Labtwentytwo Barcelona, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are freezing, and I have repeatedly called the front desk and they continue to ignore my requests to fix the heater. The room is like 10 degrees celsius, and I am literally freezing. The rooms are substandard, outdated, tiny, and the staff is just awful. The breakfast "buffet" is a complete joke, with only bread options. I will NEVER stay here, again. So many other nice hotels in the city. You will regret this hotel stay, so please do NOT stay here!

I am currently staying in Room 1203, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I am having at this hotel. The hotel is truly exceptional — elegant, luxurious, and outstanding in every way. In my opinion, it deserves to be considered a seven-star experience. I am enjoying my stay so much that I am seriously considering extending my stay. I would especially like to recognize Camellia at the reception. She is incredibly friendly, always smiling, helpful, and very elegant in the way she treats guests. Her level of care and attention makes you feel as though the hotel belongs to her personally. She genuinely takes ownership of the guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make them feel welcome and comfortable. I would also like to recognize Pedro, who is an exceptionally helpful, respectful, and professional gentleman. He is always polite, welcoming, and smiling, and his attitude makes a real difference to the guest experience. I sincerely hope the management will recognize and appreciate both Camellia and Pedro for their outstanding service. In particular, I strongly recommend that Camellia be considered for recognition and promotion, as she truly represents the hotel in the best possible way. Thank you for having such wonderful and dedicated members of staff. They are a true asset to the hotel and have made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is a great hotel very confortable, the rooms are very confortable, the air conditioning a little not satisfied, I wish it would go lower and rooftop swimming pool is a little small not that many lounge chairs but still durable. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Thankyou for everything you do, great service. The location is in a residential area but I personally love that because you are away from all the tourists.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent, close to the market, within walking distance of the mall and shopping area, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The rooftop pool and lounge were a great place to relax after a day of exploring. My only complaint was the temperature in the room. It was extremely warm, to the point that we were sweating and had trouble getting comfortable. I mentioned it to the front desk and was told it was normal for the area, but I noticed other guests expressing the same concern during our stay. If the room temperature were improved, this would have been an excellent experience.
