minor issues during our stay. One of the rooms had a slight unpleasant smell, possibly from the drainage system. In the other room, there was noticeable noise throughout the night, which sounded like water pipes or ventilation. While these issues were not severe, they did affect the overall comfort slightly. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, with modern facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. Despite a few minor shortcomings in the facilities and the quieter location, the stay did not significantly impact our trip. As a family who prefers a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable environment, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would happily recommend it to others with similar preferences. If we visit Barcelona again in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.
