Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira

Genuinely impressive check in service and a wonderful clean modern well equipped comfort room. Huge panoramic windows... Maybe I was lucky to be on floor 9. Very quiet location convenient for cruise terminal or airport. Great value.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The rooftop pool and the gym downstairs were also great places to relax and spend some time. The service was excellent. Our room was cleaned and prepared every day, and we really appreciated that our belongings were always left exactly where we had put them. The temperature in the room was also perfect, although it had to be adjusted at the reception. It was so comfortable that sometimes we almost forgot we were in Barcelona (temperature wise). The room itself was a little small in terms of space, but the bathroom was a very good size and perfectly adequate. The only downside was the location. The hotel was a little further away from the main attractions, so it usually took at least 20 minutes to get somewhere. However, this was not a major issue because the hotel was well connected to public transportation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. We will also definitely come back :)

I genuinely don’t understand where all the 5-star reviews have come from. This is a very basic hotel. While the rooms look modern at first glance, they’re poorly maintained. My room had an unpleasant damp smell and the air conditioning smelled bad, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited choice. It felt more like a cafeteria than the breakfast you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 or 5 stars. The staff weren’t particularly helpful when issues were raised, and the overall level of customer service was disappointing. Overall, this hotel falls well short of its rating. In my opinion, it’s closer to a good 2-star hotel with a few extra amenities than a genuine 4- or 5-star property. I had a wonderful experience at Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Eduard and Marian. They were incredibly attentive, kind, professional, and always willing to help. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their excellent attitude, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are a true example of high-quality customer service. Eduard and Marian are a great asset to this hotel and deserve special recognition for the way they treat their guests. Thank you both for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my followers and would be very happy to stay here again
