Comfortable aparthotel. Room was well kept and good for few nights. The only downside is no coffee/tea in the rooms. While there is dish soap and even detergent for the washing machine.

A convenient apartment in a convenient location. Easy check-in with a machine that issues key cards upon payment (it's quick). They always respond and are reliable, even though you don’t see them. Clean and warm enough, with all necessary appliances and utensils.

This is the apartment with the worst service I've ever stayed in, without a doubt. Since I arrived in Barcelona in the early morning, after making the reservation, I emailed the apartment to ask if I could check in early. They replied that I could check in if the room was ready. However, when I arrived, I found that no one responded at the door. I couldn't even enter the building. I called them several times. Finally, someone answered the last call, but they were very rude, "We're not a hotel, so we don't provide services. You can't enter the building now. You can enter after 9 o'clock, but you can only store your things." So I had to sit on a park bench outside the apartment until 9 am before being allowed to enter. During the few days of my stay, there was no way to contact the apartment staff. There was no in - room phone, no WhatsApp just a phone number I had to use my own mobile phone to call them. I think it's ridiculous. They emphasized that they're not a hotel, so they feel justified for their lousy service. But you're called a serviced apartment and you rent it out to the public, so you should provide services. Fortunately, the facilities and location of the apartment are great. However, I'm not sure if I will recommend it to others, and I definitely won't give it a high score.

Excellent location. 6 minutes walk to 3 metro stations. There is a convenient store just opposite to the apartment, open till 11pm even on Sunday. There are another two bigger ones nearby. You can buy food and anything you need. Good to have a box of everything such as new towels, washing up liquids (though it is small) etc in the apartment. We stayed there for 6 nights and we just love it.
