Fantastic hotel — highly recommend it to everyone! ⭐️ I had already stayed at a Moxy hotel in the Netherlands, so I knew the service would be good, but this hotel exceeded my expectations even more! We stayed in a family room with a balcony, which was perfect for us. We were travelling with backpacks, so there was plenty of space for everything. I also loved all the places to relax around the hotel. There is a rooftop pool with a city view on the 10th floor, as well as a bar and a restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at reception, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And the breakfasts were simply amazing! 🥐🍳 There was something for every taste. Everything was delicious, beautifully organised, clean, and there were plenty of tables. The staff were always friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned beautifully every day. Thank you, ladies, for keeping everything so clean! ❤️ You can really feel that everything in this hotel has been done with care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay and I would absolutely love to come back again! ✨

I had a wonderful stay at Moxy Hotel Barcelona, and I would especially like to recognize Jennifer and Mohamed for their exceptional service. Both of them were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well looked after. Their positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference and added to the overall experience at the hotel. Staff members like Jennifer and Mohamed are a real credit to Moxy Hotel Barcelona. Thank you both for making my stay even more enjoyable!

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and enjoyed our time in Barcelona. The facilities and location were excellent. However, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding our check-in experience. When my partner and I checked in, we both handed over our passports to be scanned. My partner’s passport was returned to her after she completed the required paperwork, while mine was left in the passport scanner behind the reception desk. Unfortunately, I forgot to collect it before we left to explore the city, and because it was hidden from view behind the desk, I didn’t realise it had been left there. We returned later that day to collect our room key and luggage, and then spent another full day in Barcelona before checking out. At no point during these interactions did anyone mention that my passport was still at reception. It wasn’t until we arrived at the train station to travel to France that I realised it was missing. I rushed back to the hotel, where the same receptionist immediately opened the drawer beside her and handed me my passport, which had a Post-it note with our room number attached. I fully acknowledge that forgetting my passport was my own mistake. However, I believe there were several opportunities for the staff to proactively return such an important document; when we came back to collect our room key, during our stay, or even at check-out. A simple reminder would have prevented what could have become a very stressful situation, particularly as we were travelling internationally. This feedback is intended as constructive criticism, as I otherwise had a very positive experience at the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond in recommending local attractions, sightseeing spots, and authentic food experiences, helping us discover the best of Barcelona like locals. Their helpful tips and personal touches made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable.
