I really can’t understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. Our room faced the street and was extremely noisy. The windows provide virtually no sound insulation, so traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. There is also a school directly across the street, and all the noise from the school can be heard inside the room as well. Soundproofing between rooms is equally poor—you can easily hear guests in neighboring rooms. Overall, it is very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep here. The advertised three-bed room is also misleading. It is essentially a standard two-bed room with a rather flimsy chair that unfolds into an additional sleeping space. I would not consider this a proper third bed. The room itself felt quite run-down and the amenities were disappointing for a hotel in this category. There was no Nespresso or comparable coffee machine, only a basic electric kettle. The bathroom was another major disappointment. There was visible mold, which is unacceptable regardless of the hotel category. There is also no proper door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, resulting in very little privacy. The reservation and payment process was also unusual and inconvenient. Partial payment is required in advance to complete the reservation, but this information was only communicated two days before arrival. On top of that, we were asked to send proof of the bank transaction. This is not the kind of booking experience I would expect from a 4-star hotel. What makes the experience even harder to understand is the pricing. Given the condition of the room, the lack of effective soundproofing, the basic amenities, the questionable third-bed setup, and the inconvenient payment process, the rates simply do not seem justifiable. Considering the price and the overall experience, this fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Lovely hotel with high standard. Great rooms and modern interior. Breakfast had a wide selection of options. Staff was very helpful and nice, they even helped us when we forgot a watch in the room and had it shipped the same day. Location is a very beautiful area, slightly outside the city center. One interior design tip for the hotel; having sliding doors to the bathroom with open slits on the sides is not great for family rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk to Sant Gervasi Metro Station, with only a 6-minute train ride to downtown Barcelona, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was large and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. One of my favorite features was the lobby, where complimentary lemon-infused drinking water and a coffee machine were available 24/7. It was great to enjoy a refreshing drink any time of the day. As a football fan, I was also delighted that the hotel had channels showing the FIFA World Cup 2026, making it easy to catch the matches from the comfort of my room. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent value for money—what more could you ask for? I would happily stay here again.

Conveniently located near the city centre with short walk to train station or metro. Rooms are not very big but efficienly arranged. Overall vibe in hotel is pleasant and friendly. Breakfast spread is good but can be repetitive if staying for a few days. If u are a gym nut please take note the gym only opens 9am to 9pm so a bit inconvenient if u r early riser.
